Nestled in the heart of Glendale, Virginia’s House is a charming and historic wedding venue housed in the iconic C.H. Tinker Home, originally built in 1913. Listed on the National Register of Historic Places, this beautifully restored property was transformed in 1998 into the West Valley’s first boutique event venue. Owned and operated by Natalie Stahl, Virginia’s House has since become a beloved location for intimate gatherings, weddings, elopements, receptions, engagement parties, and baby or bridal showers.

Virginia’s House can host events of various sizes, accommodating up to 125 guests. Whether you're planning a cozy elopement or a full-scale celebration, you'll enjoy the serene garden setting with blooming flowers, mature trees, and a spacious 2,100-square-foot covered patio—ideal for celebrating outdoors with comfort and shade.
What’s Included
Every rental includes a full collection of event essentials—tables, chairs, linens, centerpieces, and décor—at no additional cost. Services such as setup, cleanup, and day-of coordination are also included. You won’t encounter surprise fees either: no taxes, service charges, or gratuities are added to your total.

Virginia's House Is Unique
Natalie Stahl makes the magic because Natalie is sort of a magician. She is approachable, unflappable, and seems to know what you might need even before you do. Her venue is a genuine antique home, and retains a vintage charm that can't be artificially produced.
And her prices are so far below the "going rate" that they might make you hesitant to ask "what's the catch?" There isn't any. That's just how Natalie does business, because she believes that every couple deserves a beautiful wedding day.

Natalie was quick to help get my day booked and went above and beyond to ensure I would have nothing to worry about the day of.
My wedding was so much better than I could have ever imagined and that was largely in part to all of the hard work from the Virginia's House staff.
The venue itself is so beautiful and quaint--so many of my guests raved about how perfect & elegant the setting was.
Natalie really did everything for me. Some things that I wouldn't even have thought about, she took care of before I thought to ask.

My home away from home with the most incredible and personable staff. I felt at home the minute I introduced myself. Virginia's house attracts great couples and vendors. I have clients that have said the same as well. If you are looking for an intimate venue with great vendors and a staff the pays attention to detail and will make you feel like family for any event. Virginia's House is by far the one place you want to visit. The pictures just will not do it. You have to see it and feel the amazing energy the venue and the staff have for you as a client. One visit and you will love it as much as I do.

They provide amazing customer service at a great value and their clients' expectations are exceeded with the team of vendors that they bring in.
