GQ and the Lady

GQ & The Lady brought so much energy to our wedding, we couldn't have been happier! So many of our guests said this was one of/the best wedding bands they had ever heard and we completely agree. Linda was so easy to work with and they really wowed us on our big day.

We booked GQ and the Lady for our wedding this past June and are so glad we did! Linda was great, taking the time to go over the details with us before the wedding day and accommodating requests including a custom medley for the father-daughter dance. (Yes, we were needy… and they took it like champs!) They provided music for our ceremony, cocktail hour, and dancing after dinner and were fantastic throughout. They sounded great, we got lots of compliments from our guests, and best of all, we had a great time dancing!

GQ & The Lady is AMAZING! They totally made our special day as fun and memorable as it could be. Our guests are still talking about it! Very responsive in the planning process and could not have been more friendly and personable. An absolute must for your wedding entertainment!

GQ and the Lady was the best decision we could have made to set the fun mood at our wedding! Everyone was up and dancing including all grandparents! The band is quick to respond for any questions, worth every penny, professional when booking and the day of the event. They were able to meet all 3 of our special song requests and make the day extra personal. Most of all the band is phenomenal, no words can explain the talent and range of songs they are capable to play.

We absolutely loved having GQ and the Lady play a part in our wedding. We initially selected the band because we enjoyed watching their fun and energetic renditions of both new and old songs on their website. But just as importantly, Linda and her team were very easy to work with during the months leading up to the big day, and we found her to be responsive and generous with her time when it came to planning wedding day logistics and picking out songs. And once the band started to play - everyone went crazy! Many of our guests (some of whom pride themselves on being armchair music critics and snobs) told us that the band was one of the best, if not THE best, wedding band they had seen. We also found their price to be a total bargain - we ended up going with the 2 hour live band and 2 hour DJ package, and the team did a great job emceeing the dinner hour, first dances and toasts before the live music kicked off. We can’t say enough good things about GQ and the Lady and we heartily recommend them for any type of big party or family event!

This band is absolutely incredible! From the moment I contacted them, Linda was responsive and flexible. We did not hear them play live until our wedding, and they did not disappoint! The owner of our wedding venue said they were the best band they have ever hosted! I would encourage anyone looking for a band for any occasion to highly consider GQ and the Lady!

GQ and the Lady were the highlight of our wedding! Their high-quality performance kept the dance floor packed all night; even my 90 yr old grandmother was on the dancing! Their ability to perfectly cover a wide variety of music genres - from French jazz to Michael Jackson - was incredibly impressive and awe-inspiring. Many guests commented that they thought they were on break and the iPod was playing, only to turn around and realize it was the band! Their energy and stage presence was fantastic. GQ and the Lady was wonderful to work with and very professional, accommodating our many requests. We cannot recommend them more highly and we cannot wait for the next occasion we get to hear them perform!

GQ and the Lady was amazing at our wedding. We got so many compliments on the band - and everyone was up and dancing the entire night! They are an amazing band and soooo much fun! Even when I thought everyone was exhausted, they managed to get everyone back out on the dance floor over and over again. They have a great range of music - it was fun to see all of friends and family who usually don't dance out on the dance floor!

GQ and the Lady are absolutely amazing. We could not have asked for a better band for our reception on October 12, 2014. They also provided live music for our ceremony (guitar) and cocktail hour (piano), which we received so many compliments from guests. They had the dance floor full the entire evening and I don't believe the night would have been the same without them. There playlist was great- covered current hits to any guest requests.
Linda was extremely professional, easy to talk to, and always reachable. If you are having a New England wedding I can't recommend a better band than GQ & the Lady.
