Willow Grove Estate is a wedding venue located in the Hill Country of Fredericksburg, Texas. Jeff Orlik, a connoisseur of wine and gourmet culinary cooking, owns this venue. After many years as the proprietor of an upscale B&B and several career changes in the hospitality industry, Jeff embarked on his most excellent adventure. Willow Grove Estate was designed to create an inviting space for guests to celebrate in style while enjoying excellent wines and delicious meals.

The Vino Venue is the dedicated event space at Willow Grove and features a fully equipped catering kitchen and private wine cellar. Couples and 65 of their closest guests are welcome to enjoy dinner and dancing in this versatile banquet hall. With its rustic and minimalist interior, the iron-clad building offers couples the opportunity to decorate and put their stamp on the big day. For newlyweds and their wedding parties, The Guest House is a luxurious family house and can accommodate up to 10 overnight guests. Ideal for more intimate gatherings, the house features all the comforts of home, such as cozy fireplaces, a kitchen, and comfortable living spaces. Couples can tie the knot here and enjoy a quiet evening of cheese and wine tasting hosted by Jeff.

All-inclusive venue rental packages are available for weddings, with tables, chairs, linens, catering, service staff, and bar services. Wedding rentals include exclusive access to the entire property, providing the perfect place to host rehearsal dinners, receptions, and morning-after brunches. Lodging is available for at least two nights and includes a delicious home-cooked breakfast to ensure maximum comfort and enjoyment.
