Wild Whisk was born out of disappointment in wedding food! 😱 My husband and I just found reception meals so often lacking any memorable elements, no seasoning, and portions way too small. We knew we could do better so here we are!

Wild Whisk makes dreamy food out of an average budget! We actually do NOT have restaurant or hotel catering backgrounds. My husband is a lawyer and I’m a makeup artist but we LOVE food and we have a big family we put to work in catering that is now taking over our other ventures! We have carved out a process that skips a lot of unnecessary “fuss” and we work together grilling, crafting, mixing, baking, serving and displaying food your guests won’t soon forget!

With over 20 years experience in weddings….I’ve come to understand the sociological needs of making people comfortable at receptions so they can enjoy the food! We interact heavily with guests so they know they have “permission” to ask about the food, ask for seconds, and make sure their dietary concerns are met. We even hand out recipes when asked…..and we are often asked!

We are totally custom and love trying new things. When a couple has a vision, we invest heavily and dive deep into their Pinterest’s boards and TikTok collections to make sure we understand what they really want. BUT we find most couples really need guidance and suggestions so we work together to carve out the perfect menu that satisfies a crowd and the newlywed couple!Once we even went to a bride’s favorite restaurant and ordered her favorite meal so we could duplicate it and serve it only for her on the big day 😆 the rest of the menu was completely different! This is a small example of what we are willing to do to make dreams come true for couples who think their food goals might be too lofty for their budgets.
