When challenges arose, like the threat of bad weather, they responded instantly and gracefully. Their network of vendors is extensive, and they always had reliable, talented people ready to jump in and help. Every single person they brought onto our event — from florists to lighting crews — was not only skilled, but warm and fun to work with.

They were also invaluable when it came to negotiating contracts and helping us value-engineer smart solutions to stay within budget without sacrificing style or experience… and speaking of style — their design sensibilities are absolutely impeccable. Every visual detail of our wedding looked like it came straight out of a magazine. We knew it was going to look beautiful, but when we saw each event unfold we were blown away by how much better it was than we could have ever expected. They have an incredible eye for design and pulling a vision together. We keep joking that we wish they would start an interior design company too so they could come decorate our house now haha

Another major plus, they’re multilingual (Spanish, German, English, French). Their fluency in both Spanish and English made communication seamless — not just for us, but for our vendors as well. Having them as translators and cultural navigators throughout the process was invaluable.

We always felt comfortable around them, Every interaction felt like working with dear friends who genuinely wanted our day to be magical, and thanks to them, it was!

She told our love story through every design element and the execution of the logistics were beyond impressive. From the design team who set up decorations across three venues, to the team that was put together to support us during the getting ready, to the waiters at our reception, the only thing that was left for us to do is to be present and enjoy our day. Our guests are still gushing about how personal and uniquely us it all was and how it was the best wedding they have ever attended. And for us, it truly was the best weekend of our lives and we owe that all to Viva L’Festa.
