Facilities and Capacities

Venue 311 can accommodate a maximum of 250 people. The 6,000-square-foot venue offers both indoor and outdoor areas for your wedding. There is also a 2,100 sqare foot Chapel available as well. If you choose an outdoor ceremony, you will walk down a stone walkway to say “I do” under a wooden archway with the scenic lake as your backdrop. Couples will be surrounded by the beautifully manicured grounds. The outdoor patio and courtyard are ideal for your cocktail hour, intimate reception or couples looking to have both an indoor and outdoor reception. The banquet room itself offers an ambience of class and charm. Exposed wood beams, a high vaulted ceiling, and gorgeous chandeliers leave the room flexible for couples to customize the space as they wish.

Services Offered

Venue 311 has a number of services available for couples to consider. There are in-house bars available both indoors and outdoors for couples to use. The venue does not supply the alcohol, which gives you complete freedom and control over the amount of alcohol you pay for and what beverages are served to your guests. Barware and glassware are provided. A custom kitchen is located on the premises for your caterer of choice to utilize. The venue allows you to use outside vendors but will work with you to choose the right options for you through their preferred vendor list.
