I had such a wonderful experience at Vivid Bridal! This place came highly recommended by my best friend, and now I can see why! This was my first dress appointment, and from the moment we walked in, my guests and I felt so welcomed and comfortable. The staff took the time beforehand to reference my Pinterest board of dresses that I liked, and they had a variety of gowns picked out upon my arrival based on what I was interested in. They were also very considerate of the budget I had selected prior to my appointment and only selected gowns that were within my budget. The stylist, Tiffanie, was so friendly and knowledgeable and was very helpful in answering all the questions from my guests and myself. She was so patient with me while I tried on all the dresses she had selected, and then she pulled additional dresses for me to try on after we discussed what styles I liked best. Tiffanie made the whole experience so fun and low stress! By the end of the appointment I had found the perfect dress for me that made me feel beautiful and confident and I couldn’t be happier!

This was my first wedding dress appointment, so it was my first time trying on dresses. Lakeisha was amazing!!! She took in all of my wants and eliminated my dislikes. She truly looked at me and found the perfect dress for me. She made me feel beautiful, like I have never felt before! She truly made this appointment beyond amazing! Vivid Bridal Boutique was a one stop shop! Everyone working there is so sweet and made me feel so beautiful. I attended a Stella York trunk show and fell in love with my dress and matching veil. I was able to have my alterations done in house for a very affordable price and Faizah was a true professional! She tailored my dress to absolute perfection and I was so happy with the result! I felt like a Queen on our wedding day and all of our guests were obsessed with my dress and cathedral length veil! I would definitely recommend Vivid Bridal!

All of the ladies at Vivid were amazing! I was lucky and had a few different hands helping me during my visit. I tried on 12 different dresses and I was never rushed the entire time. When I felt like I found the one, the ladies brought me out front to give me some brighter light and put a veil on me and once I told them yes to the dress (with a few tears in my eyes) they were shouting and laughing with joy right along with me! 🩷 I appreciate all the little things that they did for me to make my experience great and would definitely recommend them in the future! 😊

I absolutely LOVED working with the staff at the Vivid Bridal Boutique. Throughout the entire process from trying on dresses the very first time all the way up to the day before my wedding when I picked up my stunning dress was an amazing experience. The entire staff is absolutely fantastic, making you feel like one of their own, helping you feel completely comfortable and cheering you on throughout the entire process!

The boutique has a very intimate feel while also having tons of beautiful dresses, in a variety of styles, to chose from. I personally loved this type of atmosphere because it made me feel more comfortable and like I wasn’t just a number.

I was so happy to find a local bridal boutique in Lake Ridge - especially one that was size inclusive. As a curvy bride, I was a little nervous to go dress shopping but Shri and the girls were so great. I sent in a few inspo pictures for styles I thought I would like and she had a rack ready for me at my first appointment and I was immediately drawn to one of the dresses.

Shri took note and said okay, let's try on a few other dresses before that one so that I would get the full dress experience, and sure enough once I tried on the dress it really was THE dress. It was such a great experience and the follow on appointments for trying on the dress and alterations were also great.

Vivid Bridal Boutique provided a fabulous experience while shopping for my wedding dress. First, it was really easy to setup an appointment online. Then they contacted me via text to get more information about what kind of dress I was looking for and what kind of budget I had. They took the time to look at my pinterest board so that they could have some dresses already pre-selected for me to try on before I even arrived! Susana was my stylist and she was excellent! She was a wizard at finding dresses that fit exactly what I was looking for. During the whole process she also was able to explain really well about all the alterations options for each of the dresses so that even if there was a particular part of one I didn't like there were ways to easily change it to make it exactly what I might want. In the end she helped me find the perfect dress that had all the elements I loved by listening to all the feedback I gave about each dress I tried on. She was also super personable, attentive, professional, and caring. She never made me feel rushed and took every effort to make sure I was confident and happy with my final choice. Me and my guests really enjoyed the experience and I would highly recommend them due to their excellent selection of dresses in addition to their customer service!

By the time I had come to Vivid, I had already been to a variety of other shops and tried on what seemed to be like countless dresses. Susana and her team provided me with an individualized experience that felt extremely comfortable and stress free. Their expertise allowed them to choose dresses that they knew fit my personality, wishes, and body type. Their dresses are beautiful and also extremely well priced. The dress I ended up choosing was well under budget which was a win. Despite having a healthy budget, I had been to other shops that seemed to have mostly higher end dresses (6k+), most of the dresses at Vivd seemed to be under the 4k mark. I am a very petite bride and also loved knowing that they have a substantial plus size collection for any plus sized brides out there. Overall, my experience at Vivid was fantastic and I can't wait to continue working with them throughout the alterations process and even choosing accessories.
