We couldn’t have trusted a better team to plan our wedding! It’s not easy planning a destination wedding but Erika and her team made sure to talk us through it all. They always answered our emails and were always willing to set up FaceTimes if needed. We had complete trust in them and they delivered!! Our wedding was so perfect I can’t even put into words. I’m so grateful for the Amore team and how amazing they made our special day. I highly recommend booking the destination package- Adriana took all our stress away with all the extra needs that come with getting people to a destination wedding. The extra help with planning transportation and all extra events helped ease our minds with our guests traveling.

Conocimos a Kimaura por medio de un familiar que se casó hace aproximadamente un año y le estamos profundamente agradecid@s. Esta fué una boda muy especial ya que los novios son de la tercera edad. Kimaura y cia manejaron todo el proceso de principio a fin de manera muy profesional y creativa, los ahora esposos quedaron muy contentos y satisfechos con el evento en todos los sentidos. Yo, hija de la novia no me canso de agradecer a Kimaura y cia por ayudarnos a darle a mi madre uno de los dias mas felices de sus 75 años de vida. Excelente, 100% recomendada. Logramos encontrar las mejores alternativas que se acoplaban a nuestra visión para este día, enfrascando la esencia de la personalidad de los novios, sus sugerencias fueron muy convenientes y bien recibidas teniendo como resultado un evento con estilo, elegancia, digno de recordar. Adelita, was cool, calm, and collected no matter what challenge arose. She is efficient, pleasant, capable and made a beautiful elegant wedding in a Cloud Forest Retreat. The Bride was very fortunate to have her as the wedding planner. Highly recommend her.

We had to change wedding planners just one month before our big day, and Paula at BACS Event was truly a blessing. She listened to every single detail (and I had many!) and never missed a step. From the moment she stepped in, her genuine and sweet personality gave me peace of mind. On the morning of the wedding, Paula sent me a text saying not to worry because she would take full control and she absolutely delivered on that promise. Our wedding was elegant, flawless, and perfect in every way. The decorations were breathtaking, and so many of our guests said it was the most beautiful setup they had ever seen. Paula and her crew didn’t just coordinate; they served Daryl, me, and all 120 of our guests with grace and professionalism. My heart is so full of gratitude for her making our day everything we dreamed of and more. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Paula is simply the best!

Kate of Luna Weddings was amazing to work with for our wedding this past May. We knew we wanted to have a very intimate ceremony on the beach in Costa Rica (our favorite place) and had no idea how to plan it, so we reached out to Kate and immediately knew she was who we needed. Our micro wedding was literally better than we could’ve imagined, from the set up, florals, timeline, food, everything was perfection. Thank you Kate!!

The Bliss Weddings team made all of my wedding dreams come true. I have nothing but love and gratitude for Cota, Will, and the entire Bliss Weddings team. From the very beginning, Cota was incredibly kind and easy to talk to. I could tell right away that she was organized and very well connected with vendors in the area. We loved that she personally knew many of the vendors we ended up choosing. She was always thoughtful in how she communicated with my husband and me, and we were excited to work with her from the moment we met. She kept us organized throughout the entire process, which I deeply appreciated because I am a very type-A, organized person myself. Planning a destination wedding could have easily become overwhelming, but Cota made it feel manageable every step of the way. Our wedding took almost two years to plan, and she helped make the entire process feel seamless. On the wedding day, Cota was the last person I was with before I walked down the aisle, and I truly wouldn’t have had it any other way. Her presence was calming, supportive, and grounding. It was clear how much she genuinely cared about making the day perfect for us, and that meant so much. When we began working with Will, he was immediately very hands-on. We had several Zoom calls in the beginning, and as the planning progressed we communicated frequently with him on WhatsApp. He was always patient, responsive, and incredibly helpful. Will also took on the huge task of helping our friends and family coordinate their stays in Santa Teresa, including booking puddle jumper flights and arranging taxis. For a group of 65 guests, that is no small task. He also helped organize an incredible boat day excursion for guests who arrived early and led the coordination of our welcome party at Brukas. By the time I finally met Will in person, the first thing I did was give him a hug. Our friends and family were genuinely excited to meet him because he had already been so kind and helpful to everyone throughout the planning process. That level of care did not go unnoticed. On the wedding day, Will and Cota made us feel completely at ease. Everything was handled, and there was nothing to worry about. I tend to be an anxious person, so the fact that I felt so peaceful and present the entire day is a true testament to how incredible they both are. Our guests are still raving about the entire experience: the setting, the design, the food, the dancing, even the late-night pizza. We have heard from so many friends and family members that it was one of the best weddings they have ever attended. Most importantly, it was the perfect day for my husband and me. Now that everything is over, I’m grateful to say that Cota and Will feel more like friends than our wedding planners. We truly can’t wait to return to Santa Teresa and visit them again. They really do feel like family to us.

If there was a way to rate higher than 5 Stars for Dahianna and her entire team, we would select that as fast as possible. From the very beginning of the process, Dahianna was so kind, responsive, and fun to work with. Our wedding was a destination wedding and we knew we needed someone to guide us. She worked with us every step of the way to build our dream wedding. She is incredibly knowledgeable, flexible, and has incredible vision to take our conversations and bring them into reality. We thought building our dream wedding would be stressful, but Dahianna made it the opposite. We enjoyed every step of the way and were able to relax and be present on our big day. Every vendor and person she recommended was held to the same high standard she holds herself - and they all delivered an amazing experience. We would recommend Dahianna to anyone in a heartbeat. Hard to put into words just how flawless of a process she provided. Amazing and wonderful person and team.

Barbara was a fantastic wedding planner. Was very organized with the timeline and helped us stay on schedule. During stressful times and when we had a lot of questions Barbara was always willing to join a call. Barbara’s basecamp was also extremely helpful for communication and keeping track of documents. We are from the U.S. and were not able to visit any of the vendors prior to our wedding. Barbara did a great job of working with our budget and introducing us to vendors. On wedding day and the day before, she was super helpful. It was great to have her at the venue to ask questions and handled situations as they came up, often before we even knew something was going on. All the vendors from the rental company from the food to the hair and makeup were terrific. Barbara is no nonsense and gets things done decisively, but also has a very caring and humorous side for her clients. All in all Barbara was great to work with and would 100% recommend to anyone.
