As a MOB Vanessa was an excellent planner. She is second to none. She planned my daughters bridal shower, welcome/rehearsal dinner and wedding reception. Her unique ids and attention to detail made for such a beautiful wedding that everyone will talk about for years to come. It was so wonderful to have her and her team making sure all details were executed quickly and professionally. I can't say enough about her, she has the energy of 100 people. Vanessa is the best planner in the world.
From the first time we spoke with Vanessa, we could tell she was a great planner. She will really listen and get to know you as a couple. She will understand what your style is and what you are looking for from vendors. In the lead-up, she will keep things organized and make sure you are on schedule with all the aspects of your wedding. She will save you money by introducing you to great vendors at affordable rates (we had the partial planning package), and she will make sure your wedding day goes smoothly.
It was an absolute pleasure to work with Vanessa throughout this process and our wedding day was amazing. Everything was perfect and she really paid attention to every detail. Many of our guests met her and were amazed by what a great job she did, and how by how fun and approachable she is!
Vanessa is the world's best planner and we are so lucky to have found her!

We cannot say enough good things about Varoca Weddings & Events. Corin and Vanessa are an absolute joy to work with and made the whole process a million times easier. Although we hired them as day of coordinators, Corin and Vanessa went above and beyond helping us months before the wedding; this fact is a testament to how much pride they take in their work and how committed they are to making each event run flawlessly. They went to bat for us when we had issues with the venue and attended to all the last minute details leading up to the party. If I had to do it all over again, I would've hired them even sooner because their help was so invaluable to us and saved us so much heartache. I will most definitely be hiring Varoca Weddings & Events for any and all events we have in the future and strongly recommend them to anyone planning an important event. Let me start off by saying that I did not have a budget for a planner. But after speaking to Corin and Vanessa, I know that I had to hire them. Corin and Vanessa and their team are knowledgeable about the industry and they are just the sweetest people you can meet. I interviewed several planners and I am so glad that I hired them. Every bride needs Vanessa and Corin!
We weren't sure we needed a planner. It was a little pricier than we thought we could afford. But with all the covid problems we were so glad we hired Varoca Weddings. They did a great job and made sure we were relaxed and not stressed. Everything went off perfectly. Thank You, Vanessa and Corin!

So glad we had planners. Covid is a real nightmare. Planning a wedding during regular times is pretty tough to imagine a pandemic!!! But it all worked out and we were very happy with Varoca Weddings and Events. Corin and Vanessa are a dream to work with!
