Our prices include onsite setup, table placement according to your floor plan and breakdown.

We are the only company in the Bay Area to offer this service in our prices, other companies will charge you extra for any kind of setup and we simply believe that on your wedding day, this is the last thing you want to think about doing.

We loved the tables and so did everyone else!

When we weren't able to have our wedding last year and then again this year we had to change all of our wedding plans. We reached out to the staff at Wildwood Rustic Rentals on very short notice, so we were unsure if they would be available. It was the best decision ever! The tables made our venue space so elegant and added that special touch! The staff were so understanding and flexible when the owner of our venue communicated that table pick up would need to be changed the day before the wedding. Even when the change was given on short notice Kristy was so nice about it. We were very happy with the service and quality!

Beautiful Baby Shower

We rented these beautiful tables for my daughter baby shower. They made the party not only beautiful but added warmth to a basic room in our home. We received so many compliments about the decor and Kristy and her staff were efficient and on time. You can tell they take pride in their rentals. Thank you Kristy and Chris for helping me with the layout and design for my daughters shower! We will definitely rent from you again.

Beautiful Farm Tables, Wonderful Service

I surprised my daughter by booking with Kristy. She was in need of a wedding coordinator to help her get organized. I had attended another wedding that Kristy was working at and asked for her information. I then found out she had farm tables and other items for rent, so I decided to surprise my daughter and upgrade her round tables to their beautiful farm tables.
Kristy was attentive and always available for my daughter. She went above and beyond on everything. She ran the rehearsal and was early the next day for setup. I thought I could beat her there, but she was on at the venue working.
Thank you Kristy and Chris for making my daughters wedding day amazing in every way.
