Ray was amazing. He made sure that he called me to make sure that everything would happen according to plan. He also made sure that he emailed me detail information to ensure my day would go perfectly. My drivers were on time and they were very attentive to my needs. I was supposed to get a town car to pick me up the night of the wedding to bring me back to my hotel but instead he sent me a beautiful limo free of charge. Whitestar Limousine Service are great!!! The driver was so nice to me, my husband and my entire bridal party. They even helped during the ceremony. They pulled the aisle runner out for me before I walked down. I would recommend them to everyone I know.

Whitestar Limo is now located on Jericho Tpke and Anthony was a pleasure to work with. We went to several limo companies but when we went to Whitestar, Anthony gave us a great deal, and he knew exactly what my husband wanted. The drivers were amazing, and Bob went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. The driviers helped me into the church, assisted with closing and opening the church doors for me and were really awesome. I would definitely recommend Whitestar limo to any bride, groom and anyone looking for a professional and reasonable limo company. Thank you Anthony and Whitestar for helping our day be memorable. We loved the car that Anthony chose for us as a surprise for my husband and your guys are great.... I look forward to using your services again in the near future.

The limo service was very nice. Price was at a great value with very nice cars. However, I was very upset to have had to pay 100beacause the driver had to wait for us for 30minutes. I was immediately told well that will be an extra 100 without hesitation. Took full advantage of the situation, very disappointed.

we chose whitestar limousine for our wedding march 2013, overall my wife and i were happy with our choice. we chose a package with two limos and a antique rolls royce. the limos all arrived on time with no issues, the limo drivers were friendly, the limo drivers went out of their way to keep my wife calm and relaxed. after the ceremony we had to change our photo site due to a change in the weather, the drivers were all helpful and patient, helping us choose a location. later after the reception i called the company because i had complimentary late pick up for myself and the wedding party and the limo came promptly and took us to our hotel safely. the only issues i had with the service was that my wife had shoes that she intended to wear at our reception that one of the limo drivers personally said she would hold on to, and by the end of the night we never got the shoes back. even when we called the company the next day to pick up the shoes the company said that they didn't find any shoes, and the driver who took the shoes was not returning her company's calls, so long story short we never got our shoes back that they personal said they would hold on to, also i would recommend that if you take this company you should opt to pay the gratuity to the drivers yourself. i chose to pay the gratuity up front so that i wouldn't have to worry about it later, but it would have been better to give it out to the drivers personally, especially since you never know if they get everything that you payed for upfront

The driver was very punctual and courteus. Nothing bad to say about him. We were very happy with his services.

You plan a wedding, you have a lot of money on the line and a TON of logistics to keep track of. Every vendor we worked with was a pleasure with the exception of White Star. I have never given any vendor a 1 star rating in my life but here is why I am here.... We had rented 3 vehicles through White Star Limousine - a limo for our close relatives, a party bus for our bridal party, and a shuttle bus for guests to go from the hotel to the reception. The issue here lies with the shuttle bus. On our wedding day, as we were going from the church to the reception, i received multiple texts and calls from family members stating that the bus driver was refusing to take the guests to the reception from the hotel. I was under the impression based on prior conversations that the payment was to be made at the end of the evening. My wife and I had over a thousand dollars in cash with us in order to fulfill that payment (in addition to the deposit which was made on my credit card which went toward the payment). Per the contract, it does state that the payment should be made at the start of the event so that was a misunderstanding on my part. However, that method of payment is difficult to coordinate as they only accept cash, and my wife and I were not present on the shuttle bus. We would have had to leave cash with a guest that was riding the bus. Rather than taking the guests to the venue and having us pay them there, the bus driver refused to let anyone on the bus. My guests stood outside for over 30 minutes while someone got a hold of my wife and me. Our bus, with the bridal party, had to turn around and return to the hotel to make the payment. When we arrived at the hotel, we arrived to see 50 of our guests standing outside in a line outside the bus. (Mortifying). I paid the driver and the driver proceeded to count the cash obnoxiously as my guests got on the bus. On the way, the driver proceeded to back into a tree in the parking lot, miss the turn twice for the second stop, and drop my guests at the opposite end of the parking lot where they had to walk across the entire parking lot to get to the venue. We heard all of this from many of the guests on the shuttle (and I saw the shuttle park at the opposite end of the venue and saw all the guests walking across the lot). It was pretty difficult to hear and see, given my wife and I spent a lot of money to try to ensure our guests were enjoying themselves. Subsequently, our guests were very late to our cocktail hour, which we had worked very hard on. Thankfully, our venue had added an additional half hour for our cocktail hour when we signed our original package and our guests were able to move on from that debacle. Our wedding was a success thanks to our wonderful vendors but could have easily been ruined by White Star Limousine. Had I not looked at my phone (which many people don't in the first hour of marriage), we may not have been close enough to turn around, and our guests would have completely missed cocktail hour. All the driver had to do was take the guests to the venue, and then he could have taken the payment from me there. If I refused to pay, the company already had my credit card information and he could have refused to take my guests home at that point. Their policy is stressful for the bride and groom and makes zero sense even when it comes to protecting themselves. I had many conversations with Bob the manager of White Star Limousine who said the shuttle was provided by another company. He repeatedly said the service was provided and had zero sympathy. I asked for a partial refund of 500 (less than half of the cost of the shuttle) and he laughed. I asked for the tip back of 70 dollars (which was automatically included and the driver did not deserve) and he said he would do so, if I put in writing that I liked the service that White Star Limousine provided. To say this company is slimy is an understatement. The only thing I was offered was a partial credit toward a future car service (why would I ever use these guys again?). The driver of the shuttle was unprofessional, unsafe, and nearly ruined our wedding. Although, not affiliated with White Star, he was hired by White Star and White Star took zero accountability for anything that happened. I cannot in my sound conscious ever recommend any bride or groom use these guys. My advice would be to avoid at all costs. I would have been better off ordering 12 ubers for my guests. It would have been less stress, cheaper, and would have hedged risk by not putting all guests on one shuttle with one horrible driver.

DON'T USE THIS COMPANY.... RUN RUN FAR AWAY.......... THE CARS ARE DISGUSTING. THE OWNER ANTHONY IS AN ARROGANT LOW LIFE. I FOUND OUT AFTER VISITING THAT HE HAS A PEDOPHILE WORKING FOR HIM.....

Whitestar Limousine was horrible, they literally ruined our night! At the end of what was an amazingly Perfect Wedding day, to our dismay Whitestar Limousine sent us a Rolls Royce which had the MOST HORRIBLE SMELL! We asked about the smell upon entering the car, the driver assured us they he had just put gas in the car and the smell would subside. To our dismay, the smell did not subside. The fumes were so strong that I LITERALLY held my wedding dress over my nose the entire ride, and my chest began to hurt. The DRIVER himself had to acknowledge the HORRIBLE SMELL! We would not have ever gotten in to the car had we known what we were up against. I have contacted Whitestar Limousine several times since the wedding to no avail. The assistant has assured me that the owner received our messages, but he has not returned our calls. We would not reccommend Whitestar Limousine Service to anyone!
