While our event was a reunion and not a wedding, the professionalism, communication, and event pricing are still very relevant. I cannot express enough how fantastic Kate and the Circle D Farm staff were with helping us have a successful family reunion. Kate was kind and patient. She answered every question. Came up with solutions for various issues that we had that came up prior to the reunion. She patiently worked with me when I was out of the country and still trying to plan. She understands event planning and mentioned things that I did not consider. On the day of the event, the food was delicious, the service was excellent, and even more importantly, we did not have to worry about the logistics of food preparation and clean up. We could concentrate on being with each other and having fun reconnecting. The pricing was reasonable. We enjoyed the rustic environment of the farm. We highly recommend Kate and Circle D Farm and would definitely have a reunion there again.

Her calm presence, expert guidance, and genuine care turned what could have been a stressful process into an enjoyable, exciting journey. Kate handled every detail with such professionalism and grace, allowing us to relax and truly soak in the joy of the day. I genuinely owe the success of my wedding to her—she is the reason everything felt so easy and perfect. Anyone getting married needs to consider Circle D. I would use their services 1000x over.

We just got married here on 04/26 and it was everything I could have imagined and more. We toured this location in July of 2024 and fell in love with the outdoor ceremony location, which offers two spots to get married at. The field is full of flowering trees which were at their peak bloom for our photos. Unfortunately it did rain on our wedding day so we were unable to get married in the field but the owner, Kate, did an amazing job of helping us shift to inside and we took our photos outside after the rain stopped. One of my favorite things about this venue is the beautiful fireplace, which we were married in front of instead. With 30 minutes left before the ceremony started, Kate and her team rearranged all the dinner tables in the reception area to accommodate the ceremony area. She also answered my endless emailed questions, usually within a day and was very helpful with getting my thoughts together into a cohesive plan. I priced out a ton of locations across three counties, and this was by far the least expensive but the biggest bang for your buck. The food was delicious, the staff were very helpful, and the location is beautiful. You’re missing out if you don’t consider Circle D Farm for your wedding.

Beautiful facility close to home with a staff that works like they’re entertaining their own family. We loved having our wedding reception at Circle D. Kate Dowd is great to work with and very accommodating to the needs of the clients. The pricing is very fair. Our guests loved the food and commented on what a nice facility it was. We would use them again for any future events as needed.

We had a great experience with Kate & her staff for my daughter's wedding. Kate worked with us on every detail and truly cared about what we wanted. They were responsive & supportive of each question and subsequent decision made. The property was perfect for us and the weather allowed for an outside ceremony at the gazebo. The sun setting pictures were beautiful! The food was great and drinks plentiful. There were several different places to chose for the ceremony depending on the couple's wishes. The venue met all of our expectations and more! Thank you again Kate!

Circle D Farm was the perfect venue for our 60th birthday party. The staff was so pleasant to work with. The food was very good! The room was spacious and had a great balcony the length of the room. We were so happy and would definitely recommend this venue!!

This is a very long overdue review, but in no way short of our overwhelming appreciation and amazement of our wedding day experience. My husband and I, and our families are forever grateful and impressed by the overall quality of the venue, the staff, the location, and especially the event coordinator, Kate Dowd. She is absolutely incredible and passionate in her job, and so lovely to work with! Kate was very friendly, organized, professional, flexible, and a great communicator. She accommodated all of our ideas and special requests (including dietary needs for anyone who has them) and was always available by phone, email, and even for in person meetings whenever we needed it. I also wanted to mention what a difference it makes as well to have the time and flexibility to come the day before the wedding to decorate the hall. We had a lot of intricate homemade decor to set up so we were able to spend the morning decorating and then we had a wonderful rehearsal dinner in the lounge area afterwards which made everything so much easier. A huge thanks to you, Kate, and your staff for all your hard work in making our day so special, smooth, and timeless.

I also have to express how beautiful, tranquil, and well kept the event hall and the grounds are. There are so many different spots for photo sessions and having the option for an outdoor ceremony is amazing. My husband and I got married at a church, but we still could admire and imagine how beautiful it would be to have a ceremony there as well. No matter what season or weather conditions you have on your wedding day it is a perfect place. Having our wedding day at the end of March we actually experienced periods of sunshine, wind, overcast, drizzles of rain, and to our surprise a brief and pretty dusting of snow flurries!

If you are considering a place for your wedding ceremony and reception, please consider Circle D Farm, they are wonderful people and it is an amazing venue!! All of your expectations will be exceeded and your worries/wedding day stress will fade away.

We immediately knew from just looking at the venue, and speaking to Kate that this was the place we wanted to get married. One place for ceremony & reception, beautiful views of the farm & how spacious the banquet hall was. We got married 9/23/23 during a tropical storm, and Kate was very positive and optimistic that moving the wedding indoors would be perfect, and that it was. The food was delicious! Highly highly recommend for a beautiful wedding venue.

Kate and her staff were true professionals. Everything from the initial consultation to setting up the venue and everything in between was handled in an easy going ,no pressure environment.

The weather caused an issue on the day however the staff were amazing to work with in transitioning to an indoor ceremony. The ceremony was beautiful and I can not thank the staff for all of the hard work they put in.

I highly recommend Circle D Farm for any event.
