The crystal ballroom was beautiful and the staff were great. I would book again.

Overall experience was wonderful!! From planning my wedding to the day of the staff was excellent. The food was fantastic always brought up when we talk about our wedding day. Thanks to Lana and all the staff at Village Inn for making our day special! !

When you go ask for LANA ... she is the best ... amazing front desk staff and workers. When I tell you they accommodated 100+ people with NO PROBLEM .. believe me. Whenever in Clemmons, NC just stop by and see for yourself.

Had a few hiccups but overall very happy we did our reception here in the crystal ballroom. It looked beautiful and Lana was great to work with.

Planning my wedding last minute, I was in a hurry to find a reception venue. Just as my luck would have it...it just so happened to be at the same time as the local Proms in my areas. Lana was able to accomodate me...even if it was for about 3 hours. Truth be known, we didn't want a long reception because we were having friends and family gather back at my parents.

The room was set up perfectly and just the way I wanted. It was quiet for being at a hotel. We had our own privacy and the wait staff was incredibly nice!

Great staff, bartender was great, easy to work with, let me re-do ceremony site the way I want. Loved it! Wish it could have lasted longer!

This is the only vendor that I have anything negative to say about. From beginning to end I was beyond disappointed. When we blocked rooms for our guests we were told that the hotel was going through renovations and all of my guests would be given the "new and improved" rooms. That didn't happen. Then, I also booked a shuttle with them to take my guests to and from the wedding. On the way to the wedding, the shuttle was late and therefore caused about 10 of my guests to arrive late. They chose to wait outside as opposed to coming in late and missed my ceremony. On the way back, the shuttle was supposed to return to pick up my husband and I last. Never happened. We had to hitch a ride with my cousin!!!! We got to the hotel and checked in to our room. My friends had gone in and decorated the room with chocolates and champagne etc. One problem, the room didn't have any A/C. We had to get a different room that ended up being a dumpy, handicapped accessible room. It was a terrible experience and I am determined to tell everyone I know.
