Casey and Shaina from the W Salon did hair and makeup for my wedding this month and we all loved the way we looked when they were done with us. Casey did one trial for me early on and though my hair looked stunning it wasn't quite me, so I went back again closer to the wedding for another trial with my natural curls and still was having trouble figuring out exactly what I wanted. Casey was calm and patient, and after just a few words describing what I thought I was looking for she suggested going in a new direction that ended up looking STUNNING on my wedding day, with an up-do I would not have been able to come up with or describe on my own. On the day of the wedding Casey and Shaina were punctual, polite, fun to talk to and very efficient in getting us all ready. They were professional, warm, and really GOOD at what they do, I would recommend them to anyone in a heartbeat.

The salon went out of their way to accommodate our schedule, opening up a full hour early on a Saturday morning and making major scheduling changes within only 2 weeks of the event. The salon itself has a lovely location and a sophisticated, yet comfortable venue. The ladies are all extremely well-presented - always reassuring to have someone stylish making you look good! All the hair styling was beautiful, although perhaps a little too much on the spray as there were some glue-like small chunks to pick out of one of my bridesmaids' updo. One of the bridesmaids re-did her makeup, but admittedly there hadn't been a practice session, and not enough time to re-do it at the salon. I highly recommend this salon, but also suggest anyone doing makeup should schedule a practice session.
