    Maria and her team (Remi, Chelsea, and Janaye) did a wonderful job on our wedding this past weekend. The entire team was very well organized and extremely professional in the way they interacted with all of our guests and vendors.

    Maria put in a lot of thoughtful details in everything that she touched, from the way she set up the venue to the timeline she laid out for us. She made sure that we were well taken care by ensuring that my husband and I were hydrated and eating throughout the day. I especially appreciated how she was able avert our cake troubles when it was delivered to the wrong venue many many miles away.

    Maria and her team were like a breath of fresh calming air that helped to ease my undercover wedding jitters throughout the day...for that, I will always be thankful to her and her team.

    I know they say that the Bride sets the tone for the wedding...but I believe it's the Wedding Coordinator that puts the Bride at ease to set such a relaxed and very chill tone to the specialday.

    Carl and I can not thank you enough Maria...loved the way you took such great care of us!!

    We don't have anything but positive things to say about Top Event Planner! We had Maria as our day-of coordinator, but her communication from the beginning was top notch. She was available for texts, phone calls, and emails whenever we had questions, and she would always respond promptly. In addition, whenever we needed vendor recommendations, she was able to help us with stellar recommendations, from our florist to the DJ, and even the string lights and table linens. We can't thank Maria enough for helping our big day go so smoothly. Most of all, we appreciate that her team was professional, kept to the time schedule, and stayed calm no matter what issues came up. It was easily one of the best decisions we could have made to help us through the wedding planing process. We will be sad that the wedding is over, but we are so happy that we gain a friendship in return! Thanks again Top Event Planner! We couldn't have done it without you!

    So thankful for Maria, she worked with me and my husband on a time constraint. We planned our wedding in 3 months, due to my father who was terminally ill. Our wedding was absolutely beautiful and everything we envisioned our special day to be!

    Maria, Maria, Maria. Where do I begin to tell the story of how she gracefully planned our entire wedding, I will begin with our very first phone call. She personally answered and already knew what I was looking for and knew the best vendor recommendations for our wedding. Plus, to top it off she lived right across from the venue we chose! She could not have made it anymore easy and clear for me. After getting off the phone with her, our conversation made such an impression, we hired her immediately and feel so blessed that we did. Not only was she an expert event planner, she also had skills in venue design! She made sure our wedding would be extremely beautiful and it ended up being perfect. Even though no wedding could be perfect, ours was - and we have TopEventPlanner to be forever grateful to.

    WE LOVE MARIA!!!

    If you are looking for a planner for your wedding, please hire Top Event Planner, you will not regret it!

    We were recommended by a friend of ours to Top Event Planner. Maria and team had coordinated our friends wedding and we had heard so many good things about them. As soon as we met with Maria, we knew that we didn't want anyone else. She made us feel so at ease. I remember after walking out of our meeting with her, I told my fiance that we had to hire her!

    She handled our day of (which is month of) logistics. She helped put together our entire wedding timeline for all of our vendors and was our main point of contact. Maria and team (Remi, Tracy, & Chelsea) took care of every single detail on our wedding day. They coordinated our wedding beautifully; the entire 14 hours went by so smooth that we didn't have to worry at all! We were ON TIME for everything and got to enjoy every moment. As a bride, you want to be stress free and not have to worry about about anything on your wedding day. Remi had stayed with me majority of the day to ensure I had water, my hair was ok for pictures and videos, and also helping me into my different outfits during the reception (THANK YOU REMI!!). Our wedding consisted of 350 guests which can be crazy to handle but Maria and team ensured everything was taken care of flawlessly!

    There are not enough words to express our gratitude to Top Event Planner. You are really the best at what you do and we are SO THANKFUL for each of you. All the little things go a long way and we are so appreciative. We love you guys!!

    We worked with Maria, Remi and their phenomenal squad for our wedding at St Margaret Mary in Lomita and our reception in the Lagunita Pavilion at Hotel Maya in Long Beach. From the beginning, these ladies helped to transform our wedding day to the most memorable event ever. What I thought would be the most overwhelming process flowed so smoothly because of the hard work and dedication they delivered from the moment we contacted them. We, like many couples out there, had no clue where to start and had a lot of trouble deciding what we wanted. Maria and Remi possess such incredible style, creativity and attention to detail that we were able to trust them completely with every element of our wedding. We know without a doubt that they are the reason we can look back and remember how amazing and unforgettable our wedding day was.

    Maria, Thu and Remi from top event planner, I couldnt thank you enough for making our special day such a breeze. Thank you for all the extra effort and the added touches that you've done to make everything come together and make it look so seamless.     I highly recommend hiring a wedding coordinator for the day of. You don't want to deal with the craziness. You also don't want a friend or relative helping out as the coordinator because they will not be able to fully enjoy the wedding as a guest. I learned that firsthand when I was the coordinator for my friend's wedding. I am a planner myself so was very careful about who I hired. I wanted someone who was top notch and affordable and Maria Tran and her team are fantastic. It doesn't get any better than them. Maria goes above and beyond the call of duty and has very good energy. She also has a very calming demeanor which is necessary when dealing with guests, vendors and the tasks at hand. She is the best in the business!

    For all brides planning your wedding, the one thing I would highly recommend is hire a month of/day of coordinator. Trust me when I say this, it will be the BEST decision/gift you could give to yourself on the wedding day. My husband and I are very hands-on and organized, we wanted to plan our wedding ourselves as we wanted to incorporate every element of our personalities, our relationship, and have that reflected in our wedding. We sourced all of our own decorations (frames, glass bottles, luggage, sweetheart table, sweetheart bench, etc). However, we knew we needed help on the day of. Maria helped us execute it.

    From our first meeting with her, she exuded so much grace, knowledge about the wedding industry, and had this wonderful calming aura about her. We met and talked for 2 hours, and she showed us what types of services she can provide for month of/day of coordination - she gave us a peak at the timeline she creates for the wedding day, and how she stays in touch with our vendors the month before.

    Throughout the process, she was very responsive to any questions I had leading up to the big day. The month of our wedding, she was in constant communication with us. She is quick to reply, and extremely helpful! Maria is simply amazing, and I wish I could write down all the things she's helped us with! On our wedding day, she and her team were prompt, always there to field any questions from family members, friends, and vendors. They set up the reception venue so perfectly, and was able to utilize all of the decorations I had set out. Remy was so sweet and caring - she was always one step ahead and even packed us water and sandwiches because everyone knows the bride and the groom never eat on their wedding day. Chelsea was amazing as well, she helped set up the details at our reception venue, and helped us throughout the night.

    Maria and her team are absolute sweethearts who truly become your friends rather than vendors throughout the wedding process.

    Top Event Planner really helped minimized our wedding stress down to a tiny dot! The entire wedding day went so smoothly and we were ahead of schedule that both our families and all our guests were impressed by it. The communication between Maria and her team was incredible and everyone was always on the same page with no misunderstandings of where items should go and when to get placed. Before the wedding, Maria was really helpful in creating our timeline of the day and the level of detail that she goes into really paid off! Our other vendors were consistently updated with any changes that were made prior to the wedding day and her team was always available 24/7 to answer any questions or even share in the excitement/stress that I was having as the wedding day neared. I had a few requests that I thought were almost impossible to achieve throughout the wedding day but Maria definitely pulled them off with no signs of difficulty or stress.

    A lot of people may think that a day-of coordinator is not necessary but for us, it REALLY helped out in making our day stress-free. Our families also thanked us because they were also able to enjoy the day with us rather than running around to make sure that everything was ready. We were able to hand over the small misc. items for our reception to Maria and her team prior so that would be something we wouldn't have to worry about the day of. My husband and I returned to our hotel room after the reception and all of the items we had handed over were boxed up yet arranged in a special way to allow my husband and I to relive our wedding day chronologically.

    My husband and I cannot thank-you Maria enough for her dedication to helping our wedding day be the best, it really showed and we absolutely love her! Thank-you from the bottom of our hearts, Top Event Planner!

    We first heard about Maria from a friend. When we met with Maria, she was very friendly and took the time to hear our thoughts on what we had envisioned for our big day. She was there for us every step of the way and has attended all our vendor meetings. It was great to bounce ideas off her, as well ask for her opinion on things we were not too certain about. Her vast resources also helped us secure our wedding flowers, so it was one less thing to shop around for, while we could focus on other details of our wedding.

    Weeks before our wedding day, Maria provided a list of items to prepare. She then drove to our place to pick up the items and even went through a final checklist to make sure we did not miss anything. She was very organized, which allowed us to focus more on our big day.

    When our wedding day came, Maria and her team stuck to a timeline to make sure everything went smoothly. It was a very long day as as our day began at 6:30 AM and ended at 10:30 PM. When it came time for our reception, we were without a projector for our slide show, which we were certain we had ordered from the DJ, but will not get into details. While we tried to process the fact that there was no projector available, Maria informed us that she would somehow obtain one for us. She bought one from Best Buy, just in time to set everything up and play our slide show. Luckily, none of our guests noticed the mishap.

    Maria was very quick on her feet and took the initiative to resolve the issue. She handled the situation in such a professional manner and went above and beyond our expectations. We were very grateful to have her and her team for our big day. Overall, it was a huge success! We can't thank Maria and her team enough for doing such an awesome job. They have been a pleasure to work with and we highly recommend them!

    Maria is an absolute gem and the best wedding planner ever! She's super organized, friendly, caring, and so professional. I could not have pulled off the day without her!

    From the moment we met with Maria to discuss things, she has been a complete pleasure to deal with. She made the entire process much easier. Except for my useless and rude wedding photographer Trini Mai, my wedding day flowed smoothly and I really didn't have to worry about timelines or schedules. I didn't have to wear a watch, carry a phone of even try to memorize the schedule of events on the day of.

    Maria contacted all of our vendors weeks before the event to organize and coordinate with everyone. Every vendor commented on how wonderful and easy it was to work with Maria. I would recommend her to all of my family and friends. She is well worth her weight in gold!

    Bad company that does not help their customers

    Cancelled our account with full account information BUT THEY DID NOT CLOSE OUR ACCOUNT BUT CHARGED US AND NOW ALL ACCOUNT INFORMATION HAS BEEN LOST AND THEY CANNOT HELP BAD SO BAD!
