My husband and I got married here in August of 2019. We selected Whaleback Vineyard as both our ceremony and reception area for a variety of reasons including its historical charm, beautiful grounds and friendly proprietors. Our ceremony was outside with the vines and mountains as our backdrop. The barn itself had many amenities that made it the perfect reception area. The two bathrooms were spacious, the extra dressing room was a nice addition, the end room was perfect for housing the buffet and bar, the smaller loft was the perfect spot for the DJ and the larger loft housed 4 additional reception tables. We had 120 guests and there was plenty of room for dancing, socializing, and eating. When the sun went down in the evening, the lights that wrap all of the rafters were truly magical. Our photographer utilized the vineyard well, capturing the vines, mountains, as well as the interior and exterior of the barn . I highly recommend Whaleback Vineyard as a wedding venue. We wouldn't have changed a thing about our day!
