Villa Barhi is a Mediterranean castle in Thousand Palms, California. This desert oasis estate was established as a holiday property by a team of West Coast event specialists who boast a strong passion for hosting glamorous getaways. With a heart full of love for happily ever afters, they have opened their event venue to newlyweds across the state, helping them celebrate their special day in unique ways. Situated in the Coachella Valley, near Palm Springs and other iconic landmarks, Villa Barhi also promises a wedding experience filled with never-ending starlit nights.
Facilities and Capacity
Villa Barhi accommodates intimate gatherings of up to 100 guests and showcases various spaces for wedding celebrations of all kinds. Couples can kickstart forever at the villa's sandy, palm tree-shaded date grove, aromatic with the sweet smell of budding fruit. As the post-ceremony festivities begin, all event attendees can retreat to the mansion's wrap-around patio, where they can mingle and relax beneath the shade of its bistro light-draped roof. The grove welcomes guests once again for a rousing reception, where a sizable white tent with tables, upgraded seating, and an unforgettable gala under the stars awaits.

Team
Pat has owned an entertainment production company called Entertainment Exchange since 1997 and has performed entire event productions for hundreds of wedding, corporate, and non-profit clients. He spent 9 years with IBM, played guitar in one of DC's top wedding bands called Free Spirit, and also owned a flower shop in Maryland, designing flowers for weddings for 9 years.
Barbara has owned and worked at these enterprises along with Pat, but also worked as a Contracts manager for a government contractor as a senior vice president.
As founding owners of Villa Barhi, this venue is Pat and Barbara's dream come true. They have taken all of their talent, skill, and expertise to bring you Villa Barhi.
Steven has worked as an interior and event designer for twelve years, helping to transform the homes of Palm Springs into trendy abodes with flare and style. He also works as a realtor with his husband and partner, Tim Sarlund. Together, they manage the daily programs and rentals at Villa Barhi.
Tim and Steven got married in October 2022, and Steven spent two years planning it. We are sure he'd love to tell you all about it.
Tim has 12 years of experience with rental properties and he is also a realtor with his partner and husband, Steven Richitt. As a team, they manage Villa Barhi.
Tim is also a building contractor, fix-it guy, and handyman. Most importantly, if anything breaks or needs tweaking, Tim is your guy.
