Victoria was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. Her portfolio speaks for itself but you never know until the moment arrives how reliable your vendor is. Victioria's communication was excellent, and she followed our requests and direction. Her demeanor is calm and she brought up a lot of good points that we had not thought of and were able to work out before the event. She always answered emails and texts in a timely manner. The day of the wedding she arrived early which made sure she was on time for the start of the ceremony, and took took extra location photos while she waited for us and we appreciate her generosity. Her commute was far and her professionalism showed through by being there well in advance. She blended in with our guests capturing moments and made everyone feel at ease, while directing us gently to ensure we got the best pictures. Little details like making people dispose of handbags, sweaters, etc before posing made our photos look the best possible. She learned the name of all of our family and even some of the guests. She has a great memory because she got a photo of every guest at our wedding, whether candid or posed. Everyone was included. Her time flexibility was appreciated. We had scheduled some awkward timing and she worked with us beautifully with no issues. Her professionalism showed through once again but she is also a caring person in the end. She was game to go anywhere with us and as a result we got some unique and fun photos. Many of my guests, commented on how great she was to work with and of her soothing, kind personality and style. She really made our day stress free, we were free to enjoy ourselves and it shows in the photos.
