All the guest absolutely loved Nicky and Yarnell! All night I was asked where did we find this guy. Other couples mentioned that they wanted Ultra Events info for their own wedding. Someone wants to hire them for her 60th and if I wasn't moving states away I would book them for my house warming party. Very happy with our choice! If your thinking of booking them, DO IT!

Hiring Ultra Event DJs was one of our best wedding choices! We worked with Kellie, DJ Nicky Sibilia and MC Yarnell. They were friendly from the start and offered very reasonable prices. On the day of the wedding, things went very smoothly. While we were practicing our first dance before the reception they helped us coordinate and add a lift so we could use the sparklers we had asked for. It made for a great photo moment. Our guests loved Yarnell, he really kept things alive on the dance floor. My husband and I are on the shy side, so it was great to have someone other than ourselves to get people on the dance floor. People loved the music that was played, they created a great flow throughout the night. They were also very accommodating with our changes. We had a last minute performance added a couple weeks before the wedding and they were great at coordinating with the outside vendor. My father in law had originally wanted to get a band but he ended up telling us he was pleasantly surprised with how great they were. (May have converted a band guy into a DJ fan!) I'd definitely recommend Ultra Event DJs for any of your events!

I cannot say enough about DJ Nicky and Motivator Yarnell. We did a lot of unique things at our wedding and both Nicky and Yarnell were more than happy to accommodate all of our requests, and even offered some great ideas and suggestions to support our thinking. DJ Nicky played so many of our requested songs and felt the vibe perfectly to keep the party going. He made sure to add all of the personal touches and even included music that was performed and arranged by my brother and his band and dedicated it to my grandfather and late grandmother. I had mentioned that we wanted to play my parent’s wedding song in honor of their 36th wedding anniversary that fell 5 days after our wedding, and he added it into our anniversary dance that we did and made an announcement that it was honoring them. It was perfect and above and beyond.
We also did a fun father daughter dance that included a “break in the action” where we were to blame the DJ for the music “not working”. Not only were they happy to do this for us, but Yarnell played into it perfectly and even fooled family members that had a feeling that this was coming. It was PERFECT!
All night, our guests were saying how incredible the entertainment was. Even our photographer and videographer commented on Yarnell’s talent and ability to keep the crowd going. Yarnell was the perfect amount of involvement with our guests. He was passing the mic around and we were all loving it! We loved the dancing and still are in awe of how he moves. My father, who was dead set on a band, was even impressed and so happy that we worked with Ultra Event!
I also wanted to include that our correspondence with Kellie was A+. She was so responsive and understanding when I made some errors along the way. She was sure to check in with us during the whole process and offer suggestions when I was stuck with parts of our event planning.

We were fortunate enough to have Nicky as our DJ and Yarnell as our MC for our big day. From the detailed & consultative planning prior to our wedding, to the flexible & flawless execution on the day of, we could not have asked for a single thing to be done differently. They were the life of the party and had everyone dancing the entire night. We even threw a curveball in the mix and hired a 3rd party musician to play Sax 2 weeks before our wedding - Nicky reached out to him directly to make sure all of their equipment was compatible and included a few additional moment to spotlight the sax player like we asked.

We have said it 500 times already, but for the last time THANK YOU, Darnell & Nicky, for bringing our vision for our wedding to life. You will not regret having this group support whatever event you are planning!

Music/entertainment was at the top of our list of priorities for our 9/24/22 wedding. We went with Ultra Event DJs and couldn't have been happier with that decision! Our dance floor was packed ALL NIGHT. Some of our guests commented later that they never dance at weddings, but they were dancing at ours! DJ Nicky was fantastic, and even mixed our entrance song for us to our specifications. Yarnell was our MC and OMG his energy is out of this world! He was so much fun, he did not stop, he was ON IT 100% the entire night! He had my 6-year-old nephew dancing to Greased Lightnin' and Proud Mary. We got so many great compliments from our guests about both Yarnell and DJ Nicky. There were only three tiny hiccups that no one else but me would have noticed, one of which being that they played a song on our Do Not Play list, but other than that everything went smoothly and we were so happy with them. We also got the Photo Booth from them, which was a big hit! We had a green screen and were able to choose our own backgrounds. Kellie was cognizant of timing, closing the Photo Booth during dinner so that people would eat. :) We had all the photos sent to us digitally as well as printed for us.

Booking Ultra Event for our wedding was one of, if not the best decision my wife and I could have ever made! The DJ was incredible and kept everyone on the dance floor all night long. Our MC Chris was absolutely phenomenal! He was the best part of our wedding the way he interacted with our guests and got everybody involved was awesome! People are still calling us telling us it was the best wedding they’ve ever been to and a huge reason for that is because of Ultra Event and Chris. I would definitely recommend booking them for your wedding or any other special occasion. They’re very quick to respond and easy to communicate with. Kellie always answered right away and made our lives alot easier during the whole process leading up to the wedding. And everybody had a blast with the photo booth as well! To say Kellie and her team at Ultra were the best would be an understatement. I am/was the anti-bride. Planning was hard for me, details felt impossible and hiring Ultra was such a huge weight off my shoulders. Kellie kept me in line with all the timeline details to make sure all the music we wanted played at the wedding. Communication was excellent and everything was always confirmed in writing.

NOW... at our wedding. Nick, our DJ, absolutely lit our dance floor on fire. Yarnell, our MC, kept the energy high, super fun and everyone was moving. I honestly forgot to eat or do anything else because I was too busy dancing with everyone. Kellie manned the Photo Booth and kept everyone filtering through quickly so they could get their cute prints. The entire team tremendously fun and kept the party going. I highly recommend working with them.

We had a Halloween wedding and were so thrilled that they were able to effortlessly customize the entire experience to fit our theme. You guys did an amazing job and set the perfect mood. Professional and knowledgeable from start to finish.
