I came to Whitney Carillon ~12 mo. before my wedding, asking Whitney to take over planning responsibilities after my original coordinator was not working out. Whitney stepped in immediately and was communicative, a creative thinker and highly effective every step of the way.

I had a very specific image for our wedding and even higher expectations that I wanted every detail to carry significance - from the ceremony structure constructed by my husband to the graphics on the dance floor and requests for special performances pre-arranged with the band. Whitney was our true partner throughout the process, making sure our event would go off without a hitch. Every moment of our wedding day truly exceeded our expectations.

Even with unruly weather that caused our outdoor ceremony to move inside at the last minute, Whitney executed every detail of the event with expert fashion. When the weather snafu caused us to revisit plans, Whitney was thoughtful and solutions-oriented when it came to revising our game plan. She and her team took care of every detail, so my family could enjoy time with our guests, stress free. I loved the indoor ceremony even more than the original plan for outdoors.

Our wedding truly the most beautiful, awe-inspiring occasion. The aesthetic was unique, yet elegant and timeless. The floor plan was expertly constructed with many people remarking there 'wasn't a bad seat in the room.' One of the employees of the venue told me the day after the event that he had worked at the hotel since it had opened, and our wedding was hands down one of the tops of all time. The entire event was truly incredible.

Whitney and her team brought our wedding dream to life. Since being married, people have asked “are you so happy it’s over?” And our answer is always “no!” Planning our wedding was the most fun experience of our lives, thanks to this team. We were never overwhelmed or stressed. We were able to make all of our own choices, all while being completely supported and guided by Whitney. She is so resourceful when it comes to venues and vendors. She made us feel heard and offered the best suggestions based on every little detail we shared. Whitney coordinated a 3-day wedding celebration for my husband ( I love saying that =) ) and I at the ultra lavish Don Cesar on St. Pete Beach. First, It's important to point out that our wedding celebration was anything but simple...we had almost every single bell and whistle you can possibly imagine. Instead of a traditional rehearsal dinner, we opted for a welcome party with both DJ and band, both indoors and outdoors...our wedding itself was an "event" with lavish velvet drapes, lavish exotic flowers and live band playing rock n roll during the ceremony...Whitney handled it ALL...I mean ALL...From my custom dress to the fabrics, to the flowers, to the music to the bands to my fur baby's custom gown ...Whitney handled everything...every last detail...Whitney provided all the vendors! ALL of the vendors. Most of our guests flew in from out of town also...there were so MANY moving parts...There was never a time where I felt that Whitney had lost her cool...She single-handedly facilitated every single component of our wedding. The results were nothing short of spectacular...Whitney was with me every single step of the way...even attended make-up and hair trials with me...Whitney is an outstanding professional...She is a tall, blonde barbie doll and encompasses "American luxury"...Your wedding planner speaks for your event before you do... It's paramount that your wedding planner look like a STAR herself. Truthfully, I can not say enough great things about Whitney. She is worth every single cent. Whitney works very hard during the planning process to help you create your vision. She has great vendors, wonderful suggestions and is always available either by phone or email. Having Whitney throughout the entire planning process but especially beginning with the rehearsal dinner to the reception gave all of us peace of mind knowing she was taking care of all the details.
