Where do I begin? Once I fell in love with our venue (The Mansion at Tuckahoe) I knew that needed an exceptional wedding planner to bring this blank slate of a project to life. Might I mention that I have a background in events and an extremely particular eye for aesthetics, so I knew that I had to be EXTRA meticulous during the wedding planner vetting process.

From the moment I hopped on a consultation call with White Palms, I knew I was in the best hands. They are a team of three powerful women who truly know their stuff (why have only one wedding planner when you can have three??). All the right questions were asked, and all the right answers were given. It was evident that this wasn’t their first rodeo, which is extremely important when you have to bring in all your vendors to a venue. All that instagram flash means nothing, if you don’t have sound logistical coordination to back it up.

The planning process was as seamless as a wedding planning process can go. They let me run with my vision, and would jump in to offer their professional opinion when necessary. This meant so much to me, because I was able to add so many personal touches to the day, and they empowered me to do so. We were in constant communication, and they were always a phone call away to bounce ideas off of and some much needed emotional support (JK…kinda)!

The day-of went off without a hitch! It was a divine recipe between the legwork we did leading up, and their “boots on the ground” presence. Since there are three of them, they are able to tend to every facet of the party to ensure a smooth sailing for the bride and groom, the bridal party, and vendors. It was an attention to detail that just one person couldn’t possibly manage. Both my husband and I were able to really enjoy our day and be present because we had Lisa, Erika, and Catherine at the helm running the show. It is a very large venue, but it was never a question of “where is the wedding planner??”.

It goes without saying that White Palm was an absolutely essential ingredient to the success of our special day. Aside from being incredibly fabulous individuals, they such a strong team that is able to hold your hand every step of the way through the wedding process. I could not recommend them enough, and can’t wait to watch them shine from afar!!!

Erika, Lisa, & Catherine were an excellent team to work with, they made Mike and Morgans day run smoothly. They were very professional and made sure the day aligned with their vision. They checked in with us regularly to make sure we had everything we needed throughout the day. We would highly recommend their team.

We were able to sit back and enjoy the process while they took on all the stress. The wedding couldn’t have gone any smoother and the results were simply stunning. They were exactly what we were looking for when we started to plan our wedding. They were very professional, organized, fun, and down to earth. They kept in contact with all of our vendors to make sure that what we wanted for our wedding was what we got! The day of our wedding, we were relaxed and only had to focus on ourselves because they had everything taken care of! They checked in with us hourly to make sure we had everything we needed. Our ceremony was perfect!! They stayed near us through the whole wedding and reception to make sure we had food, drinks…Lisa even gave me her lip gloss when I couldn't find mine! At the end of the night, when the night was wrapping up, my husband looked at me and said, “we could not have done this without them!” And I couldn’t agree more!! White Palm Weddings were hands down the best to work with and to plan a wedding. This team is creative, fun, knowledgeable, caring and will work their hardest to make sure your day is THE BEST DAY OF YOUR LIFE, even during a pandemic! Our wedding was set and ready to go for April 2020, until the pandemic hit. Three weeks before we were supposed to get married the world came to a halt. White Palm Wedding team jumped on the situation to get our wedding rebooked and planned for a later date. They helped us turn a negative situation into a positive! We are so grateful and ended up having the most beautiful wedding in August 2020. Thank you!

My Husband particularly enjoyed how Erika followed us around with appetizers and water during our photos!
