Melinda is Great! She has a list of terrific vendors that she would recommend to you in the begining and all of them are wonderful professionals and within budget. I ended up using most of whom she introduced and assembled a team that has worked together many times before. Under Melinda's leadership, the team provided top-rated service on my Wedding Day and truely created a special memory for everyone invited. Melinda is very experienced in what she does, that's both planning for the Wedding and coordinating on the Wedding Day. She will lead you through every piece of detail and at times bargain on your behalf with the vendors. I lost track of how much I saved because of her. Unlike some other planners, she represents you, the client. On the day of, Melinda oversaw all the activities herself and made sure my bride and I could be worry-free and enjoy the day. It's a lot of fun working with Melinda; I would hire her again but that just can't happen (wedding-wise)... LOL

Melinda was an AMAZING wedding planner! From the beginning of the process until the end of the wedding night, she was there for me! She was always available to talk and we met at various times leading up to the wedding! She pointed me in the right direction with vendors and handled everything for me! I didn't realize the stress that would come with planning a wedding, but Melinda took care of all that for me and I completely trusted her and the wedding could not have been better! I will recommend her to anyone getting married!!! I can't say enough about how amazing she was and her staff!!!!

Like many couples, when we started planning our wedding, one of our first tasks was to find a venue. Hiring a wedding coordinator was not on the top of our list. Boy were we wrong. If we were to do it all over again, we would've started with a wedding coordinator... before all else.

Before we met Melinda, we thought we were doing a good job, doing our own research, interviewing vendors, etc. Meeting with Melinda for the first time was an eye opening experience. She reviewed our contracts and vendor selections, and offered honest evaluations, along with many cost cutting suggestions that we had not considered (i.e. negotiating the cost of kid's meals). Additionally, she offered so many great ideas, and was an invaluable resource. If only we had met with her earlier, it would've saved us hours of research, and given us so much more negotiating power.

Leading up to the wedding day, as stress levels began to rise, Melinda was always available, responsive, and constantly re-assuring us.

The wedding day was PERFECT, and went off without a hitch. We enjoyed every minute of the day, having full confidence in Melinda to take care of all the details. She was professional, extremely organized, and kept us on schedule. In hindsight, we know that more than any other vendor, Melinda was the reason the event was such a success.

AMAZING is the first word that comes to mind when I think of Melinda. We had about 250 + adults and 25 kids at our wedding and I can’t even remember how many vendors but yes Melinda pulled everything off. I had so many little details and she didn’t miss a thing. The night would not have been possible without her help and her guiding us through the entire process. Melinda is the kind of wedding planner that will respond to your late night panic emails right away and she will remind you about things you would not have even thought of. My husband and I really enjoyed our wedding because of her. In closing, if your still wondering if you should hire her the answer is YES! I know it can be expensive but I have to say in the end Melinda saved us money. She stopped me from buying a million little things I didn’t need and would text me great deals and also worked with vendors to make sure we got the best deal.

When we met with Melinda we had already interviewed several coordinators. She was only 1 of 2 that made a follow up call to us. From the first meeting I felt as though she "gelled" with my husband and I. He said " I really like her." and coming from a man that speaks few words that says a lot.

Melinda was the BEST wedding decision that we made. During the last week/week and a half Melinda really "went to bat" for us when dealing with a particular vendor. She is a TRUE professional ( and there were several that we met that were NOT). She made suggestions on what she thought would work best ,and we completely trusted her in doing this.

I would often email her several times a day/week, changing the guest list count, the number of chairs we needed, even on the actual wedding day! She was never bothered by this, and often calm, cool, and collected. The ceremony and reception area were far more beautiful than my husband and I ever envisioned.

As it turns out Melinda and her husband were married on the same day as DH and I ( thanks David for sharing your wife with us on your special day too!).

We hired Melinda to be our coordinator/planner, but what we got out of our experience with her was much, much more than that. We gained a great, new friend.

Melinda was wonderful! She made our wedding everything we imagined it to be and more. She's on top of everything, easy to work with, accommodating, trustworthy, had lots of ideas to make our wedding even better, and really looked out for our best interest i.e. helped save us money with certain vendors. We loved all the vendors she recommended too. We used her sweetheart package and it was exactly what we needed for level of service and was very reasonably priced. On the day of the wedding, Melinda made sure all the little details were in place and even added a special touch to our hotel room with flowers on the bed. We, and our family and friends, were really able to enjoy our wedding day and not stress because we knew Melinda was handling everything for us. We definitely recommend Melinda to any bride and groom because we couldn't have done it without her.

Melinda provided coordination services for us for the day of our wedding, and was fantastic! She contacted all of our vendors for us to make sure everything was in order, created a great timeline and kept us to it the day of the event, and was very supportive and helpful in all respects! I would highly recommend her as a vendor. She helped decrease our stress load 100% so we could sit back and enjoy our wedding, and we felt so confident things were in control, and would run smoothly. I think the wedding day coordination was a great package, very affordable, and one of the best decisions we made in terms of our vendors. In addition to providing coordination services for the day of the wedding, she can also provide suggestions of vendors and help to make last minute arrangements. She also provided helpful advice about things like seating arrangements and the schedule of events at the wedding which helped us to make our decisions. Finally, she is a great person to work with who is extremely responsive and responsible. I would highly recommend her services to any bride and groom.

We could not have been more thrilled with Melinda's services for the rehearsal and actual wedding day!! My husband is the typical guy in that when the suggestion for a coordinator arose he said, "Why do we need someone to do that? I can probably do it myself". Hilarious. Well, it was hard to convince him that on our wedding day we didn't need to be worrying about the caterer arriving on time, guests being seated, setting up decorations and just streamlining all the different forces that need to come together seamlessly for a few hours. He was still skeptical. Fast forward to the rehearsal-- our wedding party felt a great peace of mind knowing what they were doing, our parents were put at ease (they were more nervous than we were!), and the tremendous amount of details were left up to Melinda. The next day at our wedding, things may have gone wrong (everyone promises this WILL happen) but my husband and I did not have to even think twice about it because Melinda was able to completely take command of the situation and made the day about each OTHER not the little things. As a result, we had such a loving, amazing, beautiful wedding. Completely a dream day. We cannot say enough about Melinda...she is not only meticulous, organized, experienced, cool, calm and collected but she is such a kind person. Needless to say, my husband now says, "Aren't you so glad I found Melinda and pushed you to have her at our wedding?!" Oh boy. :) We couldn't have done it without her!!

A day of coordinator is a must cuz you don't want to worry on your wedding day...and Melinda did an awesome job of it! She recommended some great vendors to me and handled all the little things I did not want to deal with on my wedding day.

I even ran into some issues 2 days before the wedding (on rehearsal day) with the parents telling me I HAD to do something about covering the ceremony site for the guest due to the extreme heat wave we were having...I pretty much was burnt out from wedding planning and did not want to deal with it anymore so I did not go out and get anything. On my wedding day, when I show up at the venue, Melinda asks if I rented some umbrellas to cover the ceremony site.. I told her no and that I was done with it and I did not care (I was having a short ceremony so some guests would suffer for at most 20 minutes) BUT somehow Melinda pulled some magic strings for me while I was getting ready and when I walked out to the site there were umbrellas to provide shade for my guests.. needless to say our parents were very pleased. Thanks Melinda!

If your having a wedding ... you need Melinda~

How should we describe Melinda? A WONDER WOMAN!!! It's been so grateful working with Melinda from day 1. She truely has the experience, creativity, and flexibility. She's such a sweetheart who will work on every detail with you. I must say it is worth to hire a wedding planner to save your day because she definitely saved our day. We had a flawless day until our MC/DJ lost our family name list, list of songs, and agenda. We didn't have a small wedding but a wedding of 260+ guests. Melinda went out of her way and made sure that our reception was on schedule even when some of the things couldn't be replaced. I don't know what she did, but she complete the night and none of us noticed the flaw. Our guests had a wonderful time, and we didn't want the night to end.
