Our wedding was on 2/24/24 and not one person has stopped talking about the Mike Sipe Team. We worked with Ray Costa from day one and chose Musicology. It was truly a dream. He was up front about what things would cost, made suggestions as to what to spend out money on based on our vision and what to skip. That aspect is so important to us based on the fact that the professionals do this every weekend and they know what makes for a great event.
Ray asked questions, got to know us, listened to what vibe we wanted and then completely exceeded expectations. Choosing the Sipes means not only the DJ or band of your choice. They send an entire ENEGETIC team who makes it their sole priority to make you and your guests feel like your event is the only event they have for the entire year. Ray does an incredible job of reading the room and keeping the vibe at a level 10 especially when some moments can get awkward or slow. There was not one down moment. Even when people were eating, most of the couples got up to slow dance, even though that wasn't the plan. It was absolute perfect. 100% of our guests (many from South Florida who go to a ton of weddings) said it was the best wedding they had EVER been to. Ray worked perfectly with our vendors, our planner, our bridal party. I simply don't have enough words to express how amazing and fun the entire team was. The band members were on the dance floor, we were up on stage. People who don't normally dance were dancing. It was INCREDIBLE.
My new husband does not dance and he said, "Get Ray to pencil us in for your birthday because I would have paid double for the night he created for us." Don't skimp on entertainment and if you want your guests to rave about your night for years to come, trust me CHOOSE THE SIPE TEAM. They have become friends and I am so sad that I am not speaking to them now like I did on a weekly basis. TRULY the best and I can't wait for the next event. Time is all you have and if memories is what you want to create, this team is who you choose.

We had DJ Famous as the DJ for our wedding and he did an amazing job! He made the reception into the ultimate party, and kept everyone on the dance floor all night.
Mike Sipe Entertainment was so easy to work with! We hired a violonist through them and she was AMAZING! They communicated so well, and responded to emails quickly. Thank you so much!

DJ Lanka is hands down the best DJ! He kept the vibes fun and light, it was everything and more. All night our family and friends kept saying “this DJ is awesome!!!” He made our day even more special and even took on our wedding one week prior. You won’t regret!!

We could not be happier with DJ Lanka and Mike Sipe Entertainment. We booked him for our October wedding. We had a very full wedding day schedule with two ceremonies (one American style, one Sri Lankan Poruwa) and a reception. He was so comfortable transitioning between ceremonies, and he knew how to cater to both my Latino family, and my Husband’s Sri Lankan side. DJ Lanka was extremely helpful from beginning to end. He not only did sound and MC, but he also installed the up lights and reception lights, which really elevated the whole wedding! He had multiple playlists on stand-by when I was too exhausted to pick specific songs, and was extremely faithful to the reception dance floor playlist I gave him. His energy kept people on the dance floor the whole night, and we got multiple compliments from our guests on his DJ-ing. Definitely one of the best memories of our night, and would recommend him to anyone in a heartbeat!

Absolutely phenomenal experience with DJ Lanka! He was amazing and did such a good job at bringing people on the dance floor. His energy was unmatched and he made the experience so enjoyable. Music was the best selections and he listened to all of our requests but then elevated it. Couldn’t recommend him enough!!

Music shouldn't be an afterthought, but by the time we got to planning the music, I was just overwhelmed in the planning process. Then steps in Glen Blakk. His expertise and knowledge really saved the day. I knew after our initial meeting, that I had nothing to worry about. He is so kind and quickly answered any follow up questions that I had. The actual wedding was seamless. We had an eclectic group of guests and Glen was able to please everyone. The energy of the party was kept up by his dj skills. We also opted for a sax player, Lee. What a hit he was! These two played so tight together. The teamwork and coordination was wonderful. Glenn really made this day so special for us. Hes so interactive with the crowd. Just book these guys. Completely worth the peace of mind and energy that they bring.

There aren’t enough words to describe the quality of production you get with Ray, but most importantly his honesty. I trust Ray to create a playlist for us, and it was executed beyond anything I could’ve imagined. He is that GOOD! He also made sure to tell me what I did and didn’t need which is well appreciated when you’re under the stress of planning a wedding. Highly recommend!!!

We could not have asked for a better DJ for our wedding! He was absolutely amazing from start to finish, and the dance floor was packed all night long. The energy was incredible, the music was perfect, and he truly knew how to keep everyone entertained and dancing. The best part was waking up the next morning to so many texts from friends and family saying how amazing he was and how much fun they had. That says everything! I can’t rave enough about Mike Sipe Entertainment! We had the pleasure of working together on a beautiful Quinceañera for a longtime client of ours, and as both a vendor and planner for the event, I was beyond impressed.

DJ Ray Costa and MC Ray Moreno were phenomenal! Professional, talented, attentive, and incredibly detailed. Ray even attended the rehearsal beforehand to make sure every detail was covered and that everything would run smoothly on event day and it absolutely did.

The timeline was followed perfectly, every special moment flowed seamlessly, and the communication and coordination throughout the entire event were on point. As a planner, having an entertainment team that understands the importance of timing and works alongside you to execute the vision makes all the difference.
