Facilities and Capacity
The chapel was originally built as Doub’s United Methodist Chapel in 1780. It was relocated to its current location in 1909 and continued to serve as a place of worship for decades. It has been beautifully restored, offering authentic 1900s interior details, light, airy spaces, and tastefully appointed amenities. The chapel continues to serve the community by providing regular church services and inviting couples to exchange vows within its timeless setting. The chapel and fellowship hall boasts a selection of spaces to host your big day. The Great Room within the main chapel building is ideal for rehearsal dinners, showers, and intimate wedding receptions. Within the chapel, you will find comfortable getting-ready suites for both sides of the wedding party. With large arched windows and sparkling chandeliers, these suites provide plenty of natural light, ensuring you look flawless for your walk down the aisle.

Absolutely breathtaking chapel!
They took care of every detail — from helping with table setup and reception seating to making sure everything ran smoothly the day of. Their communication was outstanding, and they were always quick to respond and so attentive to anything we needed.
The chapel itself is breathtaking. Natalie and Mike have done an incredible job restoring it — it’s full of charm, character, and beauty in every direction. Truly picture-perfect!
We are beyond grateful for everything they did to make my daughter’s wedding day so special. If you’re looking for a venue with not only a stunning setting but also owners who genuinely care, Magnolia Chapel is the perfect choice!

Mike and Natalie were amazing to work with. They were so helpful, attentive, and detail oriented. They went above and beyond with helping make our special day perfect. They are so easy to contact, and checked in on us throughout our planning process. It is evident how deeply they care for others, and their intentionality is unbeatable.
The space is one of a kind. The bridal suite was perfect for me and my girls to get ready in. Plenty of space, natural light, and beautiful windows and chandeliers that made for great photo opportunities for the photographers and videographer. The groom's suite was spacious and had things to do for the groomsmen to do before getting ready. They loved it. The ceremony space is beautiful. The natural lighting and stained glass windows were so pretty. There are fans on the ceiling that created great airflow which created a comfortable space for guests to sit and enjoy the ceremony. The reception space is spacious with beautiful chandeliers and big opening doors that create a flowing space from indoor to outdoor if wanted! Plenty of space for catering, cake, guests to sit comfortably, and a dance space!
Overall, I could not recommend Magnolia Hill Chapel & Events more!!! From beginning to the end, Mike and Natalie were exceptional and made my day so special by their kindness, attentiveness, and intentionality.
