Complete with a stunning Chapel, woodsy Oaks outdoor ceremony space, spacious wood Barn, glamorous Bride's Cottage, entertaining Groom's Lodge, and more, this venue has a variety of spaces for you and your guests to enjoy.
Facilities and Capacity
Magnolia Bells has five main facilities, including The Bride’s Cottage, The Lodge, The Chapel, The Oaks, and The Barn. The Chapel at Magnolia Bells is nestled deep in the woods and is a true fairy tale setting. The Chapel offers many unique features and amenities to make your ceremony that much more special, with a century-old bell that rings at the end of every ceremony. There are rooms for you and your spouse, both of which are equipped with charming furnishings. The Oaks is the intimate outdoor ceremony option, complete with handmade pews, a pergola over the stone altar, and chandeliers in the trees. Both ceremony spaces seat 220 guests in the handmade wood pews. The Cottage is a log cabin that sits in the trees and comes with a kitchen, living area, and a makeup and dressing room, with glamorous Hollywood mirrors. The upstairs bridal suite offers an intimate, bright and airy room for private moments. The wood Lodge offers comfortable lodging for preparing for the big day with a full kitchen, dining area, living room, and bathroom downstairs. Upstairs in the Lodge is where the fun happens, with a pool table and foosball table waiting to be played. For your reception, The Barn at Magnolia Bells is a spacious wood barn complete with reclaimed wood, stone, handmade doors, and reclaimed tin. The Barn is climate controlled, has an expansive front porch and over 8000 square feet of gorgeous reclaimed wood ceilings. This space is perfect for a wedding reception, and can accommodate up to 240 guests.
Magnolia Bells has all-inclusive packages to add on to the venue rental to complete your special day. Packages are not required, but provide a more inclusive experience. All levels of packages include planning and coordination, ceremony and reception DJ, choice of package caterer, tablecloths, and sparkler send-off. Ranging from the Silver to the Platinum, packages are flexible for meeting the wedding's needs.
Magnolia Bells offers several decor rentals in the Barn, Chapel, and Oaks to complete your wedding vision. The Barn also offers specialty items like stage rentals and pergolas. In the ceremony spaces there are lanterns, candles, and silk greenery to add to the beauty. Many of the photos on social media feature items from Magnolia Bells' decor.
All Magnolia Bells weddings and events require a bar through Magnolia Bells Bar Services, a consumption based bar. Magnolia Bells Bar Services offers several bar packages, like cash bar, semi-host, price per person, and more. Only pay for what is consumed while Magnolia Bells Bar Services handles the alcohol purchase and transport as well as staffing.

If I could rate this venue a million stars, I would!
Magnolia Bells has packages that make wedding planning a breeze if you’re super busy, or working and unable to take a vacation to plan a wedding or hire a planner.
They took care of everything, made it stress free and magical, and nearly everything was included in the package with extremely straightforward packaging. We had access to amazing bridal suites, the chapel, all grounds for pictures, they provided the DJ, and even included a wedding cake, catering, dance floor monogram, Photo Booth, sparkler send off, and custom bar package. They offered recommendations for hair, makeup, and even officiants. I was thrilled with nearly every single one of their suggestions, though I chose to use a close friend to make our Wedding cake.
We even asked to customize a couple things and switch to a different dessert provider with some speciality desserts. They accommodated, and it didn’t even raise our price! It kept us within my budget, they let our puppy be a part of the ceremony and our first dance, and everyone has been raving about it since.
One other thing to note: I’m not the girl that’s been planning my wedding since I was a kid. I haven’t been in, or attended very many weddings, and didn’t really know what I was doing or where to start. My job keeps me insanely busy, and to suddenly switch from eloping to a big traditional wedding had me overwhelmed. Sheila, the owner, and her reps including Summer…. Took 95% of the stress out of this day.
The other 5%… trying not to trip or sweat or cry walking down the aisle lol!
I cannot thank their team enough. They saved our wedding, and made it the most memorable magical day.
