Wedding 9/16/22

Weddings add not easy to say the least. We had to change our venue 4 months before our wedding and Josh was quick and on top of things for me. Every question I had was responded super fast. The day of my wedding we even had a little mix up and one call to them I had no more worries. I am almost a week married and I recommend using this venue for all things. I am so blessed I found them!

Great rehearsal dinner!

My husband and I hired Vittles Catering for mobile catering for our rehearsal dinner in 2019, but had to postpone repeatedly due to COVID-19. Josh worked with us to postpone the rehearsal dinner catering, and eventually to get us scheduled at their new venue, Wildflower Estate, for our rehearsal dinner. Josh was so flexible during an unprecedented time and helped us host a great rehearsal dinner for our friends and family.

Wildflower Estate is a beautiful venue with great ownership, and the bartending and catering at the venue were delicious and professional. We had a great event here, and if you book Wildflower Estate you will too!

Perfect Venue

When my fiancé (now husband) and I were searching for wedding venues, we both immediately fell in love with Wildflower Estate. The barn is decorated so beautifully, and the staff is extremely nice and responsive. We selected the BoutiqueBride package which took a huge amount of stress off of us during our 3-month engagement. We are so glad we got married at Wildflower Estate; it was an A++ experience.

A Magical Night

This hidden gem was a blessing to a bride one month out from her wedding with a venue recently torn apart by a tornado. The wonderful owners Josh and Kirstin reached out and happened to have availability on my day and were so accommodating throughout the entire process. Looking at the cute online pictures is nothing in comparison to walking into this barn, it took my breath away; the genuine barn feel you get when you walk in just gives so much character, and the ceiling, an old chicken coop roof they left out to rust for a year then sealed. So thankful these owners put so much time and love into this place so other people could enjoy it too! Handcrafted tables and chairs with 3 different ceremony options, all included. If you’re looking for the perfect venue for your wedding or even just a get together, this is where you want to book. You’ll have no regrets, if you’re hesitant just reach out to the owners for a walk through and you’ll know!

Exceptional Venue

We were in a crunch to find somewhere to get married due to COVID-19. The owners at Wildflower Estates responded quickly to my inquiry. The venue is absolutely beautiful with multiple options for the ceremony inside or outside. Although due to the weather and it being extremely windy on our wedding day, we had our ceremony inside. The owners were amazing to work with! Extremely flexible with our idea of how we wanted things on our day! They definitely went above and beyond for us! I would recommend this venue to anyone who wants an amazing and absolutely beautiful experience and wedding day! We plan on reserving this venue again for a larger wedding at a later date, that’s how amazing this place is and it’s owners!

Perfection

I had the experience of a lifetime at Wildflower Estates, from planning my beautiful day to seeing it all come to life. The staff is amazingly helpful with suggestions as well as execution. I also had them take care of the entire day, catering was like no other food I’ve had at a venue. This very intimate, boutique, and stunning place is all I needed. Looking forward to celebrating many anniversaries here.

Beautiful venue!

I hosted a bridal shower at Wildflower Estate and it exceeded all my expectations! The venue is beautiful and has many added features that can accentuate any event. The centerpieces, arbor, chairs and, rustic tables that were included in the price were perfect. The bride was over the moon with her bridal shower and I can't thank Wildflower Estate enough for making her day perfect!

All-Inclusive Ease with Room for Improvement

We chose Wildflower Estates as our wedding venue and opted for the Bridal Boutique all-inclusive package since we planned our wedding in less than four months. For a short timeline, the all-inclusive option definitely helped simplify planning and reduce stress. The venue itself is a beautiful modern barn style with several ceremony site options and lovely scenery that makes for a great backdrop.

They do offer a backup plan for rain or high winds, which is appreciated, but it’s not ideal for larger weddings (over 40 guests), they move it inside and can only provide seating for about 35 guests so that’s something couples may want to think through.

There were several highlights to our experience. Our planner/coordinator (Eventfully Yours) was wonderful. Angie & Kristen were organized, kind, and supportive. The photographer turned out to be amazing and captured our day beautifully. We didn’t know who our florist would be until the day of so I wasn’t able to find or look at a portfolio beforehand, which was nerve-wracking, but thankfully they exceeded expectations. The bartender, Cory also stood out; as the bride and groom, we never had an empty drink. He paid attention to us all night and made sure we were taken care of first, which we really appreciated.

There are also some things future couples should know. There is no food tasting beforehand. The cocktail hour food was great, but the main course was disappointing. There is also only one cake/dessert vendor option, which limits personalization.

Vendor flexibility is something we wish had been stronger. In hindsight, we might have preferred choosing vendors individually or having multiple vendor options to choose from within the package. Our DJ unfortunately did not meet expectations.

The bridal suite is very nice, but for the price point it would be helpful to have a space for the men to get ready onsite as well. A steamer available for day-of use would also be a thoughtful addition.

One of the biggest stress points was invoicing for the bar/alcohol. Due to a billing oversight on their end, they were trying to collect payment the morning of our wedding while I was getting ready. That felt inconsiderate and added unnecessary stress to an already busy day. While the package is all-inclusive, there are still behind-the-scenes logistics, and I didn’t feel it should have been my responsibility to stay on top of their billing timeline.

Overall, Wildflower Estates provides a beautiful setting and a convenient planning option, especially for couples on a shorter timeline. With better vendor options, clearer billing processes, and a few added amenities, the experience could be even stronger for future couples.

Could you use some work on Customer Service

This is a decent venue. It’s new and clean but I would not say my experience with the planner or the venue itself was positive. Because of a personal matter our wedding was cancelled. Even though we were 6 months out they still required we pay more than half of the $12k owed for the event. They say it’s all inclusive and reasonably priced but we were out over $6k and had nothing to show for it. I would keep this in mind when booking. I think they have some changes needed when it comes to customer service and quality.
