There are so many wineries in Temecula, and we are so happy we stumbled on the Lorimar.

Everything was amazing. From the picturesque vineyards to the staff, to the food. We really did have our dream wedding. It’s a gorgeous venue! We had our ceremony and reception on the Barrel Room Lawn and it was wonderful.

Katie helped us in the beginning and Ashley was our day-of coordinator that helped us with every little detail in the planning stages. She was quick to answer every question and made us feel at ease.:)

Ideally you want your wedding to be memorable to all your guests and for everyone to have fun. We were lucky to check all the boxes! 100% recommend!

TLDR: I would love to complain considering the amount of money that we paid, but the team at Lorimar absolutely delivered on every front. 5 stars well deserved. Katie, Ashley, and (Mayghan?) will take care of you on the big day.

Summary: We booked our wedding (for the last Sunday in May2022) back in October when the vineyards were relatively bare, and there was alot of faith that we had to put in the venue to come through presentation-wise. Fast forward to the wedding date and omg, absolute show stopper the venue turned out to be. The most beautiful vineyards, archways were full of leaves, grass was well kept, amazing backdrops, weather was amazing (I think high of 75 and at night maybe around 60’s?).

I think what stood out the most was the consistency, professionalism, and communication between the team. It was absolutely seamless and stress free whether we were talking about the sales managers statements vs the wedding planner’s expectations. I was super scared that we would be promised the world by the sales manager, and then caught up by the fine print somewhere, but the entire team delivered on their promises. Specifically: types of chairs / tables to be used, amount of heaters available during the reception, availability of the bridal/ groom suites.

We dealt with Katie for the initial tour of the venue, I believe we signed the contract with her as well. Katie then passed us off to Ashley, who helped us with wedding planning and the first half of the actual wedding day. Then halfway through the wedding, (Maghan/Meagan/Meg, I butchered her name but she was an absolute Angel) helped with the second half of the wedding. During each transition, each representative was more friendly than the last and expectations were well communicated.

Day of the wedding, Ashley and Meg were checking in with us frequently to help be proactive with whatever they could. Top tier customer service. SPECIAL SHOUT-OUT to them because I guess my bride was expecting some family member(who was lagging) to “bustle” her dress after the ceremony and the Lorimar girls worked quickly to make sure her dress was bustled and that the show continued.

Everything went absolutely smoothly at Lorimar. The team was amazing, I heard tons of compliments from our guests about the beauty of the venue and friendliness of the staff. The whole team was professional, answered emails quickly, and they didn’t screw me with some kind of fine print on the contract after it was signed. This type of customer service comes from years of experience and Lorimar deserves every bit of recognition for their execution on the big day.

Another Special shout-out to the long haired guy who helped us out during a wine tasting. He was so charismatic, has a ton of personality, and took care of us. Top tier customer service from him as well.

This venue was SUCH a pleasure to work with! Highly recommend! Gorgeous summer night setting, but moreover absolutely dreamy working with Katie! We LOVED her; she was such a professional, and so generous with us. If you are looking at winery venues, make sure Lorimar is on your list!

The Lorimar team was amazing for our wedding! They did absolutely everything I needed. We had to love everything inside the day before and they made the transition so easy. They were amazing the day of! Ashley and Katie made all my wedding day nerves disappear. It was amazing!

Lorimar was the first on our list for our wedding venue excursion day in Temecula. I put it first for a reason and I had five other places. Truthfully, I knew in my heart that Lorimar was the one and I knew for a fact my now spouse will also fall in love with it. I based that love off of photos and reviews on like.
We left Lorimar feeling in love. We talked to Katie first for potential dates and the options and she was amazing and upfront about everything. Just even talking to her- I had a great feeling.
We looked at two more and cancelled the rest of the showing. The other two, which I won’t say what vineyards, we’re very dismissive about the fact that we are a same sex couple and the tour consisted of odd looks and the manager saying “for you and your husband”. We didn’t feel great. We did go back to Lorimar and ate lunch there.
We told Katie that Lorimar is the one and she will get back to us. Lorimar is so nice- the view, the whole winery not being too big but still very busy and lively, and it felt intimate. Katie called us back and gave us surprising news that the date we wanted was cancelled by another couple and so we even got the date we wanted. Everything was just literally falling into place.
Our wedding was only six months away and so we really had to get our hustle one. We did our own flowers, got cake delivered, did our own signings, hired a DJ, photographer and videographer, and what not. Ashley was the next person we worked with and she was a great blessing helping us coordinate everything- I couldn’t pick a better person to help us out! (Thanks Ashley!) The food tasting went perfectly and during the wedding reception, everyone LOVED the food and the statements I kept on getting was “Wow! The food here is actually really delicious.” So that says something. We did get an alcohol package and we added more as my side of the family was getting really lit. We ended up picking in the barrel room area for both wedding and wedding bc it was away from the main building and we had the place to ourselves and our beloved family and friends.
We both had our own dressing rooms. We had a sunset wedding. The barn and the lights at night really made the most beautiful scenery- it was a page from a fairy tale. The views of the orange trees, wineries, the sunset sky- you just have to be there to witness the magic Lorimar makes. Writing this, I can’t stop smiling! When we have our 20th anniversary, I’d host it here again (not sure if that’s allowed haha). Thanks Katie for getting us the date, and thanks Ashley for literally everything and making our wedding the most perfect wedding ever.

My then fiance and I booked Lorimar in April 2019 for our wedding which was supposed to be in April 2020 but covid-19 happened so we had to postpone our wedding multiple times but finally decided to go with April, 2021 as our final choice. Lorimar was with us from the very beginning helping us plan our wedding. Their coordinators were very professional, easy to contact and they reply within a reasonable time frame. We had a lot of special requests for our wedding and had to customize it to our liking and budget and Lorimar was very accommodating. I would like to especially thank Ashley for everything she has done for me and for helping me plan my wedding through covid. At the start of covid there were a lot of uneasiness and uncertainty whether we would even be able to go through with our April 2020 wedding but Ashley eased my mind. Lorimar was very accommodating with the changing times and we never lost even a penny of what we paid for when we hired this venue. We feel so blessed and also thankful for Lorimar for that. And can we talk about the venue and location itself??? It’s not on the main road; it’s tucked towards the back end of wine country giving your guests good views of the vineyards and winery on the long stretch of Rancho California road as they drive towards your venue and it’s right next to these beautiful orange orchards which are great photo ops for you and your wedding guests. The food that was served during our wedding were all delicious and all our guests were raving about them. Last but not the least, the wines are delicious! You can never go wrong picking any of their wines to serve to your guests. The moscato was a hit and I even purchased more to take home the day after my wedding day. All our wedding guests raved how beautiful our wedding and location was and how they’ve never been to a wedding like ours. Overall, we had a great experience choosing Lorimar for our wedding venue and we have some great pictures and videos to show our children and grandchildren someday.

I am so beyond happy that we decided to go with Lorimar.
The venue is beautiful, the staff went above and beyond to make my day the best day ever. They surprised us with some champagne to celebrate in the bridal suite and constantly checked in to make sure everything was ok. I felt so comfortable with such a caring staff.

I can’t speak more highly of Ashley the coordinator. She was always there for me when we needed it, dealt with some of the bridal party being complicated...., and kept a smile on her face. She was one of the reasons I loved Lorimar.

The venue itself it gorgeous with orange trees, and vineyards to make our wedding photos dream worthy.

Do yourself a favor and choose this venue.

Only con I had: the bathroom for the bride/bridal party was a public bathroom which was pretty messy by the end of the time. Was worried my dress would get dirty before the ceremony

Other than that, VERY happy with our choice.

We had an absolutely amazing experience at Lorimar. From planning to the day-of everything went smoothly and turned out exactly how we pictured it. Lorimar's coordinator Ashley is professional, understanding, detail-oriented, and fun! She answered all of my millions of questions and made sure everything went perfectly the day-of. Lorimar is a beautiful venue, the food is delicious, and the staff is awesome. 10/10 recommend!

We had the most amazing team! Lorimars preferred vendor list is top notch! Everyone on Lorimars staff are the most kind, professional, and fun people out there! They were so thoughtful and made the planning process an absolute dream! Crystal was our event coordinator (comes with the package when you book) and she was THE BEST!!! So down to earth, knew what she was doing, and made our day so much fun and all we couldve ever dreamed of! The food was amazing! Highly recommend the tri-tip and scalloped potatoes! The wine is out of this world! We've gone wine tasting at all a lot of wineries near by and nothing compares! Highly recommend Mike from csquaredevents was an amazing DJ and everyone can't stop talking about how great the music was! Syd and Dana from Londonlightphotography made our day so special! They are the most humble but amazing photographers out there and we are so thankful to have had them capture our special day! Soiree floral and design made all of our flower dreams come true and more! They were absolutely stunning!!!! These are all vendors recommended on their list and we totally know why! Overall Lorimar in general made our wedding day become more than we could have ever dreamed of and more! It was PERFECT! A perfect mix of rustic elegance with gorgeous views and an ambiance that was breath taking! Our guests cant stop talking about it and most of them have rated our wedding in their top 3 which we accredit to an incredible venue! Thank you Lorimar Winery for seriously making our day magical! We can't thank you enough! We love you all!

After touring many vineyards in Temecula, we decided on Lorimar for our wedding venue. From the beginning, we were so impressed with the professionalism and friendliness of the staff. The venue was the most beautiful of any we had toured (we joked that even the parking lot is pretty!). Unlike many other venues, the event space is separated from the tasting room/public space and feels very private. Another thing that impressed us about Lorimar was their willingness to accommodate our ideas and vision. Unlike many other venues, which offered standard packages and had tight restrictions on what could be brought in, Lorimar helped us set up a champagne bar and allowed us to bring in the Dirty Cookie for a late night snack, details which made our wedding so special and unique.

Lorimar’s staff were always prompt and responsive in our communication. As we planned our wedding from Chicago, they kindly accommodated our tours and tastings during the brief times we were in town. On the day of our wedding, despite crazy weather (thunderstorms AND a heat wave), the event ran so smoothly and everything turned out just as I had hoped. When my husband and I snuck away for our photos after the ceremony, the catering staff thoughtfully brought us a tray with appetizer selections and glasses of ice water- just what we needed at that time! At the reception, the food was delicious, and the wine was to die for. All in all, we couldn’t be happier with our experience at Lorimar. Thank you Lorimar for making our wedding day such a dream!

BOOK THIS VENUE!!!!! I cannot express how incredible our wedding was and it wouldn't have been had we gone anywhere else. The property itself is drop dead gorgeous, the team is hands down the best, the food, the wine....literally all of it exceeded expectations. Everyone was coming up to us saying it was the most beautiful wedding they'd ever been to. It doesn't matter if you want something smaller and intimate, or large and extravagant, the team will make it happen. They have an incredible variety of spaces for both the ceremony and reception so you have options, and they do work with a range of budgets. Tina Marie, the Wedding & Events Manager is so creative and flexible. She was super sweet and just a dream to work with. Michaela (new to Lorimar and not the same woman referenced in previous reviews) was our Wedding Coordinator and literally a miracle worker. She provided suggestions without being pushy, solved problems she didn't even need to, wrangled our group and literally made my wedding come to life. She is my little wedding angel! I could go on forever about how great this venue and team is but seriously, stop searching and go book this venue (trust me you will get so tired of researching wedding things just move on to the honeymoon plans already!) 10 stars for Lorimar!!!!!

Lorimar winery:THE PERFECT VENUE TO GET MARRIED IN! My now husband and I visited for the first time last August prior to their upgrades to the barrel room & bridal suite. It was already great but we were able to envision what the upgrades would bring to make this venue even better & we said yes to getting married here on June 3 2017! We started off with Mikaela as our wedding coordinator until she resigned in January! I was a little sad/worried until I met Joelle! Joelle made the rest of this process not only easy but enjoyable! She is someone who is so easy to get along with & offers great opinions without being pushy! She is someone who knows how to get things done but is not rude! Thanks to her & the incredible staff at Lorimar we had a wonderful wedding & it was even better then I could have ever imagined! The pictures are beautiful because of the scenery, you don't even have to decorate the vineyards are more than enough! Not to mention this is an extremely affordable venue & is all inclusive minus Dj, photography, & flowers! The caters from Temecula crown royal catering were also sweet people & sure know how to make killer Mexican food! I can't rave about this place & the experience we had here enough! It's worth looking into for sure!

Tina Marie and Joelle are amazing coordinators! They made sure everything went smoothly and even had to deal with multiple changes on my part and not once made me feel any less than a perfect bride. They are flexible and the venue is just gorgeous! I couldn't imagine having my dream wedding anywhere else. Oh and the wine ... the best in wine country!!!

Wow! Did this weekend really happen? I don't even know where to begin. We got married on April 7 2017. Thank you so much for being there for us from day one. We fell in love with the beautiful scenery and luscious wines but our first meeting with Linda made us feel like we were home. She had such a personal interest and invested so much time into our wedding. Picking this venue was the easiest decision. We met Joelle and our dreams became alive! Joelle went over every detail with us. Most people asked me "are you non stop on the phone with your coordinator?" I relied no, because Joelle saw what we were looking for and made it happen. She made this wedding a living beautiful dream. She was supportive of everything and all ideas and all of her suggestions were spot on. The day of, any "hitches" we will call them, she handles it with the utmost class and style. Joelle, Linda, how can I ever thank you? Please, future brides consider Lorimar for your wedded bliss to have the most special experience ever!

Lorimar was a beautiful winery to have our rustic themed wedding. Initially when we signed on to have our October wedding there, we were bounced from wedding coordinator to wedding coordinator with no consistent communication, which was frustrating at first. Then Mikaela Swanson was hired on and she turned everything around. She was by far the best thing to happen for us throughout the entire planning process until the big day. She was responsive, efficient, intelligent and always there for any questions, concerns and even silly details we needed addressed. She was so sweet and friendly we instantly had a fantastic connection with her and immediately trusted her with all of our plans. She even went out of her way to decorate for our rehearsal dinner, when I failed to provide any type of decor. The vendors they contract through the winery were amazing as well. Chef Volker outdid himself with all of his delicious creations, as my guests still talk about his food one month later. Mike the DJ made the night flow so nicely, he truly is professional and talented in his craft. The venue itself was fantastic. We did the vineyard lawn which overlooked the valley, the fireplace served a fantastic area for our sweetheart table, the strung lights overhead gave the entire setting the extra twinkle and the wait staff was very hospitable, we had no complaints and endless compliments about our perfect night until today. Fabulous winery for your wedding!

The new coordinator at Lorimar, Mikaela is the best! From day 1 she made me feel calm and comfortable, I had full confidence that she could proactively handle any issue that popped up and make the wedding be as smooth as possible. And luckily everything went perfectly, she was even able to wrangle all 10 of our unruly groomsmen. I loved Lorimar as a wedding venue, it was absolutely perfect! I highly recommend having your wedding here!

Mikaela was amazing. Responded so quickly to all of my emails, helped with set up (actually did it for us), communicated with the vendors. Sooo easy to work with! Lorimar was the perfect setting for our Rehearsal Dinner. We would love to have another event there in the future.
The bartender and all staff were also very pleasant and customer oriented!

My husband and I fell in love with this venue years ago, and we knew it would be the perfect setting for our wedding. Unfortunately, there was a lot of initial churn in our planning process, but it was all remedied when Mikaela came on board. She always made herself available, and had answers to questions we had. She was very friendly, knowledgeable, and guided us through the entire process seamlessly. On our wedding day, she kept everything running without us even noticing, not a single thing went wrong. Working with her was amazing, and I highly recommend her as well as Lorimar for a perfect vineyard wedding! Thanks again, Mikaela!!

Lorimar was the very first venue we visited and we could not get it out of our heads. My husband and I could see our selves getting married here and it was perfect. Every time we went to the winery, the customer service only got better. We ended up with three different sites for our wedding, making us feel so special. Mikaela and her team went above and beyond to take care of us. The food and wine were amazing and we received many compliments on it. They were even able to accommodate a vegetarian dish for one of our guests. The site is absolutely beautiful, we will definitely be visiting the winery again!

Picture perfect wedding day at Lorimar on 7-11-15! A beautiful facility that is so secluded and intimate compared to other Temecula wineries. We had the whole place to ourselves. Jessica and Brooke were both on top of everything and so helpful throughout the whole process. The day of ran so smoothly and everything was just perfect!

I would give Lorimar a hundred stars if I could!

We had our wedding at Lorimar in June on the new lawn. The new wedding lawn is seriously amazing and one of the most beautiful venues I’ve seen. I can’t say enough good things about Lorimar – I wish I could relive the day over again!

Jessica was our coordinator and made the entire process as easy as possible. Throughout planning she was extremely helpful and had a million great ideas including where to place decorations, ideas from previous weddings (and pictures!), and a beautiful idea for how to display the cake. One of the great things about Lorimar is that they were extremely helpful with decorations – they saved tons of wine bottles and corks for me and offered for us to use any wedding decorations they had on site (barrels with glass tops, candle holders, shepherd’s hooks, and tons more). They also made the planning easy because they took care of the tables, chairs, linens, catering, bar, set-up and cleanup, and staff (all included in the price per person!). It seriously made wedding planning so much easier not having to coordinate with so many extra vendors. Oh! And they only hold one wedding each day – ours was on a Sunday so they closed the tasting room early that day and we had the entire venue to ourselves! It was amazing!

On the day of the wedding Jessica took care of all the details so I was able to just enjoy it. She made sure everything came together like I had pictured it, worked with all the vendors, and kept us on track and where we needed to be. Our wedding was more than we could have ever imagined and I sincerely believe that it was because of Jessica and all the Lorimar staff. It has honestly become one of my favorite places – every time I visited for a planning meeting, to show friends or parents the site, or just to go wine tasting the staff was extremely nice and just made it an all around fun experience. Plus their wine is all amazing! I’m already a wine club member. :)

We got married at Lorimar in May 2015 and had an AMAZING experience. I can't think of a more beautiful setting for our special day. Our ceremony was in their gorgeous vineyard lawn with our reception on their back patio. On top of their amazing property as a wedding venue they have an incredible onsite wedding coordinator that is included in the price of their wedding packages. Their coordinator, Jessica, was great to work with and made sure that everything went smoothly on the day of so that I could sit back and relax. I HIGHLY recommend this venue to brides looking for their fairytale winery wedding!

Lorimar was the best place for us to have our ceremony, my family loved the Tuscany style, our Wedding Planner Jessica Nielsen was a great help and supportive in our special day, can't get enough how beautiful became our pictures with the gorgeous background of Lorimar venue, we were very pleased with our choice!

We found our picture perfect wedding venue at the winery. Living in Los Angeles - we searched far and wide for a winery wedding (Napa, Sonoma, Santa Barbara, Malibu, Temecula, etc) From the moment we first saw the property - we both knew it was perfect. An absolutely gorgeous "tuscan style" tasting room, a breathtaking outdoor vineyard ceremony area - and the perfect market style outdoor - reception area with a stage for live entertainment. My wife and i are both musicians - and love the music theme and focus. We were also blown away by all of the delicious varietals of wine. The 2010 Duet Cabernet / Mourvedre is what sold us! There was no doubt that plenty of time had been taken to ensure that all aesthetics were in place. What really sold us however was the staff. The most gracious, friendly and knowledgeable staff that helped us with every detail of our wedding.

Jessica, the wedding coordinator was there with us throughout the process. She was super organized, had amazing follow thru and stayed on top of every aspect of our wedding - from initial planning, handling all of our vendors thru to our big day. We were originally going to hire a day-of wedding coordinator, but Jessica took care of everything. She managed the timing of events, pre-set up - and even reminded our brides maids to fix my beautiful brides dress during the pictures. She really did make our day flow super smooth.

Patrick - The GM did an amazing job ensuring that we had everything that we needed. He was hard at work throughout the year and added lots of great details to the venue (an outdoor fireplace, outdoor stage, market lights, etc).

We can't say enough wonderful things about the head somm - Penny. Knowledgeable, sweet and fun - she really made so many awesome memories for our big day.

We have so much love for Lorimar which now seems like a second home to us. Look forward to going back for years to come!

I was very impressed with the superb customer service provided when my husband and I first scoped the venue out. The staff always made an effort to accommodate my husband and I with wine, merchandise, and our wedding.

Jessica is always prompt in responding to phone calls, emails, and last minute questions. She is always one step ahead of you which is very important if you do not have a wedding planner, which I did not. She is very knowledgeable in her job and I highly recommend this venue to any bride-to-be. The venue itself is beautiful and speaks for itself.

We held our daughter's wedding ceremony and reception at Lorimar and words fail to convey the quality, professionalism, beauty, and great value of Lorimar's wedding offering. The Lorimar staffs' commitment to excellence is second to none. They coordinated flawlessly with our florist, cake baker, and caterer as 150+ family and guests were served a hot dinner with a wonderful compliment of Lorimar's wine varieity. :) The Lorimar staff was punctual for our wedding planning meetings, had an organized agenda, and provided much appreciated guidance on areas where we were unsure. The Lorimar staff stepped up and helped us unravel technical issues with the DJ's equipment even though it was clearly outside of their scope of services - I can't thank them enough for this. The Lorimar location is very beautiful and is easily accessible from interstate 15 and our guests had ample parking.

Jessica and the entire team was so awesome! I kind of went into panic mode after the first coordinator that I had been working with left, but as soon as they brought Jessica on board, I was totally assured as she was punctual, on top of things, professional and very accommodating to any need or request I had, not to mention that she and her team are all super cuties!
From the planning to all the different meets to the actual day of, everything went super smooth and the venue was so stunning. People still tell me it was the best wedding they've been due to the relaxed cocktail atmosphere we created.

We could not have picked a more gorgeous venue for our wedding than Lorimar Winery. Our friends and family were truly impressed by the setting we had selected for our special day. We were equally impressed with how accommodating and flexible Lorimar was during the planning phase of our wedding. A special thanks goes to Jessica, Lorimar's Wedding and Events Manager, for bringing our wedding vision to life. She and her team kept the whole wedding running seamlessly and stress free, making our entire wedding experience fun and beautiful as it should be.

Lorimar Winery was the perfect place to hold our special event. Our event coordinator Amber was fantastic. She was friendly, professional and efficient. Our experience with Lorimar was flawless from the first meeting through the last glass of delicious wine :)

The most AMAZING wedding venue! It was everything I could of asked for and more. I highly recommend Lorimar Winery for your upcoming wedding. Danielle Magee from the Lorimar Winery made our wedding event flawless. She was very accommodating to my special requests ensuring every detail was addressed and was flexible regarding the start time for the event. The Barrel Room location is secluded and beautiful and was the perfect setting for a perfect day. I would definitely recommend the Lorimar Winery to anyone looking for a venue for a wedding or private party!

Lorimar Winery is a beautiful and romantic venue, perfect for any wedding! We fell in love with Lorimar at our first visit and cannot believe how amazing our wedding turned out to be. It was perfect (and spacious) for our 125 guests, which included friends and family. Everyone was so impressed with the gorgeous vineyard views and the delicious wines. Another asset to Lorimar is Danielle, the wedding coordinator. Danielle is so easy to work with because she is organized, easily accessible and always so calm. She has a way of making a bride (and her parents) feel at ease through the hectic wedding process. She took the time to meet with us on several occasions/as needed throughout the year of planning and on the wedding day she could not have done a more amazing job. Seeing the tasting room and patio transformed into my dream wedding reception made all the work and planning more than worth it. I wish I could re-live that evening every day! I cannot express how much I thank Lorimar and Danielle for their help and guidance and, most of all, for giving me and my husband our dream wedding!

Danielle and her team did an amazing job! my husband and I were everywhere, she made sure we got food, something to drink. Made sure everything was on time. Luv luv luv her! Thanks Danielle!! We were from out of the area so she helped me with local vendors, everything. She's amazing! The venu was beautiful. I couldn't have imagined the night to be any different.

I cannot say enough great things about Lorimar! I fell in love with the space from the moment I saw it, and was amazed at how beautiful the ceremony and reception was. My friends and family are still talking about it. It was exactly what I had pictured, and I couldn't be happier. Danielle was great throughout the process, and the entire thing was amazing. I would definitely recommend Lorimar to anyone looking for a wedding venue in the Temecula, CA area.

The in house wedding coordinator, Danielle, took care of everything! We were able to just focus on enjoying our day. They took care of set up, tear down, centerpieces, decorating, etc. They provided champagne and beer for the bridal suite when we were getting ready, and were super flexible about anything we asked for. The value was amazing and everything turned out beautifully!

This was a beautiful venue and Mikaela, our wedding coordinator, made our special day stress free. It was the best day of my life. Thanks Lorimar!

I don't even know where to start. I couldn't imagine our wedding at any other venue. We got married Sunday, 2/17/19 at Lorimar's Barrel Room location (there are two spots). I must say, I was a bit hesitant when three months before the wedding we literally went through 3 different coordinators at Lorimar due to staffing change. However, God blessed us with Crystal Pena and Krystal Aponte. Crystal Pena was my DAY OF coordinator, although really she was my month of, week of, and days before coordinator. She was seriously my saving grace throughout everything. The Wednesday before our wedding we had to choose to get the venue tented due to my worst nightmare... rain. Thanks to Crystal (and my amazing team of vendors), my worst nightmare turned into a fairy tale wedding. Crystal talked and helped me through every detail - how all of our plans would shift with the tent, how she hired extra staff to help transition our ceremony to reception (due to the tent) so that I didn't have to have my tables set up during ceremony, she personally decorated the EXACT way I explained to her, and she communicated with all my vendors about the change in plans. Through the chaos of the rain, the day ran soooo smoothly thanks to her, or at least from the bride's view (hopefully for her too). Krystal Aponte personally drove me and my girls to my ceremony from the bridal suite in her own car so that we wouldn't get wet, Chef listened to all of our requests on food, staff were friendly for guests, there's a bridal suite available & area for the guys to get ready in, and the actual venue was just beyond beautiful - strung lights, barrels all around, green grass, vineyards surrounding you. THANK YOU LORIMAR FOR OUR PERFECT DAY.

Lorimar is a BEAUTIFUL venue! My husband and I got married there in November, 2018. The leaves on the vines were green, but most were yellow and red. It matched our wedding colors (burgundy, gold & greenery) so perfectly. We loved how we could take pictures in the vineyard and also use the orchard next door as well. We got married down at the barrel room and had our reception there afterwards. It easily fit our 126 guests comfortably. The food was amazing! We got a lot of compliments on our food and appetizers. The only bummer was it was really cold once the sun went down! Lorimar does provide 6 heaters, but that wasn’t enough. We ended up renting 10 more for $1,000 and it was perfect!

A downside of Lorimar, is they are open to the public until 9:00 pm on Saturdays (the day we got married) and we did have wedding crashers! They didn’t take any gifts or cards, but they did try to break into our honeymoon fund. We’ve been told they were successful in taking some money from us. They also got a free drink at the bar until I recognized them and had them kicked out. There really wasn’t anything stopping random people from walking right into our reception. Overall, we didn’t let that ruin our big day just something to think about.

Communication with Lorimar started off a bit shaky. We felt that once we signed the contract that the wedding coordinator we were working with (Kathryn who doesn’t work there anymore) put us on the back burner. It became harder to get answers to our questions. It was frustrating at times. Luckily, Lorimar decided to subcontract their wedding coordinators out to difference wedding coordinator companies. We were blessed to start working with Katlin from Wedding by Katlin about 4 months prior to our wedding. This was a great move on Lorimar’s part!

About a month before our wedding we found out that Kathryn didn’t work there anymore. Our new contact with Lorimar was Krystal Aponte. Krystal was AMAZING!! Things immediately turned around. There was better communication. Krystal was so kind and helpful! She pulled some many strings for us to make sure we had the best wedding. We really did! We are so grateful for her. There were some changes during the course from when we signed our contract to the day of our wedding, but they were honestly for the better. We would 100% recommend Lorimar as your wedding venue! Plus the wine is great too :)

Absolutely loved Lorimar winery, what a beautiful setting for a venue and a phenomenal staff. From the moment we walked on the property their event coordinator met us at the steps and began showing us around the property, first bringing us into the newly remodeled bridal suite, which was stunning. There were several locations to choose from for the ceremony and reception and they were so accommodating with all that their package offered, even using their hurricane lanterns for decoration. Stunning location, would highly recommend.

I seriously cannot imagine a more perfect wedding venue. It provided the setting for my dream come true!

From the very moment I first saw Lorimar, I fell in love. My family still jokes that they loved to see the huge smile on my face every time I visited the venue. I left it two weeks ago still feeling that way after a great wedding.

All of my guests had an amazing time and enjoyed the winery; it also offered one of the best packages I saw across LA and Temecula – especially considering its beauty and well priced catering and bar packages. Not only do the grounds provide a striking backdrop, but the staff are friendly and helpful, and the vendor list is amazing. There is not a vendor we worked with who I didn't like!

My only issue throughout the entire experience was that we were mislead about a few things in the beginning process while working on the contract, but since then, event coordinators/wedding sales team have changed and are fantastic!

Overall, I'd recommend this venue to anyone looking for a beautiful winery wedding!

My husband and I looked at a variety of wineries in Temecula. We came across Lorimar because it was one of the more affordable wineries with an outdoor ceremony/reception option, and once we stepped inside the winery, we immediately knew we were going to get married there! The property is beautiful, both the winery and the vineyards. But what we liked about Lorimar Winery is it really fit us as a couple - it's not too stuck-up or stuffy, it's not too big, but it's elegant and fun at the same time. We originally booked with Danielle, the former wedding coordinator, and we really loved her personality and approach. Jessica took over last December, which first made us really nervous. But as soon as we met Jessica, and through working with her over the past 10 months, we were just as pleased as when we had booked with Danielle. We were able to have our ceremony in the new location in the vineyards - such breath-taking views, with a wonderful set-up. We did our reception on the patio. Since our wedding was in October, it got dark pretty fast, so we didn't get to enjoy the views as long at dinner. But really that's the only slight complaint, in addition to the fact that the dancing has to be moved inside after 10pm. Everything else was great! Even though the dancing moved inside, we were able to hangout and talk with guests outside, which was perfect for us. We brought cornhole and had a smoresbar outside, which made perfect options for guests who wanted to dance and hang out. And of course, the WINE is FABULOUS! We had guests going home with order forms and some purchased models because they were impressed. The food was also amazing - Chef Volker is the best! Overall, we highly recommend Lorimar Winery. We are so happy with our choice and can't wait to see the pictures!

I booked my wedding with Lorimar just about a year out. We got married in September of 2019. While my wedding was beautiful and I loved every minute of it, working with Lorimar was a little stressful. In the 11 months from when I booked the venue to my wedding day, my venue contact changed 5 different times due to the event staff leaving. This was SO stressful. The venue coordinator that I worked with for the month of my wedding, Ashley, was amazing. She was super helpful and understood my frustrations with the venue. She made me feel more confidant about the venue than I had in MONTHS. Lorimar is a beautiful space for a wedding, they have a variety of places for your ceremony and reception to happen, and I would recommend them, just be warned, the turnover rate in the event staff is high and your contact will change every 2 months with no notice.

This was a retirement party. The only real concern we had was a misunderstanding about the availability of beer.

Otherwise, everyone had a great time; guests were very impressed with the facility and grounds, as well as the food and service!

Even though it was the hottest day of the year, Lorimar was flexible enough and accommodating enough to keep it a cool and fun.

Jessica (coordinator) is great. The venue is beautiful. They recently added a new lawn for ceremony and reception, so you have 3 locations to choose within this vineyard. Pricing is reasonable.

For me, my wedding was ALMOST flawless. The place was gorgeous, food was amazing, BUT. I did have issues with the coordinator. When we first decided to use the lorimar, it was a different coordinator, she was WONDERFUL. About half way through the planning process, she left and we recieved a new coordinator, very sweet to me and my husband, but I did NOT appreciate the way she treated my sister, DJ, and Photographer. And two days before the wedding, we went over table numbers. I even wrote it down exactly how I wanted it for her, come the day of, the tables were COMPLETELY wrong. My own brother and most of my wedding party ended up seated in the VERY BACK. And my parents were not near me. It really bothered me, but since it was my special day, I tried to ignore it. She was unorganized, did not do what I asked, and on top of that, she was rude to MY guests. The photographer and DJ were MY staff, not hers. but she FORCED my photographer to put a napkin over her food and go take pictures! I don't need a million pictures of people eating! I was very displeased with her. my sister was never offered drinks or water and she was treated as part of the staff. I did not appreciate that at all. But I will not take away that the food was amazing, and despite all that, I had the best time of my life! With exception of the tables, the rest was not brought to my attention until after the wedding. Many said they had the best time. I do recommend this venue, but I caution to seriously be on top of the staff!

We had our wedding this October at Lorimar, when we first booked everything seemed like a dream! Turns out Lorimar has had a lot of turn over with their coordinators which then led to a lot of delay in communication. Trust me when I say if you decide to book your wedding please hire a day of coordinator, their coordinator will not be there to help you get through the day. I trusted too much that she would be there for my photos and available to drive us around the venue to be able to get the pictures we needed. I will say the venue and food were amazing, our coordinator did an amazing job getting all of our decor up and the wedding it self was beautiful. Here are things that were missed, she never guided our parents on where to sit, therefore we ended up with an empty yes, I wish I was joking, empty front row. They never accounted for our rose and sold it all so we didn’t get our choice of drink for our toast, we “paid” for lawn games, they were never put out. Also, our coordinator left before dinner and left the rest to the DJ. Overall, we did have a beautiful wedding. I plan events and am well aware with how things go wrong and how something’s are out of your control. My advice, hire your own coordinator, the venue cannot provide the service they say they can. It was a beautiful wedding and we are so grateful for their staff, we just wish we had been told the extent of services of their “day of coordinator”.

Lorimar was a beautiful venue, but that and the good food was all it had going for it. The service from Lorimar was very poor.

First, two days before the wedding Lorimar attempted to add $1000 or so on to our bill, despite the fact the contract was quite clear. They ultimately relented, but it was an unwanted stress right before our wedding. Perhaps they hoped that we would pay additional money without thinking about it because we had so many things on our mind, I don’t know. All I know is that the contract was clear and they tried to get more money from us.

Second, Lorimar staff threw away many small gifts and items we had personally made for our guests. They did this while the wedding reception was still taking place. They told us we could pick up everything the next day so by the time we found out they had thrown things away and not saved them like we thought, it was too late. No one asked us if they should throw the items away, they just did it. We still have guests asking if we have those items because they wanted to keep them.

Third, Lorimar failed to coordinate with our florist, despite their assurances otherwise. In one instance they moved flowers that were placed correctly. They told they would put them back before the reception but never did. In hindsight we should have double-checked, we should not have believed them when they told us it would be taken care of.

Feedback from guests was that the Lorimar staff were not very willing to help or serve them, and that feedback did not surprise us given that throughout the evening we, as the bride and groom, were not taken care of very well (for example, 30 minutes into the reception I had to track down a server just to get our first glasses of wine). We had a wonderful wedding, but had Lorimar prepared a bit better, or simply followed through on what they told us they would beforehand, it might have been even better.

Well what can i say about this vendor lack of professionalism, lack of communication, lack of taking control of there team not stepping up to the plate. There staff just quit their job and we were not told about this from this venue. I had to call to find out that my Wedding planner had quit and went to another venue, So i had to go over all of my planning again with another Wedding planner within the same company. And again the wedding planner that was helping us dropped the ball she had asked me to pick a date and time so we could speak on the phone with both of us so I did and she did not call us that scheduled time. I made a call the this venue again we were asked to have someone else help us. well lets say i just said "NO" We cancelled!!!!! When talking to the manager of the wedding coordinators I thought that she would help us out and maybe take us on to help us get this started but she didn't! and this is my first wedding ,wearing a dress guest,having an outdoor wedding under the stars in Temecula Ca. Our save the dated were sent out to my guests. C S.

If you're thinking about getting married here, DO NOT.
I got married at Lorimar in June 2019 and sooo many things went wrong. There was a "change in management" leading up to our wedding and our files were completely lost. No one contacted me to schedule tastings, final walk through or anything. I had to do all the reaching out because I felt stressed on time. From the beginning they told us the venue closed to the public at 5pm on Sundays so I specifically chose this venue and date so we would have a quite and intimate setting for our big day. However, during our ceremony they had an event going on
(they decided not to tell us about) with very loud live music. To name a few things that went wrong day of:
- My coordinator Lisa was NO WHERE to be found, my MOHs had to set up my welcome table as guests were showing up. My family member said they saw her giving a winery tour mid day when she should have been dedicated to setting up my wedding like she promised.
- Decor that I purchased and placed in boxes that were clearly labeled were not touched and left unwrapped so I ended up wasting so much money
- I paid for unlimited open bar for beer/wine and the bartender told my guests 1 hour before our send off that they ran out of wine!! Refused to serve my guests
- During the reception, there was a busted sewer line and it smelled horrible for at least an hour

Many other small things went wrong so following our honeymoon, I reached out to Lorimar to discuss possible reimbursement for the horrible service we received on the the biggest day of our lives. Perhaps the most frustrating part of this whole thing is that we left MANY messages for the Manager Matt and those in charge of wedding services and have yet to hear anything back 5 MONTHS LATER. As a professional business, it is basic knowledge to simply hear out a disappointed customer and deal with it, but they have completely ignored my messages and refuse to address my complaints.

While our wedding day was still amazing because of our loved ones and love we share, the service at Lorimar 100% hindered our experience. The money you spend here is not worth it and I definitely would not recommend.

I want to warn anyone and everyone to - Do NOT BOOK YOUR WEDDING at this Venue. AWFUL experience. They are very disorganized and unprofessional. They do not have wedding coordination as they advertise. In our experience we went through 4 different wedding coordinators in 5 months leading up to our wedding date. The owner fired 2 of the wedding coordinators we were working with. We did not receive an apology or anything for the way we were treated. This caused major stress and an additional expense as we had to hire our own coordinator. I could not have been more unhappy with the lack of professionalism at Lorimar. We were not even informed when the head of the dept, Tina Marie, who was AMAZING, quit last dec but we aren't surprised she chose to leave. It doesn't appear that the owner values his employees. We received terrible customer service leading up to our wedding.
I would NOT recommend this venue for a wedding venue if you desire to have a positive experience.

I was married at Lorimar on 10/24/15.

We paid $50.00 per child for kids meals. These meals were not provided at our wedding and therefore, we had numerous children that were not able to eat and parents had to leave early. We brought this to the owners attention after the wedding so that we could receive a refund for the meals we paid for that were not received but after providing the proof that we were promised these meals, the owner stopped responding to our emails. Apparently he doesn’t know how to respond once you prove that they were wrong and owed money.

One of the most concerning issues that we had was the music playing at Lorimar during our ceremony and reception. This was one of my biggest concerns before signing a contract with Lorimar because they are one of the only wineries open to the public during weddings. I made my concerns clear with the wedding coordinator and she assured me that if they book live music on the date of your wedding, it will only be acoustic and it will be down at the barrel room only. I went over this with her numerous times and felt confident that she was telling the truth. However, Lorimar ended up booking a heavy metal band on the day of my wedding that they actually allowed to play during my ceremony and throughout my entire reception. I had to beg them to turn it down for certain events like the father/daughter dance and cake cutting. Even after the begging, they never turned the music down or off and my special events were drowned out by heavy metal. As the bride, I spent about 1 hour of my 3.5 hour reception begging the general manager and my coordinator to turn down the music. That’s when I was even able to locate the wedding coordinator. I was very upset and disappointed.

Additionally, we were promised signs and a security guard to indicate that our event was private. Neither were there the day of the wedding and we had Lorimar guests intruding on our private space.
