I was very much a DIY bride and would have done it all myself if I could have, but I couldn’t physically set up the reception while at the ceremony, and luckily I stumbled upon Calla! She was everything I could have hoped for and made our wedding day everything we dreamed of. I would recommend her time and time again!

Calla is AMAZING!! Not only is she calm cool and collected with the most chill vibe, but she's ADORABLE as well! She was there every second that I needed to answer any questions and go over contracts with ease. She was SO VERY on point wth how the day would run and made our day absolute PERFECTION!! Her eye and attention to detail, as well as her ability to keep me on time, were impeccable. She helped me pull off my vision to an absolute T!! Our day couldn't have gone so perfectly if it hadn't been for her.... not a chance!

Calla was absolutely wonderful as our wedding planner. She helped us with all the coordination of the vendors and keeping us on track. The wedding happened the weekend of hurricane Ian’s rain. We persevered and the wedding turned out fabulous!!! I can tell you the day of can get so hectic but Calla took control and ran the day perfectly. This wedding was not at an indoor venue but at a farm. So definitely a bit more “balls in the air” for her to juggle. She did an outstanding job!!!

Calla was our day-of wedding coordinator for our wedding in Washington, DC in June 2016. She was AMAZING!

She was there every step of the way & very accessible via e-mail. She offered suggestions & asked questions we wouldn’t think to ask other vendors. There was a meeting we had w/ the venue, caterer & florist and a lot of information was exchanged during it. She took notes so I could listen and ask questions. That was extremely helpful. During the last few weeks leading up to the wedding, there were A LOT of small details to decide on. She guided us through all of it & put together a detailed timeline to ensure we were able to do the things we wanted to accomplish during our special day.

She was responsible for putting together the gift, cake & escort card tables along with other items on the guest tables. We provided her with our vision of how we thought the tables should be set up. When we walked into the venue and saw how everything was arranged – it was better than we ever imagined!

There was one point during the reception where we ran longer than usual, thereby cutting into the dancing we had planned to do for the remainder of the evening. She offered suggestions of things to cut out (i.e. garter removal/toss) in order to allow us to catch up. She remained calm and collected throughout the entire day. It was so nice to know that you had someone like Calla in your corner in case something went wrong and she would be able to resolve it without involving members of your wedding party.

After our wedding, Calla called us to inform that our wedding cake was left behind at the venue. She went above and beyond --- kindly took the cake home with her to store in her fridge and we made arrangements the next day to meet her to pick up the cake.

With only 2 1/2 months to go before my big day, I came to the huge realization that there was no way I was going to be able to handle all of the wedding planning on my own. Calla came as a recommendation from my DJ/Lighting company and from the very first email, I knew she was the perfect fit! Immediately I felt comfortable with her and she reassured me that she was there to put my worries at ease. She was ready to jump head first into the craziness and she truly did an amazing job. Even to the point where I completely forgot (the night of the rehearsal) to mark the name cards with meal choices and Calla told me not to worry, that she would take care of it, PHEW! So happy I found Calla and I hope that you all have the pleasure of working with her too!

Calla did such a great job with our wedding! We hired her to coordinate things on the day of, which she handled with ease-- but she was also available to meet beforehand, answered countless questions about whether one thing or another might work, provided suggestions on vendors and ideas, etc, etc, etc. Our caterer didn't come with a huge staff and Calla was able to procure a number of extra helping hands (as well as a great bartender) at a very reasonable cost and they were all very professional-- everything ran so smoothly it was like we'd practiced it a million times.

I think having someone there on your wedding day overseeing things (other than your mother!) so that you can relax and enjoy the day is priceless. Calla handled everything calmly and professionally and did everything we asked of her and more. I definitely highly recommend her services!

Calla is THE BEST! I have worked with her at other weddings and knew that I wouldn't want to hire anyone but her. She was worth every penny and much more! She made our big day so stress free. It was wonderful to be able to just relax and enjoy the day. She took care of everything! I only had 3 months to plan the wedding and with her help it was perfect! If you are looking for a planner who is really going to take an interest in you, Calla is the planner for you. I'm not kidding, there are not enough words to express my gratitude for what she did for us! HIRE HER! She's worth it!

I hired Calla as my day of wedding coordinator on a recommendation from a friend. Calla is the utmost professional, considering all of the details, and really made our wedding day perfect! I honestly don't know what I would have done without her. She kept everything running smoothly and was able to make tiny adjustments throughout the day so that we could have uninterrupted fun! From chasing down my lost keys, to setting up our decorations, Calla made sure that we didn't have to worry about a thing. Not only is she an amazing coordinator, she is a warm, caring person. She was truly a pleasure to work with. I honestly couldn't have done this wedding without her!

Calla was wonderful. We literally could not have had our wedding without her. At first, you're going to think "I can do all of this myself, what do I need a coordinator for." And then about 2 months before your wedding (at least that is when it kicked in for me) you will realize Calla is worth 10 times what you are paying her. From details I would never have thought of to executing crazy ideas that I wanted to do, Calla was wonderful. She was also very flexible with changed venue, and understanding of unique family dynamics. And she stayed up practically all night 2 days before the wedding to finish place cards after I decided I could not hand write them.

We hired Calla for a partial planning package (3 months prior to the wedding) and she was an invaluable asset to me and my husband. She was very helpful with ideas for all kinds of wedding details, from where to order invitations or buy sparklers, to what to write in the wedding program. Calla was responsive to emails throughout the planning process and even tracked down the missing top layer of our wedding cake several days after the wedding! She was extremely professional, nice, and calm, especially during the ceremony, and reception. She is exactly what a stressed out bride needs on her wedding day - a calm, nice person to help with all of the details! I would definitely recommend Calla to any of my friends who are getting married.
