Robin is a true professional! My husband and I had a photoshoot done and from the very beginning she was extremely helpful and wonderful to work with. Robin took our wedding pictures and our son's senior pictures. She has so much energy which made the experience that much better. Our son is shy and doesn't like his picture taken but Robin was able to make him feel comfortable and we saw a side of him in the pictures we're not used to seeing. We chose our wedding to be in October so we would have the perfect wedding colors of my dreams. I searched through many photographers but ultimately decided on going with Truly North for a number of different reasons. First off, her energy. I met with Robin beforehand on a video chat to go over expectations/ideas for the big day and we just clicked. She has so many amazing ideas and she really helped me envision our big day. Secondly, there was nothing too "off the wall" for her to handle. She was willing to explore and try out all of my ideas and travel was no issue for her at all.
The big day arrived and she really came through for us. Our pictures are everything I could have hoped for. They're better than amazing, they are simply stunning. Robin's fun loving attitude and energy really helped open up the entire wedding party and she was able to capture it all perfectly in her photos. I couldn't have gone with a more perfect fit of a photographer for our big day!

My husband and I hired Truly North Photography to photograph our wedding in Maine, and we are so happy we did. If you are looking to hire someone out of state and need a flexible individual, Robin is not that. If you work a normal job and dont have time to take a call in the middle of the week or miss one of her emails she wont hesitate to fire you weeks before the date she is supposed to shoot.
