After one phone call with Vanessa we knew she was the right choice for our day of wedding coordinator. When we first hired her, we though all we needed was just her help the day of the wedding but as we got closer to the big day, we ended up using more of her services for the final touches that made our wedding special. Vanessa has a extensive inventory of items she has used in previous weddings which we took full advantage of as we didn't want to buy décor full price ourselves and be stuck with them in the end of destination wedding. Vanessa has beautiful gold plate chargers, and votives that helped complete our tables. Vanessa also made and printed our escort cards and made our seating chart board. She also created a beautiful mirror "welcome" sign that was displayed prominently where we had our ceremony. Vanessa's attention to detail, organization skills and cool demeanor really helped my husband and I focus on our day rather than worrying about what the venue and ceremony rooms were going to look like. Vanessa knew what questions to ask and foresight to correct issues before they came up. She made the day as seamless as possible. If you are looking for someone to plan your wedding from scratch or to help you out with the final details, we cannot think of anyone better than Vanessa. Vanessa is a must for your wedding. I hired her as a day of coordinator a few months before my wedding. I did not think I needed one then panicked thinking I wouldn't be able to find anyone so last minute. She was an absolute must for my wedding. She helped us plan for details that slipped through the cracks, she always readily available, she completed all of her responsibilities, and helped when things inevitably went wrong on the day of. The worst being that my hair stylist did not show up. She thought on her feet and ran last minute errands while still completing everything she said she would. Overall, Vanessa is professional, grounding, and she gets shit done - all of the qualities you want in a wedding coordinator!

I needed a super late last minute coordinator and Vanessa was available and quick to respond. I got lucky she was available, up to the day of the wedding and the day of the wedding she was helpful and obviously knows what’s she’s doing. The day of the wedding she was AMAZING, attentive and more prepared than myself. Everyone loved her and noticed her hard work. She did such a great job making the day go smoothly.

We had to cancel the large wedding we had planned and instead did a small wedding with our immediate family on fairly short notice. We originally hired Vanessa to do a much bigger, 80+ guest wedding, and our dreams for that wedding were shattered with COVID-19. We eventually decided to have a tiny, livestreamed wedding and about 1 week before the new wedding date, we contacted Vanessa again and she helped to completely pull the wedding off! She setup our new venue with minor direction from me and really nailed the look and feel of the wedding day. She helped coordinator all of us (most of my guests were actually also IN the wedding and walking down the aisle). She took care of all of the details so I didn't have to stress about my tiny wedding. After months of planning the "big" one and having it fall through, I just didn't want to plan much else. She was able to set everything up, she was flexible in meeting us, was great at communication and helping me feel calm and stress free. She was just what we needed and helped to make our tiny wedding the very best it could be.

From the moment we sat down with Vanessa, we knew she was exactly who we needed for day-of coordination services. She was organized, well-prepared, and mindful of our budget throughout the process.
Prior to the wedding, she met with our florist and reception coordinator, on her own time. She listened to our requests and offered some of her own money-saving ideas. She's a wealth of knowledge regarding vendors and all things DIY.
On the day of, she set up everything for our reception venue, including centerpieces and the dessert table. Dances, toasts, and dinner were all on time. She single-handedly kept our reception running smoothly.
Our wedding day turned out so well, and we received tons of compliments. I would recommend Vanessa for any-budget brides/grooms looking to work with someone who is reasonable, level-headed, and can help you manage the waters of the wedding industry. She's the best!
