Inside the Waterfront Loft at Port Detroit, you can choose from two main ceremony site options. The first is the Waterview Loft. This stylish space is filled with windows that allow natural light to pour in, offering views of the Detroit River. The second indoor option is the Conservatory. This space features high ceilings and a contemporary style that blends in perfectly with the surroundings. Overall, there is enough space inside for up to 400 of your loved ones to join you on your big day. In addition to ceremony spaces, there are also spaces set aside specifically for hosting your reception. Each room boasts elegant interiors, ambient lighting, and modern, tasteful accents. At this premium waterfront event venue, couples and guests can gather in spaces such as the chef-attended action station or the conservatory-turned-lounge. Wedding parties can prepare and beautify in plush get-ready rooms on-site before the official celebrations begin.
Services Offered
The team at the Waterfront Loft at Port Detroit offers couples two main packages they can choose from to make planning their wedding much easier. The expert in-house planners can assist you with catering and bartending arrangements. The Classic Package provides you with use of the conservatory, white garden chair seating, a 30-minute rehearsal before the wedding, and a 30-minute ceremony. The second option is the Contemporary Package. With this package, you also receive the services of the venue’s licensed or ordained officiant, as well as delightful infused refreshments and lemonade for you to enjoy with your loved ones after your ceremony. Couples also have a variety of event items they can choose from, such as:
