The Vows & Views team did a wonderful job coordinating and decorating for my entire wedding. They really went above and beyond to ensure our day was everything we ever wanted. Collette made sure to go over all of the details so that vendors and wedding party knew what to do and when. She was right there when the time came to walk down the isle to help ensure everything flowed so perfectly. She also offers a stellar decor package that won’t disappoint! I did not have to worry about a thing from rehearsal to the bustles on my dress, the center pieces, sweetheart table, a beautiful balloon arch, drapery, lighting and so much more. Colette also did all of my bouquets and florals which were absolutely stunning. We are beyond thankful for all of Colette’s hard work.
We recommend Vows & Views for any event decor or coordination you may need.

AMAZING! Collette is the best!
I cannot recommend Vows and Views enough! We booked the Diamond Coordination package and it was absolutely perfect for my situation. I currently live in California but grew up in Florida, so planning a wedding from across the country felt overwhelming at times. Having someone local in Florida made such a huge difference and gave me so much peace of mind while I handled other details from California.
We had about 65 guests at our wedding at The Estate on the Halifax. You might think 65 guests would be manageable, but honestly I could not have pulled this wedding off without Collette and her team.
With the Diamond package we had unlimited communication, which was a huge stress reliever, especially with the time difference. Collette was incredibly prompt with responses, asked all the right questions, and was very specific and organized throughout the process. I genuinely felt like she cared about the experience I would have on my wedding day, not just the logistics.
She helped with our timeline, vendor suggestions, and overall coordination. One moment that really stood out was during cocktail hour when it looked like rain might hit. Collette quickly made the call to move everyone to the reception space to avoid the rain. Trying to communicate that change myself would have been incredibly stressful, and I was so grateful she handled it so smoothly.
Another thing that blew me away was the flowers. I ordered my personal flowers, bridesmaids’ bouquets, and the sweetheart table florals from Etsy and told Collette I wanted the table flowers to match. She went ABOVE AND BEYOND. Everything looked so cohesive—honestly like it had all been ordered from the same designer.
Collette and her team truly listened to every detail I wanted for the day. And I’ll be honest… my family is not always the easiest to manage (sorry about that LOL). To make things even more chaotic, in the post-wedding celebration confusion my bouquet actually got lost. But even after the wedding, Collette stayed in communication, helped track it down, and shipped it all the way to California for me. That meant so much.
Her team is calm, organized, professional—and honestly fun to be around too. They handled everything so I could actually enjoy my wedding day instead of worrying about details.
The service was absolutely worth the cost. If I ever had to plan another event in Florida, I would hire Vows and Views again in a heartbeat (although hopefully I won’t need another wedding planner 😉).

Collette and her team are godsends!
For my husband and I, getting married in Florida was a destination wedding. Having no roots there, we were planning from NYC completely blind. Everyone we talked to about the albeit joyful but very stressful process of wedding planning with stressed the importance of hiring a wedding coordinator. Collette and her team were recommended by our venue, Estate on the Halifax, as they had a longstanding working relationship that was very positive.
Collette and her team were absolute Godsends! She was responsive, scheduled monthly check ins with my husband and I, and was always available to answer our questions. She was patient with us, even when our questions were probably silly. And the decor?! Omg! My husband and I are huge Disney fans so we wanted our wedding decor to have a whimsical element of Disney. Let me tell you, the decor did JUST that! Even my “non Disney loving” friends were impressed and wanted to take the centerpieces home!
Because our wedding was destination, we were unable to take the lovely decor and center pieces home with us on our flights. Collette generously offered to ship them to our home in NYC! She is sweet, professional, kind, and great to work with - as was Alyssa, one of her assistants. Collette made our day fabulous. I can’t recommend her enough!

Amazing Wedding Coordinator!
Collette and her team are incredible! We hired Vows and Views for the month of coordination services and decor services for our wedding at the Estate on the Halifax. This was the best wedding decision because she brought so much value to our wedding and made the planning process seamless. I greatly appreciated how much help and support Collette offered before the wedding through meetings and email. I also appreciated how caring and organized she was, on our wedding day she would check in with me to make sure I was doing okay! And would help remind of the the timeline and adjust if needed. Collette and her team are so incredibly hardworking and organized. Her team also prepared our floral arrangements, candle decor, and drapes for the wedding and everything was stunning! Amazing Service and experience
Collette is an absolute GEM! She and her team did an amazing job with the decor, coordination and overall keeping me sane throughout my entire wedding process. On top of just the 'normal' wedding planning, our venue canceled on us 3 weeks before our wedding due to Hurricane Ian damage. She assisted us with calling new venues, checking on dates and prices for us. Once we found a new venue she jumped right in with ideas and ways to make it extra special for my husband and I. Collette has a great vision and ability to take your random ideas and help make them a reality. I loved that I didn't have to stress about decor or setting up stuff before the ceremony. Colleen with Vows and Views was our literal SAVIOR. My whole wedding was relocated due to the hurricane wiping out our original venue. We found Colleen and she helped plan a whole new wedding in 3 weeks. It turned out better than we imagined. From the decor to how she helped coordinate the whole day, I couldn’t recommend anyone better! She was so sweet and responsive the whole time leading up to the day. Collette and her team coordinated, organized, provided all florals, decorated and designed our most special day! It was perfect in every way. We had a medical emergency which delayed our wedding by a month and she even went above and beyond to contact each vendor, reschedule, and coordinate the details and reschedule with the venue! We were on the fence whether we needed a same day coordinator for our small wedding, ~50 people, we kept going back and forth, then about two months prior we decided to go with Vows and Views, and boy we were glad we did! I can't even imagine trying to manage or delegate some of the tasks she kept on top of (And I work in Project management!), her team was a lifesaver during our big day. They assisted with all aspects of coordination and making sure everything was perfect - one example where Collette and her team went above and beyond when my fiancé's was having dress 'issues', and Collette sewed/stitched the fabric back together which saved the night. I hired Collette in 2019 when I first started planning my wedding. I had some bumps in getting to our actual wedding day ( COVID Bride) but Collette was SO HELPFUL and understanding through it all.
We did a Harry Potter-themed wedding and she went above and beyond to make our vision come to life. From purchasing certain things for our decor to researching Harry Potter, she really put in all of the effort to make sure that it was everything we wanted and more.
She took care of our decor for the entire day! A beautiful arch adorned with florals for the ceremony, all the table decor, she set up/maintained our candy buffet, and did the ceiling decor above the dance floor.
She also did our day-of coordination which she blew out of the park. The day was a breeze for us as every hiccup we encountered she handled quickly.
I CAN NOT recommend them enough. She is affordably priced and delivers the same quality of decorations as the higher-priced competitors. If I could do it all over again I would pick her again in a heartbeat.

I sent her so many emails with questions I had, and she always got right back to me. We loved a photo we found online with lots of drapery and bamboo, and she matched it perfectly. Words cannot even explain how awesome Collette, and Vows and Views did for us on our special day. Since day one she was there to take any worry off of our shoulders. She executed EXACTLY how she promised. Everything was organized, perfect, and looked amazing!!! After the wedding, my wife came to me and told me she has heard all the horror stories about how people were so stressed on their wedding day and how she wasn’t stressed at all. That is all thanks to Collette and her team.The timeline was absolutely perfect. She had perfect communication with all the vendors. Everyone was just on the same page. Thanks to her. Not that I ever plan on getting married again, but I would never choose anybody else over her, ever! I Would recommend her 1000 times over to anybody having a wedding!

Saved my wedding day, and let me relax and enjoy it!
Collette and her staff were amazing to work with. She did coordination for my wedding, along with decorations, florals, draping, and anything else I needed. My venue made major changes to the location of my reception 3 weeks before the wedding, and without Collette I don’t know how I would have handled it. She was able to revise and reorganize everything and make everything absolutely beautiful. I was always about to contact her whenever I had questions, or just needed reassurance. I would absolutely recommend Vows and Views to everyone. I was one of those people who didn’t really know if I needed a wedding coordinator, and I was totally blown away. It’s not just what she did, but how it was done in a way that came together flawlessly, and kept me as stress free as possible.

every bride needs one
I wanted as little stress on my wedding day as possible. Having Collette as my month of planner was a godsend. She took care of coordinating all the vendors and making sure everyone was where they needed to be. The day of the wedding she set up everything and myself and my wedding party was able to relax before the big event. This also allowed my wedding party to have no responsibilities during the wedding which all allowed us to enjoy the big day. Our wedding was a huge success in everyway because of vows and views.

Collette is very responsive and helpful. Her and her team work hard to make your day special. I started planning my own wedding, booked a few vendors, and quickly started to feel panic. When I emailed Vows and Views and read about the packages they offered I went with the day of coordinating package. Collette offered tons of advice and met with me a few times to discuss different options. I planned an out of town wedding in Port Orange, I live in Key West, and she made me feel confident again. The month before the wedding she helped pull everything together with all of the vendors and how the day of would go. I couldn't have done my wedding without her! I rented the table decor and other decorations/lighting from her so we wouldn't have to pack it up and take it all back home. It was cheaper than buying it ourselves and it was a delightful surprise to see how she did everything. We got so many compliments on our wedding. People thought it was beautiful and fun. Collette's experience with weddings is evident in the presentation of everything. Her team is great and she rents you quality decor. Everything was better than I could have ever imagined!

Best Decision I Made
Hiring Collette from Vows and Views to be my coordinator was by far the best decision I made hands down. I opted for the full coordination plan and it was so worth it. Collette recommended vendors, helped make arrangements with all the vendors, and helped direct my decisions when my head started spinning every which way. She and her team did all of the set up, created the most beautiful centerpieces, and decorated the venue beyond my hopes and expectations. The day of she helped to streamline and keep everyone on track and organized. If there were any issues I honestly don't even know about them because everything was handled. She got everything cleaned up and packed up for me ready to go at the end of the night and made sure that we had cake and food to take back with us. Collette and team made our day so much more special by taking a huge amount of stress and worry off of our plates. I would recommend Collette a million times over to any bride looking for a coordinator (and those who think they can get by without one!) She is professional, organized, creative and a pure pleasure to work with besides being extremely reasonable priced for what she brings to the table. Okay ladies, Collette is amazing! She is on top of everything so you don’t have to worry about a thing. We collaborated very well together. I gave her a basic idea of what I wanted my wedding to look like and she ran with it and made it 1000x more awesome. Even when Nick stepped on my dress and tore a bustle off, she was right there pinning it together again. If i could do one thing differently, I would have just let collette do all my decorations, flowers, etc. Seriously ladies, she’s got it going on! Choosing Vows and views was the best decision ever. We were about to plan our own wedding and tackle it all by ourselves at first without realizing how complicated and intricate a wedding is, especially when both of us are busybut24/7. We found vows and views online in the middle of confusion and mess that we were created, called Collette the next day and soon after that she set up the meeting and arranged everything keeps us in track and keep everything in schedule and a plan going. We first met at a bridal show and after talking with Collette, she understood exactly what I was looking for. Her ideas and skills were amazing. She seems to truly care about what she does. We hired her back in January 2016. She has been there all along the way of the planning process. She helped us with vendor recommendations, meetings with vendors and keeping us right on track with everything. I knew I may have needed a planner but never thought I would find an angel of planning ! The day of the wedding everything went perfect. I had needed a few items during the getting ready process and Collette had them all in her emergency kit like bobby pins safety pins etc. I couldn't believe how fast the actual day goes by but we were so happy with the way everything turned out it was an amazing day that we will never forget. I had the best experience with vows and views, I was driving around one day with my now step daughter looking for a venue and had run into collett from vows and views.. I called her a few weeks later and loved everything she had done and hired her the day I met her...we have enjoyed working with her and recommend anyone to her.. She works with you, and is very patient.. She did an amazing and made my wedding look beautiful!! And I made a lift time friendship with an awesome person.. Thank you sooooo much!!!

Collette was able to lift and shift our entire wedding from the beach to the casements after hurricane Matthew ruined our wedding plans. One month later we had an even better event and she went out of her way to make our 1920s great gatsby wedding perfect!

Collette and her team did an amazing job with us! We sought them out with a month left before the wedding and so much left to get completed; we felt a bit overwhelmed. Collette took the reigns and did an amazing job with helping us complete decorations, by letting us use decorations she had for weddings, and by keeping in touch with all our vendors and planning a day of schedule. She did so well with planning out the rest of what we needed and helping out with the decor that the weeks leading up to the wedding were stress free and pleasant!
The day of the wedding was amazing! She absolutely understood my vision for the decor in the chapel and at the reception and completely went above and beyond what I expected! It really was the dream I had for my wedding day and more! She kept everyone on track and made sure we stuck to the schedule while making accommodations when needed. She made sure that everything made it to its proper place and was just the best fit! Thank you so much Collette and your team for everything you did for us! Our wedding would not have been as beautiful and organized without your help!

Stop your search for a perfect wedding planner right now, because you just found them (and you should probably book them immediately)! Its so hard to put into words everything that makes the Vows and Views team SO amazing. Collette is extremely easy to work with, has attention to detail, professional, timely and most important she is organized so you don’t stress about a thing. We hired her a year out and she made sure we stayed on schedule and reminded us of things that we wouldn’t have thought of. She is quick to return your emails/ messages or phone calls; regardless of how petty it may be. Six months away from our wedding date and our caterer backed out, Collette was to our rescue, thank goodness!! Ultimately, Vows & Views team is really just super fun and all around amazing. I wouldn’t have trusted anyone else with our big day, it was perfect and there is nothing we would have changed! We have been told, by our fabulous guests, that this was the most elegant, inviting and best wedding they have ever attended; which melts our hearts and couldn’t have been done without Collette’s help of her ideas, recommendations and organization skills! We highly recommend her to anyone planning a wedding or any event and can absolutely guarantee you it will be the ****BEST**** investment you make!!

Collette was absolutely amazing from the first moment we met her! My husband and I started planning almost 2 years before our wedding and Collette was there from the very beginning helping with all the details. She was always very quick to answer EVERY single text, email and phone call no matter how insignificant the question was. She has been a lifesaver in suggesting the perfect vendors and listening to our feedback to plan a perfect wedding for us. Even on our small budget with Collette's help we were able to get everything we wanted and more. Collette was more than willing to work with our crazy schedules to set up meetings and spent entire days checking out vendors to find the right fit for us. On the day of our wedding we had originally planned to do a beautiful beach ceremony but due to the unpredictable Florida weather we had to move our ceremony indoors at the last minute. Collette went above and beyond to try to incorporate as much of the original ceremony plans as possible and did an amazing job of turning around our reception site after the ceremony was over. Collette and her entire team were so great the day of the wedding and I can't imagine anyone else showing the same level of concern and attention to detail. I am so glad we chose Collette to plan our wedding and I look forward to working with her for many years to come!

Collette with Vows and Views was very helpful and flexible and went over and above what we expected as a wedding coordinator. She is quiet and behind the scenes, always making sure things are running smoothly. Sometimes there were things that were taken care of, and I didn't even know she had thought of it. So, if you forget something, don't worry, she will get it done. Collette is a genuinely thoughtful person, who even bounced a wedding crasher for us!

Collette did an amazing job in being our wedding planner! We were planning from Illinois to have a Daytona Beach wedding and she took care of all the details for us. She provided names for caterer, DJ, and event rentals. She asked for my ideas from Pinterest and did a wonderful job of bringing my ideas to reality. We even had to move the venue location less than 48 hours away and she made the change effortlessly! She always responded very quickly, and was a tremendous help in telling us our timeline as well as checking to see if we had done our "homework". She made our day even more special than we could have imagined, and was genuinely happy for us as a couple, not just a client! I would highly recommend Collette for your wedding planning needs! Collette was amazing!! I did not know how much a day-of coordinator could do for a wedding before her. She communicated schedules and other information to all of our other vendors and met with us and the coordinator at our venue to make sure everyone was on the same page. The day before the wedding we gave her all of our decor (what a relief that was!) and she set it all up the next day, including the beautiful centerpieces she provided after working with us to personalize them. Once the wedding started, she and her team was there every moment we needed them but was also working hard behind the scenes to communicate bar tab information, fix the flowers that fell off of our Publix cake, and more! To top it all off, she had the best value of any of our vendors. I would recommend Collette at Vows and Views for coordinating a wedding AND for providing wedding decor. We LOVED her!!

Collette and her team were really great to work with. We had a venue change 48 hours before the reception and she jumped right in to email and call all of the vendors. She was able to take care of the little things we didn't think about, and take care of the big things that had to be just right (the new reception hall looked fantastic as she adjusted every table cloth and center piece, replenished our ice cream bar toppings, etc). She even repaired a boutonnière that was accidently smashed. She provided a time line to all of the vendors and kept us right on track - you would be surprised at quickly the wedding day flies by. I would highly recommend Collette.

Awesome professional service, over the last year Collette has been a crucial part of our wedding planning as we live outside of the U.S. So Collette had to organize everything for us, leading up to the wedding she made sure all of our desires were met . On the day Collette and her team made our beach wedding simply magical (even the rain held off)! Afterwards she oversaw our reception at the River View in New Smyrna which was simply stunning thanks to Geona OMG Flowers and Collette and her team, her husband is the photographer and came up with some great fun shots for us.
Collette was there until the last minute overseeing every aspect with a professional and very amiable manner.
Highly recommended!
We now consider Collette and her husband friends and look forward to perhaps hosting them in the South of France one day.

The planner Collette consistently kept in contact to review details for the wedding to make sure that she had everything in order prior to my big day. Collette was available through out all hours of the day and was punctual with replying back to text messages, phone calls, and emails. I talked to several different vendors for my wedding, Views and vows were my choice because if i needed something she answered every time. Siting with her and explaining what i wanted she actually heard what i asked for and on my wedding everything was perfect.We got so many people that complimented everything. If i ever had to help a friend or talked to someone looking for a wedding vendors Views and Vows would definitely be the first place i would send anyone to.she worked with my budget when other vendors laughed at it. All in all Views and Vows is an A+ company to work with..

V&V was great! Collette and Christy catered to my vision and made it happen. They even went beyond what I saw and added details I had not thought about. My guests told me that the staff working the event were very nice. The wedding was a great success and the services were beyond affordable! Definitely the best prices I found and without a decrease in services.

This year I had the pleasure of working with Vows and Views to host my annual cooperate party. This year I entertained approximately nine hundred and eighty guest. I have received non-stop emails,texts, and calls of how my guest loved the things that were provided by Vows and Views. The décor was top of the line, the lighting production was perfect, and the sections for my special guest were wonderfully put together. The staff was prompt and on time. The members of the staff were professional in their attire, their work ethic, and most importantly their personalities. I without hesitation recommend Vows and Views to anyone for any type of event.
