Dora was beyond helpful and has more patience than anyone I know. The wedding I helped with didn’t go out as planned and Dora assisted us with short notice and made everything run 1000% smoother. She’s very calm, focused, determined and loving and ORGANIZED! Her team is wonderful and they all went above and beyond ! We appreciate you!

Dora was a lifesaver at my daughter's wedding. Plan A was an outdoor wedding that got rained out. Plan B was to have the wedding in the pavilion where the reception was but it got flooded. Plan C was to have it indoors, which is what we did. Dora was extremely efficient, got everything moved, and made sure that the venue didn't charge us extra because they made the call to move it. I've already recommended her to a friend, and I would do it again in a heartbeat!

I cannot emphasize enough how grateful I am that I hired Dora to be our Day-Of Coordinator. It was by far the best money we spent on the entire wedding. It was such a relief to have her help during the final stretch (we hired her about 1 month before the wedding) and we wish we would have started working with her sooner. She was organized, knowledgeable, and professional.

We were originally supposed to have our wedding under an outdoor pavilion, but there was a tornado warning that day and the pavilion flooded. The venue coordinator decided that we would be moving up the hill to their indoor space that luckily wasn’t being rented at the same time. Dora was able to manage all our other vendors and get our décor up the hill during a crazy storm.

With only a few hours’ notice, she recreated my vision in a room that I had only seen once and had decided against almost immediately. The wedding flowed as if we had planned for this outcome the whole time and Dora kept her cool despite everything.

I truly don’t know what we would have done without her. We were so thrilled with the result and having someone I could trust to iron out the many issues we encountered was invaluable.

Dora was recommended to us from a friend, and she was absolutely excellent! She was on top of everything, even things we didn’t think about and super professional the entire time. Even when we hit bumps in the road she kept everyone calm collected and stayed on top of everything

Dora was nothing short of amazing. I only had her as a day of coordinator, but she called me every single month in the year leading up to the wedding to talk and plan. She is so kind, easy to talk to, very organized, and always on task with all wedding stuff. You can tell she has a true passion for what she does and it shows in her work. Our entire wedding was DIY and she arrived and was by my side through the entire planning process. She made my dream wedding come to life and used some of her own materials to make that dream possible even. She arrived early to the rehearsal to help set up, was at the wedding coordinating all of the vendors, and made sure everything ran smoothly from start to finish. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Dora had a lot of great input and helped with checklists so we didn’t forget things. For the rehearsal, Dora was able to orchestrate the evening while listening to the input and ideas of the bride and her mother. On the day of the wedding, Dora was especially fantastic because she helped coordinate everything that was happening. Even though we all knew what to do she helped calm nerves and keep us grounded. There were hiccups and differences but in the end Dora helped us coordinate and keep everything together. I feel her help was exactly what we needed as we were planning things with only two months notice.
