Topaz Wedding Band

Truly perfection is how I would describe Topaz as our wedding band. I am not exaggerating when I say we had so many guests come up to us during and after the wedding and tell us how much they loved the band and how amazing they are. We were on the dance floor with Topaz all night, not only are the singers and musicians so talented, but the variety of songs they select really get the crowd excited. From organizing music for my ceremony, keeping guests entertained during cocktail hour, and performing during the reception, they were phenomenal. I also want to add that the band is so KIND and worked with us to add personal touches to our night, such as allowing our uncle to perform a song with them. Matt who organized our event from day 1 was so patient, organized, and friendly. The whole band listens to your vision, they care, they interact with the crowd, and they do such an incredible job. They made our night so special and fun, our day would not have been the same without them. We love Topaz!!!

We truly cannot put into words how much The Topaz Band meant to us on our wedding day. From the very first song, they filled the room with so much energy, love, and joy! Our guests have not stopped talking about them since the wedding, and honestly, neither have we! Everyone keeps saying how incredible they were and how much fun it was to dance to live music all night.

What made it even more special was how kind and genuine the band was throughout the whole process. Matt went out of his way to share honeymoon recommendations for Maui and checked in with us along the way. That level of care goes so far beyond just playing music—it showed us how much they truly love what they do and how much they cared about making our day perfect.

The communication before our wedding date was excellent, we spoke to Matt several times to plan the day, songs, contract, etc. through the whole process he was incredibly helpful and personable.

Coming to the day of the wedding the MC did a great job keeping the the first dances, speeches etc. on track. We had a pianist and guitarist play live music for the ceremony which was a great touch as well. When the dancing started the banc kept the guests dancing all night through reading the room and playing music that met the vibe of the crowd.

I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a wedding band; every step of the process was seamless and they delivered when it counted during the reception.

Matt was so easy to work with, flexible and friendly. They handled so much that day that I really felt in good hands. All the guests paid many compliments and said the band was a staple of the wedding. They played such fun songs. We had a blast. Worth every penny!

Affordable! Professional! Energetic! Best Choice!

Topaz was everything we could’ve asked for and then some! We booked them after only talking to Matt over the phone! He sent us some video and we were immediately sold by their energy and Matt’s willingness to make our wedding vision come true! He was with us every step of the way and made us feel very relaxed throughout the whole planning process. The band is incredible. They all had so much fun performing for us and kept the crowd engaged the whole night! They truly work for the people and made our wedding so special! We can’t thank them enough and would recommend them to any couple looking for the band band around!

WOW! We met Topaz by accident at a show they put on last summer. We were immediately struck by how talented all the musicians were in the band. They truly love to play music and you can see that when they are playing. As entertainers, they are so engaging!! We requested a saxophone player with our package and Nelson absolutely blew the roof off our wedding! He was running out into the crowd and the guitarist was playing the guitar behind his head. They were SO good and everyone loved their engagement.

We worked with Matt during the planning process and it was the easiest part of planning our day. He was informative, accommodating and reliable. He promised us that this would be a one of a kind type of night and he was right.
Kelly, their lead vocalist was also the point person for our introductions and she was right on point with making sure everything moved quickly and efficiently.

This group is by far one of the most talented and reliable groups you could ask for. We will be following them at their local shows from here on out and recommending them to all our friends!

We worked with Topaz for our wedding in Newport. They were the most amazing, high energy, party band. We are still hearing from our guests asking about the band and telling us they were the best band. They played every hit song, were amazing emcees to kick off the wedding and brought the energy all night long. We wanted one huge party and they gave us that. We used their package with the jazz trio, DJ and 7 piece band and it was perfect. I can't recommend them enough.
