We chose Windsor Court for 100 of our out of town guests. Their service was unmatched and the room quality and beauty was five stars. We worked with Monica Mega to first book our rooms for our guests. She was absolutely fantastic and charming to communicate with long distance. After we booked, we had the pleasure of working with Volker Dicks to accommodate all the details, including our good-bye breakfast with our guests. Volker made us feel like royalty and was the star of Windsor Court in our eyes. Our parents and grandparents were also just tickled by the VIP service they received. My husband and i also received hand-written notes from Monica and Volker at the end of our stay that made us feel so cherished and valued. The Sunday morning breakfast was out of this world delicious and perfect for our guests as they were all getting ready to check out and board their flights. I can't forget to mention Mr.Ross, the bellman that made me smile each time i entered and existed Windsor Court. He made me feel like a true princess.
