Maria and her team (Remi, Chelsea, and Janaye) did a wonderful job on our wedding this past weekend. The entire team was very well organized and extremely professional in the way they interacted with all of our guests and vendors.

Maria put in a lot of thoughtful details in everything that she touched, from the way she set up the venue to the timeline she laid out for us. She made sure that we were well taken care by ensuring that my husband and I were hydrated and eating throughout the day. I especially appreciated how she was able avert our cake troubles when it was delivered to the wrong venue many many miles away.

Maria and her team were like a breath of fresh calming air that helped to ease my undercover wedding jitters throughout the day...for that, I will always be thankful to her and her team.

I know they say that the Bride sets the tone for the wedding...but I believe it's the Wedding Coordinator that puts the Bride at ease to set such a relaxed and very chill tone to the specialday.

Carl and I can not thank you enough Maria...loved the way you took such great care of us!!

We don't have anything but positive things to say about Top Event Planner! We had Maria as our day-of coordinator, but her communication from the beginning was top notch. She was available for texts, phone calls, and emails whenever we had questions, and she would always respond promptly. In addition, whenever we needed vendor recommendations, she was able to help us with stellar recommendations, from our florist to the DJ, and even the string lights and table linens. We can't thank Maria enough for helping our big day go so smoothly. Most of all, we appreciate that her team was professional, kept to the time schedule, and stayed calm no matter what issues came up. It was easily one of the best decisions we could have made to help us through the wedding planing process. We will be sad that the wedding is over, but we are so happy that we gain a friendship in return! Thanks again Top Event Planner! We couldn't have done it without you!

So thankful for Maria, she worked with me and my husband on a time constraint. We planned our wedding in 3 months, due to my father who was terminally ill. Our wedding was absolutely beautiful and everything we envisioned our special day to be!

If you are looking for a planner for your wedding, please hire Top Event Planner, you will not regret it!

We were recommended by a friend of ours to Top Event Planner. Maria and team had coordinated our friends wedding and we had heard so many good things about them. As soon as we met with Maria, we knew that we didn't want anyone else. She made us feel so at ease. I remember after walking out of our meeting with her, I told my fiance that we had to hire her!

She handled our day of (which is month of) logistics. She helped put together our entire wedding timeline for all of our vendors and was our main point of contact. Maria and team (Remi, Tracy, & Chelsea) took care of every single detail on our wedding day. They coordinated our wedding beautifully; the entire 14 hours went by so smooth that we didn't have to worry at all! We were ON TIME for everything and got to enjoy every moment. As a bride, you want to be stress free and not have to worry about about anything on your wedding day. Remi had stayed with me majority of the day to ensure I had water, my hair was ok for pictures and videos, and also helping me into my different outfits during the reception (THANK YOU REMI!!). Our wedding consisted of 350 guests which can be crazy to handle but Maria and team ensured everything was taken care of flawlessly!

There are not enough words to express our gratitude to Top Event Planner. You are really the best at what you do and we are SO THANKFUL for each of you. All the little things go a long way and we are so appreciative. We love you guys!!

Maria, Maria, Maria. Where do I begin to tell the story of how she gracefully planned our entire wedding, I will begin with our very first phone call. She personally answered and already knew what I was looking for and knew the best vendor recommendations for our wedding. Plus, to top it off she lived right across from the venue we chose! She could not have made it anymore easy and clear for me. After getting off the phone with her, our conversation made such an impression, we hired her immediately and feel so blessed that we did. Not only was she an expert event planner, she also had skills in venue design! She made sure our wedding would be extremely beautiful and it ended up being perfect. Even though no wedding could be perfect, ours was - and we have TopEventPlanner to be forever grateful to.

We worked with Maria, Remi and their phenomenal squad for our wedding at St Margaret Mary in Lomita and our reception in the Lagunita Pavilion at Hotel Maya in Long Beach. From the beginning, these ladies helped to transform our wedding day to the most memorable event ever. What I thought would be the most overwhelming process flowed so smoothly because of the hard work and dedication they delivered from the moment we contacted them. We, like many couples out there, had no clue where to start and had a lot of trouble deciding what we wanted. Maria and Remi possess such incredible style, creativity and attention to detail that we were able to trust them completely with every element of our wedding. We know without a doubt that they are the reason we can look back and remember how amazing and unforgettable our wedding day was.

I highly recommend hiring a wedding coordinator for the day of. You don't want to deal with the craziness. You also don't want a friend or relative helping out as the coordinator because they will not be able to fully enjoy the wedding as a guest. I learned that firsthand when I was the coordinator for my friend's wedding. I am a planner myself so was very careful about who I hired. I wanted someone who was top notch and affordable and Maria Tran and her team are fantastic. It doesn't get any better than them. Maria goes above and beyond the call of duty and has very good energy. She also has a very calming demeanor which is necessary when dealing with guests, vendors and the tasks at hand. She is the best in the business!

For all brides planning your wedding, the one thing I would highly recommend is hire a month of/day of coordinator. Trust me when I say this, it will be the BEST decision/gift you could give to yourself on the wedding day. My husband and I are very hands-on and organized, we wanted to plan our wedding ourselves as we wanted to incorporate every element of our personalities, our relationship, and have that reflected in our wedding. We sourced all of our own decorations (frames, glass bottles, luggage, sweetheart table, sweetheart bench, etc). However, we knew we needed help on the day of. Maria helped us execute it.

From our first meeting with her, she exuded so much grace, knowledge about the wedding industry, and had this wonderful calming aura about her. We met and talked for 2 hours, and she showed us what types of services she can provide for month of/day of coordination - she gave us a peak at the timeline she creates for the wedding day, and how she stays in touch with our vendors the month before.

Throughout the process, she was very responsive to any questions I had leading up to the big day. The month of our wedding, she was in constant communication with us. She is quick to reply, and extremely helpful! Maria is simply amazing, and I wish I could write down all the things she's helped us with! On our wedding day, she and her team were prompt, always there to field any questions from family members, friends, and vendors. They set up the reception venue so perfectly, and was able to utilize all of the decorations I had set out. Remy was so sweet and caring - she was always one step ahead and even packed us water and sandwiches because everyone knows the bride and the groom never eat on their wedding day. Chelsea was amazing as well, she helped set up the details at our reception venue, and helped us throughout the night.
