We got married at Lorimar in April 2024 and could not have had a better experience with Lorimar. The venue is beautiful with 360 degree views of the vineyards, and it feels really immersive and serene. Jennifer McLean was our point of contact and was very reassuring throughout the whole process. She went above and beyond making sure everything went smoothly and was very responsive throughout the process. The entire catering team was wonderful as well, and the food was amazing! The salmon with capers and gemelli pasta with pesto creme were some of our favorite dishes. Highly recommend going with Lorimar!

There are so many wineries in Temecula, and we are so happy we stumbled on the Lorimar.

Everything was amazing. From the picturesque vineyards to the staff, to the food. We really did have our dream wedding. It’s a gorgeous venue! We had our ceremony and reception on the Barrel Room Lawn and it was wonderful.

Katie helped us in the beginning and Ashley was our day-of coordinator that helped us with every little detail in the planning stages. She was quick to answer every question and made us feel at ease.:)

Ideally you want your wedding to be memorable to all your guests and for everyone to have fun. We were lucky to check all the boxes! 100% recommend!

TLDR: I would love to complain considering the amount of money that we paid, but the team at Lorimar absolutely delivered on every front. 5 stars well deserved. Katie, Ashley, and (Mayghan?) will take care of you on the big day.

Summary: We booked our wedding (for the last Sunday in May2022) back in October when the vineyards were relatively bare, and there was alot of faith that we had to put in the venue to come through presentation-wise. Fast forward to the wedding date and omg, absolute show stopper the venue turned out to be. The most beautiful vineyards, archways were full of leaves, grass was well kept, amazing backdrops, weather was amazing (I think high of 75 and at night maybe around 60’s?).

I think what stood out the most was the consistency, professionalism, and communication between the team. It was absolutely seamless and stress free whether we were talking about the sales managers statements vs the wedding planner’s expectations. I was super scared that we would be promised the world by the sales manager, and then caught up by the fine print somewhere, but the entire team delivered on their promises. Specifically: types of chairs / tables to be used, amount of heaters available during the reception, availability of the bridal/ groom suites.

We dealt with Katie for the initial tour of the venue, I believe we signed the contract with her as well. Katie then passed us off to Ashley, who helped us with wedding planning and the first half of the actual wedding day. Then halfway through the wedding, (Maghan/Meagan/Meg, I butchered her name but she was an absolute Angel) helped with the second half of the wedding. During each transition, each representative was more friendly than the last and expectations were well communicated.

Day of the wedding, Ashley and Meg were checking in with us frequently to help be proactive with whatever they could. Top tier customer service. SPECIAL SHOUT-OUT to them because I guess my bride was expecting some family member(who was lagging) to “bustle” her dress after the ceremony and the Lorimar girls worked quickly to make sure her dress was bustled and that the show continued.

Everything went absolutely smoothly at Lorimar. The team was amazing, I heard tons of compliments from our guests about the beauty of the venue and friendliness of the staff. The whole team was professional, answered emails quickly, and they didn’t screw me with some kind of fine print on the contract after it was signed. This type of customer service comes from years of experience and Lorimar deserves every bit of recognition for their execution on the big day.

Another Special shout-out to the long haired guy who helped us out during a wine tasting. He was so charismatic, has a ton of personality, and took care of us. Top tier customer service from him as well.

This venue was SUCH a pleasure to work with! Highly recommend! Gorgeous summer night setting, but moreover absolutely dreamy working with Katie! We LOVED her; she was such a professional, and so generous with us. If you are looking at winery venues, make sure Lorimar is on your list!

The Lorimar team was amazing for our wedding! They did absolutely everything I needed. We had to love everything inside the day before and they made the transition so easy. They were amazing the day of! Ashley and Katie made all my wedding day nerves disappear. It was amazing!

Lorimar was the first on our list for our wedding venue excursion day in Temecula. I put it first for a reason and I had five other places. Truthfully, I knew in my heart that Lorimar was the one and I knew for a fact my now spouse will also fall in love with it. I based that love off of photos and reviews on like.
We left Lorimar feeling in love. We talked to Katie first for potential dates and the options and she was amazing and upfront about everything. Just even talking to her- I had a great feeling.
We looked at two more and cancelled the rest of the showing. The other two, which I won’t say what vineyards, we’re very dismissive about the fact that we are a same sex couple and the tour consisted of odd looks and the manager saying “for you and your husband”. We didn’t feel great. We did go back to Lorimar and ate lunch there.
We told Katie that Lorimar is the one and she will get back to us. Lorimar is so nice- the view, the whole winery not being too big but still very busy and lively, and it felt intimate. Katie called us back and gave us surprising news that the date we wanted was cancelled by another couple and so we even got the date we wanted. Everything was just literally falling into place.
Our wedding was only six months away and so we really had to get our hustle one. We did our own flowers, got cake delivered, did our own signings, hired a DJ, photographer and videographer, and what not. Ashley was the next person we worked with and she was a great blessing helping us coordinate everything- I couldn’t pick a better person to help us out! (Thanks Ashley!) The food tasting went perfectly and during the wedding reception, everyone LOVED the food and the statements I kept on getting was “Wow! The food here is actually really delicious.” So that says something. We did get an alcohol package and we added more as my side of the family was getting really lit. We ended up picking in the barrel room area for both wedding and wedding bc it was away from the main building and we had the place to ourselves and our beloved family and friends.
We both had our own dressing rooms. We had a sunset wedding. The barn and the lights at night really made the most beautiful scenery- it was a page from a fairy tale. The views of the orange trees, wineries, the sunset sky- you just have to be there to witness the magic Lorimar makes. Writing this, I can’t stop smiling! When we have our 20th anniversary, I’d host it here again (not sure if that’s allowed haha). Thanks Katie for getting us the date, and thanks Ashley for literally everything and making our wedding the most perfect wedding ever.

My then fiance and I booked Lorimar in April 2019 for our wedding which was supposed to be in April 2020 but covid-19 happened so we had to postpone our wedding multiple times but finally decided to go with April, 2021 as our final choice. Lorimar was with us from the very beginning helping us plan our wedding. Their coordinators were very professional, easy to contact and they reply within a reasonable time frame. We had a lot of special requests for our wedding and had to customize it to our liking and budget and Lorimar was very accommodating. I would like to especially thank Ashley for everything she has done for me and for helping me plan my wedding through covid. At the start of covid there were a lot of uneasiness and uncertainty whether we would even be able to go through with our April 2020 wedding but Ashley eased my mind. Lorimar was very accommodating with the changing times and we never lost even a penny of what we paid for when we hired this venue. We feel so blessed and also thankful for Lorimar for that. And can we talk about the venue and location itself??? It’s not on the main road; it’s tucked towards the back end of wine country giving your guests good views of the vineyards and winery on the long stretch of Rancho California road as they drive towards your venue and it’s right next to these beautiful orange orchards which are great photo ops for you and your wedding guests. The food that was served during our wedding were all delicious and all our guests were raving about them. Last but not the least, the wines are delicious! You can never go wrong picking any of their wines to serve to your guests. The moscato was a hit and I even purchased more to take home the day after my wedding day. All our wedding guests raved how beautiful our wedding and location was and how they’ve never been to a wedding like ours. Overall, we had a great experience choosing Lorimar for our wedding venue and we have some great pictures and videos to show our children and grandchildren someday.

I am so beyond happy that we decided to go with Lorimar.
The venue is beautiful, the staff went above and beyond to make my day the best day ever. They surprised us with some champagne to celebrate in the bridal suite and constantly checked in to make sure everything was ok. I felt so comfortable with such a caring staff.

I can’t speak more highly of Ashley the coordinator. She was always there for me when we needed it, dealt with some of the bridal party being complicated...., and kept a smile on her face. She was one of the reasons I loved Lorimar.

The venue itself it gorgeous with orange trees, and vineyards to make our wedding photos dream worthy.

Do yourself a favor and choose this venue.

Only con I had: the bathroom for the bride/bridal party was a public bathroom which was pretty messy by the end of the time. Was worried my dress would get dirty before the ceremony

Other than that, VERY happy with our choice.

We had an absolutely amazing experience at Lorimar. From planning to the day-of everything went smoothly and turned out exactly how we pictured it. Lorimar's coordinator Ashley is professional, understanding, detail-oriented, and fun! She answered all of my millions of questions and made sure everything went perfectly the day-of. Lorimar is a beautiful venue, the food is delicious, and the staff is awesome. 10/10 recommend!

We had the most amazing team! Lorimars preferred vendor list is top notch! Everyone on Lorimars staff are the most kind, professional, and fun people out there! They were so thoughtful and made the planning process an absolute dream! Crystal was our event coordinator (comes with the package when you book) and she was THE BEST!!! So down to earth, knew what she was doing, and made our day so much fun and all we couldve ever dreamed of! The food was amazing! Highly recommend the tri-tip and scalloped potatoes! The wine is out of this world! We've gone wine tasting at all a lot of wineries near by and nothing compares! Highly recommend Mike from csquaredevents was an amazing DJ and everyone can't stop talking about how great the music was! Syd and Dana from Londonlightphotography made our day so special! They are the most humble but amazing photographers out there and we are so thankful to have had them capture our special day! Soiree floral and design made all of our flower dreams come true and more! They were absolutely stunning!!!! These are all vendors recommended on their list and we totally know why! Overall Lorimar in general made our wedding day become more than we could have ever dreamed of and more! It was PERFECT! A perfect mix of rustic elegance with gorgeous views and an ambiance that was breath taking! Our guests cant stop talking about it and most of them have rated our wedding in their top 3 which we accredit to an incredible venue! Thank you Lorimar Winery for seriously making our day magical! We can't thank you enough! We love you all!
