Working with Riem to plan my wedding has been the best experience for me. I felt really overwhelmed when first starting to plan my wedding and after talking to her it took a load off of me. She helped me plan the wedding of my dreams and I'm so thankful I chose her as my wedding planner. Her prices are exceptional and I really enjoyed her enthusiasm and willingness to accommodate to what I wanted. Best decision I made!

She is such a multitasker, I saw her run away and bend over backward for me to ensure top service and confirmed everyone was enjoying their time and everything was up to par. My name is Sandy Tomasello and my wedding back in June of 2019 was done by Riem. The work that she puts in to your wedding is more work you would put into your own wedding. Everything that Riem has done was extraordinary. I would definitely trust her with any other upcoming events of mine.

I would honestly book again if I could. Riem was so professional and understanding throughout the few months we worked together. She was always so responsive to my questions and always made sure that I was happy with each and every choice made for my wedding. My husband and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. I am not the type of person who writes negative reviews. I was urged by my husband and all of the family involved in my wedding that I needed to. Riem is a very nice person but when it came to the actual planning of my event she fell short. Not once did she show up with a pad or something electronic to take notes on my preferences. It became clear she did not know the details of our event when she asked me questions at the rehearsal like “how many people in the bridal party?” when I had very clearly said from day 1 that we did not have a bridal party. On the day of the rehearsal she showed up over an hour late which made us late for the rehearsal dinner. I had her communicate solely with the florist and two days before the wedding she said that two floral arrangements had been added that I had very clearly stated in an email weeks before we did not want. It felt very disorganized and made me feel like I needed to double check everything. Not the best feeling the day before one’s wedding. She also cancelled a number of our meetings (both virtual and in person) last minute. At first I was understanding but it got very frustrating after it happened multiple times and I was the one communicating and rescheduling with vendors. My husband walked up to the isle to the completely wrong song and I walked down the isle to the wrong part of my song. I felt like her communication with the DJ should have been better. I hired her to ensure timing and day of details were correct so I did not have to stress about it on the day of. Unfortunately that did not happen. Initially she said she was be assertive and able to direct our families but at the rehearsal and on the day of she did not take initiative to direct people and their placement. My sisters and sister in law had to step in and direct our families on where to be. Then the literal icing on the cake was that the cupcakes I ordered for desert had blue icing which turned out guests’ teeth blue. Although we were all able to laugh about it later, in the moment I just wished that she had the experience and foresight to let me know that it would have been wise NOT to get blue icing at a wedding
