The Vows & Views team did a wonderful job coordinating and decorating for my entire wedding. They really went above and beyond to ensure our day was everything we ever wanted. Collette made sure to go over all of the details so that vendors and wedding party knew what to do and when. She was right there when the time came to walk down the isle to help ensure everything flowed so perfectly. She also offers a stellar decor package that won’t disappoint! I did not have to worry about a thing from rehearsal to the bustles on my dress, the center pieces, sweetheart table, a beautiful balloon arch, drapery, lighting and so much more. Colette also did all of my bouquets and florals which were absolutely stunning. We are beyond thankful for all of Colette’s hard work.

I cannot recommend Vows and Views enough! We booked the Diamond Coordination package and it was absolutely perfect for my situation. I currently live in California but grew up in Florida, so planning a wedding from across the country felt overwhelming at times. Having someone local in Florida made such a huge difference and gave me so much peace of mind while I handled other details from California.

We had about 65 guests at our wedding at The Estate on the Halifax. You might think 65 guests would be manageable, but honestly I could not have pulled this wedding off without Collette and her team.

With the Diamond package we had unlimited communication, which was a huge stress reliever, especially with the time difference. Collette was incredibly prompt with responses, asked all the right questions, and was very specific and organized throughout the process. I genuinely felt like she cared about the experience I would have on my wedding day, not just the logistics.

She helped with our timeline, vendor suggestions, and overall coordination. One moment that really stood out was during cocktail hour when it looked like rain might hit. Collette quickly made the call to move everyone to the reception space to avoid the rain. Trying to communicate that change myself would have been incredibly stressful, and I was so grateful she handled it so smoothly.

Another thing that blew me away was the flowers. I ordered my personal flowers, bridesmaids’ bouquets, and the sweetheart table florals from Etsy and told Collette I wanted the table flowers to match. She went ABOVE AND BEYOND. Everything looked so cohesive—honestly like it had all been ordered from the same designer.

Collette and her team truly listened to every detail I wanted for the day. And I’ll be honest… my family is not always the easiest to manage (sorry about that LOL). To make things even more chaotic, in the post-wedding celebration confusion my bouquet actually got lost. But even after the wedding, Collette stayed in communication, helped track it down, and shipped it all the way to California for me. That meant so much.

Her team is calm, organized, professional—and honestly fun to be around too. They handled everything so I could actually enjoy my wedding day instead of worrying about details.

The service was absolutely worth the cost. If I ever had to plan another event in Florida, I would hire Vows and Views again in a heartbeat (although hopefully I won’t need another wedding planner 😉).

For my husband and I, getting married in Florida was a destination wedding. Having no roots there, we were planning from NYC completely blind. Everyone we talked to about the albeit joyful but very stressful process of wedding planning with stressed the importance of hiring a wedding coordinator. Collette and her team were recommended by our venue, Estate on the Halifax, as they had a longstanding working relationship that was very positive.

Collette and her team were absolute Godsends! She was responsive, scheduled monthly check ins with my husband and I, and was always available to answer our questions. She was patient with us, even when our questions were probably silly. And the decor?! Omg! My husband and I are huge Disney fans so we wanted our wedding decor to have a whimsical element of Disney. Let me tell you, the decor did JUST that! Even my “non Disney loving” friends were impressed and wanted to take the centerpieces home!

Because our wedding was destination, we were unable to take the lovely decor and center pieces home with us on our flights. Collette generously offered to ship them to our home in NYC! She is sweet, professional, kind, and great to work with - as was Alyssa, one of her assistants. Collette made our day fabulous. I can’t recommend her enough!

Colleen with Vows and Views was our literal SAVIOR. My whole wedding was relocated due to the hurricane wiping out our original venue. We found Colleen and she helped plan a whole new wedding in 3 weeks. It turned out better than we imagined. From the decor to how she helped coordinate the whole day, I couldn’t recommend anyone better! She was so sweet and responsive the whole time leading up to the day.
