I only gave a 4 for Quality of Service because I wasn't super impressed with the makeup application. I wasn't really sure what I wanted to do with my hair so I spent some time with Akiko a week before the wedding day. She was so patient and gave me some great ideas. I decided to go for soft curls, half pinned up and it worked great! Toni & Guy was the most reasonable priced salon in the Newport Beach area and large enough to handle an entire wedding party at one time. Their pricing was at least 25% less than other salons in the area without compromising on professionalism.
