Wedding Coordination
Whitney did an amazing job making our dreams come true for our wedding. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a wedding coordinator in the Orlando area and beyond. -

Whitney coordinated a 3-day wedding celebration for my husband ( I love saying that =) ) and I at the ultra lavish Don Cesar on St. Pete Beach. First, It's important to point out that our wedding celebration was anything but simple...we had almost every single bell and whistle you can possibly imagine. Instead of a traditional rehearsal dinner, we opted for a welcome party with both DJ and band, both indoors and outdoors...our wedding itself was an "event" with lavish velvet drapes, lavish exotic flowers and live band playing rock n roll during the ceremony...Whitney handled it ALL...I mean ALL...From my custom dress to the fabrics, to the flowers, to the music to the bands to my fur baby's custom gown ...Whitney handled everything...every last detail...Whitney provided all the vendors! ALL of the vendors. Most of our guests flew in from out of town also...there were so MANY moving parts...There was never a time where I felt that Whitney had lost her cool...She single-handedly facilitated every single component of our wedding. The results were nothing short of spectacular...Whitney was with me every single step of the way...even attended make-up and hair trials with me...Whitney is an outstanding professional...She is a tall, blonde barbie doll and encompasses "American luxury"...Your wedding planner speaks for your event before you do... It's paramount that your wedding planner look like a STAR herself. Truthfully, I can not say enough great things about Whitney. She is worth every single cent. Every Moment and Detail was Special & Filled with Meaning
I came to Whitney Carillon ~12 mo. before my wedding, asking Whitney to take over planning responsibilities after my original coordinator was not working out. Whitney stepped in immediately and was communicative, a creative thinker and highly effective every step of the way.
I had a very specific image for our wedding and even higher expectations that I wanted every detail to carry significance - from the ceremony structure constructed by my husband to the graphics on the dance floor and requests for special performances pre-arranged with the band. Whitney was our true partner throughout the process, making sure our event would go off without a hitch. Every moment of our wedding day truly exceeded our expectations.
Even with unruly weather that caused our outdoor ceremony to move inside at the last minute, Whitney executed every detail of the event with expert fashion. When the weather snafu caused us to revisit plans, Whitney was thoughtful and solutions-oriented when it came to revising our game plan. She and her team took care of every detail, so my family could enjoy time with our guests, stress free. I loved the indoor ceremony even more than the original plan for outdoors.
Our wedding truly the most beautiful, awe-inspiring occasion. The aesthetic was unique, yet elegant and timeless. The floor plan was expertly constructed with many people remarking there 'wasn't a bad seat in the room.' One of the employees of the venue told me the day after the event that he had worked at the hotel since it had opened, and our wedding was hands down one of the tops of all time. The entire event was truly incredible.
Our wedding was the best weekend of our lives, and Whitney Carillon's expert execution skills and beautiful vision are to thank! We recommend Whitney and her team with our highest praise! -

Whitney and her team brought our wedding dream to life. Since being married, people have asked “are you so happy it’s over?” And our answer is always “no!” Planning our wedding was the most fun experience of our lives, thanks to this team. We were never overwhelmed or stressed. We were able to make all of our own choices, all while being completely supported and guided by Whitney. She is so resourceful when it comes to venues and vendors. She made us feel heard and offered the best suggestions based on every little detail we shared. Whitney made us feel so excited about our big day, and we had a blast throughout our whole engagement. Come the day of the wedding, I could not have felt more happy and excited, thanks to how well I felt taken care of. There were no nerves or thoughts of “hoping everything goes smoothly.” Our wedding day was everything we dreamt of AND MORE, and we owe that to having Whitney as our day of coordinator. We respect her professionalism so much, but we loved getting to know her personally, as she is one of the most eloquent and poised people we have ever met. We could not have pulled off such a great day without her help. If you’re planning a wedding, this is your girls ... you will not be disappointed. -

Happily Ever After
Whitney and her whole team is the dream team. They are the full package. They go above and beyond to make your wedding day amazing. We had a full wedding weekend of activities and from the moment we arrived whitney and her team made sure everything was perfect. When I talk about my wedding to people I always start out with talking about my planner. The planning process was so fun with Whitney! Hands down the best wedding planner.. EVER! Because of Whitney I had the wedding of my dreams. -

Beyond Spectacular
Whitney and her team will go above and beyond to make your event spectacular. She is the most kind, attentive, and caring planner that I ever could have asked for. I'm so thankful that my path crossed with hers and that I was able to have her as my planner. My wedding was butterfly themed and she made sure that every detail was beyond perfect (including finding butterfly confetti!!!). I would 100% recommend her to any bride because she is truly a visionary and creates the most amazing events with the most over-the-top fabulous details. The entire planning process was such a pleasurable and fun experience. I never once doubted her opinions or suggestions because she's truly THE best. She took my ideas and made our wedding the most dreamy, inspiring day that we will always treasure. She has tremendous taste and class and I love her to pieces! User2659165 Sent on 06/23/2016I got married 2 months ago, and everything came together for one perfect day thanks to Whitney and her team. I hired Whitney for the “partial package,” meaning she assisted throughout the year of planning. Whitney and I had many, many conversations and meetings over the 12 months of my engagement, and I was especially impressed by the fact that she never “rushed” me through these or brushed off any questions or concerns I had, no matter how minor they may have been. Everything that was important to me was thoroughly discussed, and I always felt completely reassured that every detail was being tended to. Like most brides, I had never planned a wedding before and needed a lot of guidance in every facet, and Whitney connected me with wonderful vendors and walked me through everything I needed to know about every aspect of the wedding. I always felt like she was “one step ahead of the game.” Whitney knows the wedding industry inside and out and is the epitome of cool, calm, collected & capable. When I had trouble getting my invitations to come together in time, she took control and had them beautifully (and speedily) designed, and when we realized we needed shuttle transportation at the last minute, she handled all of the arrangements and got us a great price. Whitney was always very fast to respond and nothing ever fell through the cracks. The day of the wedding, she and her team were there bright and early with breakfast for myself and the bridesmaids, and they coordinated everything throughout the day up until close to midnight to make sure everything was taken care of post-reception. I can’t thank Whitney enough for making something stressful like wedding planning as stress-free and seamless as possible! -

she is always willing to listen , make the necessary changes and has lots of patience .
All the events came out perfect! We are very happy with her work. -
User2456308 Sent on 12/07/2015When I received the email from my wedding planner stating that he was no longer helping us I really panicked. We were 30 days away from the wedding date and no clue how to make sure how to put all the pieces of the puzzle together. It is a lot of work believe me. I called our contact at Four Seasons the next day and they told me to call Whitney. Next day we signed the contract with Whitney and we could see she really knew what she was doing. She knew all the vendors, she had a phenomenal relationship with the Four Seasons team, and most of all she was absolutely responsive. My wife and I have our own business so the lack of time to dedicate into the wedding was minimum and without Whitney it would have never happened. Within 1 week we were able to finally relax once we realized Whitney had full control. Anything we had questions on we had answers within hours.
The day of the wedding everything happened as planned. Whitney and Ali were just flawless.
I am a very stringent when it comes to service, one reason we picked the Four Seasons for our wedding; but the service provided by Très Chic Southern Weddings is at the same level.
Thanks for everything one more time. And if you are looking for a wedding planner at least meet Whitney first. You will understand what I am talking about.

She guided us through the process with ease (even taking a day to go dress shopping with us), made sure we were on time and met our deadlines, and was a great mediator for some of the stressful situations that arose. She was also instrumental in helping us stick to our budget (as best we could). We could not be more impressed with her preparation and the final product. As a side note, her ability to stay calm under all sorts of pressure really helped me out day-of (and lots of days before). Thanks for everything, Whitney! We love you -

Whitney works very hard during the planning process to help you create your vision. She has great vendors, wonderful suggestions and is always available either by phone or email. Having Whitney throughout the entire planning process but especially beginning with the rehearsal dinner to the reception gave all of us peace of mind knowing she was taking care of all the details. -

User1990028 Sent on 12/30/2014Whitney and Ali gave me the most stress-free wedding ever - I didn't think it was possible! Whitney was always just a text/call/email away, always had the answers I needed, was a wedding encyclopedia of knowledge, and was at almost every wedding related appointment I had for 10 months! They helped put together place cards and table numbers and made sure my wedding was decorated EXACTLY how I wanted it. As helpful as they were during the planning stages, nothing compares to their help the day of the wedding. All I had to do was show up - they dealt with every vendor, every issue, everything! My wedding cake didn't show up and Whitney already had a dummy cake and Publix sheet cake at the venue before I even had a chance to freak out. That would have been a catastrophe if I had to deal with that myself! I cannot say enough good things about Whitney and her team. My wedding was a complete success because of them!!
