Absolutely incredible!

I highly recommend hiring Sweet Lucy's to cater your wedding! We hired them to cater our 200 person wedding and they were absolutely incredible (full service catering). Ali helped us with every step throughout the process, she consistently went above and beyond to create our vision - she even walked through the venue with us to map out the buffet/cocktail tables and helped us figure out quantities for our rentals. The food was AMAZING - we had guests from all over the country who raved about it. Our wedding was over 3 weeks ago and I'm still hearing about how delicious the food was. This was our easiest and best decision for our big day!! We can't take credit for the idea though, we attended a wedding years ago that had Sweet Lucy's and we decided at that time that we would have them for ours (we were not even engaged at the time). We are forever grateful for the opportunity to have them cater our wedding. If you're thinking about it... DO IT!

Flawless in every way!

Alison was a pleasure to work with. They catered my daughter Emily’s wedding and I’m still getting rave reviews on the food and the service a year later. We own a DJ business and they are listed as our preferred vendor. We’ve eaten a lot of catered food over the years and they get 5 stars!

Divine Swine

We had a DYI wedding in New Hope, PA and had Sweet Lucy’s cater our cocktail hour and dinner. It was absolutely awesome, everything was delicious and the staff was amazing, the perfect weather did not hurt either! Alison and Brooke were so accommodating and flexible to work with, they made everything super easy for us. The food was a buffet with pulled meats for sandwiches (or not) and Salmon with collard greens , and green beans with kielbasa. Everyone still raves about the food to this day! I would absolutely recommend them as a cater if you are looking for BBQ, no bones about it :)

Ali
Catering Manager

Ali has been working in the hospitality industry since she was fourteen years old. Originally from New Jersey, Ali attended The Restaurant School at Walnut Hill College in Philadelphia, where she graduated after studying Hotel Management. She thrives on overseeing an event from the very beginning to end; loves event design, and is admittedly obsessed with Pinterest boards.

Ali now resides in Bucks County with her husband & children. Even though her life is never quiet, Ali still finds the time to workout with her fitness team, bake new recipes, and paint.

Brooke
Brooke
Chef/Owner

Growing up, Brooke's family enjoyed celebrating holidays in a huge fashion, in which they placed a big importance on food. It was only natural for her to develop a love for cooking and for serving others. The knowledge that something in which she created could bring such joy to someone's day is what led her to the hospitality field.

In 2003, Brooke and her husband Jim had a dream to open a BBQ restaruant that served traditional Southern BBQ. They used their formal, and not so formal culinary training to put a "Philly Friendly" spin on their approach to BBQ. Since opening, not only has Brooke's family grown in size, (mother to four wonderful children) but so has Sweet Lucy's. From the trailer days to the restaurant and catering company, Brooke has instilled her family values in all aspects of Sweet Lucy's, the results being that Sweet Lucy's has become not just a great place to dine, but also a great place to work. Brooke knows that to be successful, an amazing support team is required.
