About Twenty9 Catering

Twenty9 Catering is dedicated to providing all of your catering needs with exceptional style and class. We offer full-service off-premise catering and party planning. We specialize in Weddings, business and corporate catering, birthdays, graduations, rehearsal dinners, bridal showers, christening or any other special occasion event. Food is an integral part of any party so one must choose a catering service wisely. But how does one choose the right caterer for an event? It is important to do research, check references, and often request a sampling to make your final decision. Twenty9 Catering is a fully licensed and insured catering company with an impeccable reputation. We are also one of the few off-premise caterers licensed for the service of alcoholic beverages. Our experts work with you to create a menu and style that will complement your event and your budget.

Wedding Catering Allow us to take the stress out of your special day. We’ll plan a wonderful, unforgettable event down to the tiniest detail. Whether a bride’s ideal reception is an opulent seated dinner, unique and elegant buffet or a more casual lunch, dessert or cocktail style affair, we can provide a planning partner who will listen carefully and ensure that each bride’s distinct vision is reflected in every detail. Our masterful kitchen and professional event planner and wait staff will work in concert to ensure your entire affair is impeccably planned and flawlessly executed.

Information on Twenty9’s Services
  1. We are a full service caterer; this means we can provide food, staff, and rentals for you entire event.
  2. We are also available on a limited basis and can provide as much or as little as you like, this means we can do pick ups or deliveries and setups for any number of guests at any location. (Ideas: After wedding brunch, bridal shower, engagement parties, etc.)
  3. We would love to help you with all phases of event planning and coordination, including arrangement of tents, rentals, linens, etc.
  4. We would be happy to help you by recommending and coordinating with any and all the vendors you choose.
  5. We understand the importance of a budget and will do our best to help you stay within it by making suggestions and giving you options that might help.
  6. We will provide friendly and professional servers, bartenders, and chefs for your event.
  7. We believe in upfront honest pricing and you will not see any surcharges or additional fees tacked onto our bills.
  8. We believe you should not hire a caterer without first trying their food, we offer a free tastings to our potential customers of their chosen menu at a time convenient for them.
  9. We believe you should be able to hire any baker you choose and we would love to cut and serve their cake at no additional charge.
  10. It is our pleasure to serve you and your guests and we will work with all your other vendors to make your day as stress free and memorable as possible.
  11. The serving staff will setup all the tables, chairs, and everything that goes on the tables for you. We will also handle all breakdown/clean up and trash removal.
  12. We will provide boxed food for the bride and groom to take with them. The bride and groom never really get to eat, trust me they will be hungry once they are all settled into their honeymoon suite.
  13. We will have a server bring a tray of the passed hors d’oeuvres for the bride and groom and wedding party so they don’t miss out while taking pictures and any drinks available that they may want.
  14. We will have a server assigned to the bride and groom. They will not need to go through a buffet line if that is the chosen serving style. We will plate their meal and serve them at their table.
  15. We are available anytime to discuss your event. We do not charge for any meetings or our experience. We are happy to help you with anything you may need.
  16. We are fully licensed and insured as an off premise caterer. We have a liquor license and the full capability to help you with any and all bar needs.
What is the Process and what to Expect

(At any point in this process we are available to answer any and all questions, please call or email us we are happy to help.)

  1. Book your venue.
  2. Estimate the number of expected guests.
  3. Start thinking about the budget for the reception to include: Food, Beverage, Alcohol, Tables, Chairs, Place Settings, Linens, and Labor.
  4. Select the serving style you prefer (plated, buffet, family style, etc.).
  5. Review menus and our website to help you choose your menu or have and idea of types of food you would like to see and we can make recommendations.
  6. A Proposal is created based on the choices made above.
  7. If the Proposal meets your needs, move to the next step. If not, we can adjust it as necessary until it does.
  8. Schedule a tasting (if desired) of your chosen menu and a meeting to go over any other details and questions. If you are happy with the tasting and your proposal, we will create an agreement for you to sign.
  9. Sign the agreement and attach a $500 deposit to secure your date.
  10. We will start with a sample timeline and together we will figure out how you want your day to proceed.
  11. We will meet to choose your linens, chairs, and place settings, create your site plan/map, and talk more about the details of your day.
  12. A month or two prior to your date we will do a Site Visit together to go over your day and walk through it like we are your guests. This ensures everything is where you expect it and runs smoothly.
  13. Thirty (30) days before your date, 50% of the remaining balance is due.
  14. Two (2) weeks prior to your date we will have a meeting to review all that was decided previously and any other details you might have thought of since.
  15. Seven (7) days prior to your date, the guaranteed guest count is due and your final payment. You really have up until this point to make changes.
  16. Rest and Relax, we will see you on your Wedding day.

Whether you are planning an intimate gathering for executives, or the ultimate holiday party to impress clients, we at Twenty9 are going to make you look great! We are used by some notable businesses in town time and again because we are one of the top special event caterers in the Malvern and Chester County area.

In fact, some clients are so pleased with us for corporate events that they also call upon us to handle their private events, including weddings! Repeat business is the best compliment we can get, and we are lucky to have such good clients that appreciate our commitment to excellence.

    I am still in the planning phase, but I just wanted to comment for any future couple. As soon as I started emailing Patty, I knew right away I would love her. She is exteremely helpful and accommodating, plus she is quick at responding. I'm so glad I was able to find those qualities while searching for a caterer. Consider twenty9 for your wedding. They have amazing food. The tasting they offered was amazing. My fiancé and I cannot wait for the big day.

    For our wedding we really wanted an all inclusive venue where we could have all to most of the wedding outside in an elegant and rustic setting. When we found Twenty9 and met with them, we knew we had found the spot! Patty, Jessica, and the whole team at Twenty9 are truly exceptional! They made sure our personality was reflected every step of the way. The set up and decor was gorgeous and they were incredibly flexible and creative. We could not have asked for a better experience from beginning to end!

    Patty did a phenomenal job on the all of the flowers in the wedding. It was such a relief to not have to worry about any floral bouquets, arrangements, or decor. Patty had it all under control! She made a huge effort to find flowers that were in season, went with our vision, and were in our budget. We were able to hire the DJ through them as well. The DJ was fantastic and even on one of the hottest days of the summer he kept people dancing all night! Being able to do all the floral components and music through Twenty9 took an immense amount of pressure off the planning process.

    We are foodies so it was important to have good food at our wedding. We had a buffet with a whole Italian pig and got so many compliments on how delicious and high quality the food was! We had 2 guests with gluten allergies and the staff took the time and care with those guests to make sure they knew what was gluten free.

    They really went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect at an very fair cost. We have nothing but positive things to say about the venue and the people running it. I highly recommend this venue!

    I wish I could give 10 stars or more! Anthony and the Twenty9 catering team were perfect in every way. First, working with Anthony was extremely easy. He executed all of our requests swiftly and professionally. I created a very detail specific timeline for our wedding day which the Twenty9 team followed perfectly. This may sound easy and expected but, a few of our other vendors (not associated with Twenty9) of which whom had the same paperwork, found extreme difficulty in this task. Anthony stayed on schedule perfectly if not, better. He really made our day!

    Secondly, the food was unbelievably delicious! Not your typical "wedding/caterer style" food. The meal was 5 star restaurant level. If you havent eaten at Twenty9's restaurant you must go try it! They won't let you down. Amazing! Plus, our food tasted exactly the same as the day of our tasting, if not, better!

    Anthony went above and beyond to make our day perfect and I couldn't thank him enough at our wedding. I had alot of requests. He treated us extremely professional but was down to earth and humble which was refreshing as it is not very common nowadays.

    I highly recommend using Twenty9 caterers whether you have your wedding at Twenty9 or off site. Ours was off site and I can't say enough about how amazing of a job they did from A to Z! I would definitely use them again for any of our catered events!
