We had to move our wedding back locally on short notice giving us only 5mos to plan a big traditional wedding, when we’d originally planned to elope with only immediate family.
Magnolia Bells has packages that make wedding planning a breeze if you’re super busy, or working and unable to take a vacation to plan a wedding or hire a planner.
They took care of everything, made it stress free and magical, and nearly everything was included in the package with extremely straightforward packaging. We had access to amazing bridal suites, the chapel, all grounds for pictures, they provided the DJ, and even included a wedding cake, catering, dance floor monogram, Photo Booth, sparkler send off, and custom bar package. They offered recommendations for hair, makeup, and even officiants. I was thrilled with nearly every single one of their suggestions, though I chose to use a close friend to make our Wedding cake.
We even asked to customize a couple things and switch to a different dessert provider with some speciality desserts. They accommodated, and it didn’t even raise our price! It kept us within my budget, they let our puppy be a part of the ceremony and our first dance, and everyone has been raving about it since.
One other thing to note: I’m not the girl that’s been planning my wedding since I was a kid. I haven’t been in, or attended very many weddings, and didn’t really know what I was doing or where to start. My job keeps me insanely busy, and to suddenly switch from eloping to a big traditional wedding had me overwhelmed. Sheila, the owner, and her reps including Summer…. Took 95% of the stress out of this day.
The other 5%… trying not to trip or sweat or cry walking down the aisle lol!
I cannot thank their team enough. They saved our wedding, and made it the most memorable magical day. -

We could not have chosen a better venue. Our coordinator Allison was so on top of things and made the whole day flow easily. Venue itself was gorgeous. Guests had a blast. We could not recommend the team here more highly and are so glad we chose them for our wedding day -

After being proposed to in December 2020, we knew we wanted a quick engagement. So between Christmas and New Years Eve, my best friend and I toured 4 wedding venues in one day. There was no doubt in my mind... it was Magnolia Bells for the win! From the tour with Sheila (who I've adopted as my new aunt) on 12/29/20 to the end of our wedding night on 5/21/21, the relationship, communication, organization, and service with Magnolia Bells has been TOP KNOTch! This venue knows exactly what they're doing: several package options, pricing laid out, in-house bar, relationships with the top wedding food vendors, in-house DJ, security, tables, chairs, linens, photo-booth, decorations, packing your belongings into your car, you name it... they made my life so easy and wedding planning FUN! I didn't have to stress about finding vendors, price comparing, and hoping it all came together the day of. Over the past 5 months I fell in love with their top 2 coordinators, Sheila & Natalie. They are passionate about their job and there is no doubt they made my fairytale wedding a reality! Thank you Magnolia Bells from the bottom of our hearts! -

I cannot say enough good things about Magnolia Bells. We had to reschedule our wedding due to the pandemic, and they helped us change the date seamlessly. We got a package through the venue, which made everything so stress free! I am a person who can get stressed pretty easily, so I always worried I wouldn’t enjoy the wedding planning process/the big event itself. They took all of that stress away because they are so thorough and detail oriented. Throughout the planning and meeting process they go through every detail you could think of and even bring up things you wouldn’t think about. They really did make my dream wedding come to life! I told them my vision, told them what decorations I was bringing and what I wanted to use from their collection, and they made it happen! I even baked my own desserts and brought them to set up a dessert table, and they set all that up too! We didn’t have to think of a thing on our wedding day other than enjoying the moment, so we had a blast on our wedding day. They even made sure everything was moving according to schedule on the day of by walking around to help with anything and everything, giving you very subtle reminders to not spend too long talking to one table, etc.
They are truly phenomenal, especially Natalie who we worked with the most. Thank you guys so much from the bottom of our hearts! We had such an amazing wedding experience with you guys!! It felt as close to perfect as you can get 😊 -

I can not say enough about this venue. They care so much about their couples and making our day the best. They were so helpful and understanding when it came to postponing due to COVID. The venue is also beautiful, as is the bridal cottage. I am so so glad I chose Magnolia Bells as my venue and would recommend it to everyone! -

Sheila and Natalie were great during the entire process. They worked with me, being out of town, and i couldn’t have asked for anything better. The day of, Sheila and Natalie also had Janie and all three of them were amazing. They made sure everything was on time and perfect! Everything was seamless and amazing! -

Hidden Gem
I don't even know how to convey how much I loved this venue and the staff. I got married on June 22, 2019 and it was everything I could have hoped for! The venue itself speaks to you when you are on your first tour it and the photos do not do ANY justice to the actual quality of it. From the moment I had my tour I knew right off this was where I wanted to have my special day. The staff is so amazing and do a great job helping you prepare for your big day. They truly want it to be EVERYTHING you hope. The whole staff along with some of their close friends were there helping on the day of my wedding. They made sure things went smoothly and it was exactly how I pictured it. Sheila and Natalie went above and beyond what I could have wanted in a day of coordinators as well as venue staff. This place is truly a hidden gem and one definitely worth checking out, you will not be sorry you did. I can not say thank you enough or write a good enough review to give justice of how I felt and feel about getting to have this place, the staff, and the friends I made at this venue as the location I got married. -

Ryann Sent on 10/21/2017The second my fiance, now husband, and I toured Magnolia Bells, we fell in love. I started to tear up. Everything about this venue is gorgeous. The old bell that the ring after your ceremony is absolutely breathtaking. It makes the experience a million times more special. The staff is so wonderful and makes sure all your questions are answered (I swear I called them a million times a month leading up to my wedding). They took all the stress away the day off and I don't think I could ever thank them enough for everything.
This venue is gorgeous and the staff is great, you're in good hands choosing Magnolia Bells. -

Beautiful facility not much decoration needed. The staff was awesome and communication was fabulous! If you want it ALL in one shot I recommend this place!
