About
Hi, I'm Eliza!
Thank You for visiting Til' The End Weddings & Events!
I am a hostess at heart with a passion for people and an organized approach to Wedding and Event planning/ coordinating. My goal is for the planning process to be stress- free and enjoyable for you. Let my experience and expertise make your event come to life.
Being a coordinator is being one who does not try to control all of the parts and pieces of an event and the planning process. But rather is someone who take the times to listen to what their client(s) are looking for and to bring on the experts in each of their field to properly execute and deliver what the client wants. This is why I love what I do.

Concerns if considering this Wedding Planner
As in all weddings there is lot going on during the wedding day, and Eliza our wedding planner should have handled it all. I will say Eliza did a good job with the décor, even though most of the setting was already there, she stated she added 8 small lanterns, tablecloths, swing, cheese cloths and the love letters floating in the pool (which she forgot to anchor) at no charge, which completed the setting in the back yard for the evening, Butlers Signature did everything else.
Mid through the reception things went south, I was notified by the owner of the home that there was no shrimp, meaning 20 pounds of colossal shrimp was never picked up. I talked with Eliza away from guests and asked what happened, she stated I was supposed to pick up shrimp, then stated the Groom should have. (I gave her 2 envelopes with receipts and the POC for food pickup, followed with a text later to ensure she understood) but she continued to blame others for her oversite, end results I was reimburse for the total of the shrimp she forgot that following Monday.
Points of concerns:
• I think she works alone – stated she has staff but only staff I saw was 2 hostess and 2 bartender which I paid $25.00 per hour. I encourage you to meet her staff beforehand.
• Never on time (sends pictures of where she is at multiple times when late – don’t know why)
• Poor communicator and listener
• Not accountable for any oversites or mishaps, blame game.
• Defensive when she is wrong.
• Failed on delivery and handling emergencies.
• Asks for wedding party to help with the transfer of flowers.
Unfortunately, I do not recommend Eliza for your planner or your point person if you are wanting to relax and enjoy the day unless your event is smaller (we had over 150).
I encourage you first make a copy of your contract with her and make a list of items if borrowing from Eliza otherwise you might not get your deposit back stating things got stolen/damaged. I encourage you to communicate via Text for the important reminders – that’s what saved me about who was responsible for picking up shrimp.
Also, it’s Cheaper to use Butlers Signature Rental for all, they gave us an inventory, and everything was complete with pickup. Good luck and I hope this will help you with finding the right fit for your event.
Sickening be aware
Do not use unless you want to be stressed on your wedding and your day not be fulfilled
There was a significant lack of organization and leadership throughout the entire process. During the rehearsal and on the wedding day, she did not take charge or guide events as a coordinator should. There were multiple instances where she didn’t even know where my husband and I were, despite having the full timeline. Members of our wedding party had to step in repeatedly to help manage situations and keep things running.
Several services that we paid for were not delivered. She did not have the assistants she said would be present, which left everything disorganized. Vendors were not properly checked or coordinated, and important setup details were either incorrect or completely missed. Items we provided were not set out as instructed, and boxes of décor were left scattered throughout the venue the entire night.
Key responsibilities were also neglected. Flowers were not distributed to the bridal party or family as they should have been. There was no direction or assistance during important moments like the ceremony entrance or reception entrance, which created confusion and unnecessary stress.
After the wedding, when we voiced our concerns, the situation only became more disappointing. Instead of taking accountability, she responded in an unprofessional and disrespectful manner, placing blame on other vendors. Her communication has been rude and inappropriate, including personal remarks that were completely uncalled for.
Overall, this experience was extremely frustrating and disheartening. A wedding coordinator is meant to ease stress and ensure everything runs smoothly, but in our case, the opposite happened.
Disappointed bride
We received various complaints from our guests. My husband had to put our own grooms cake and cookies out. Guests complained of mold and stains on table cloths. She blew up our phone right after we left our reception complaining of things that were out of our hands. I do believe she is trying to the best she can, but needs the help to fulfill what she says is going to get done on your special day.
Hear from a wedding quest
I have now seen how unprofessional she is. I witnessed her making faces throughout the reception. She was never smiling and seemed overwhelmed the entire time. The bride and groom had a simple and tasteful wedding. Nothing that required too much. We sat in the back and our round table cloth had mold stains. I had two other wedding quest point them out. Several people commented on her being rude. There are other issues but I did not witness them first hand so I won’t mention them. I do know that you must proceed with caution when hiring. Read your contract and document any and all items said by her. You will be asked for more money after the event for items that she claims were ruined. She will will not be punctual or prepared. She will text you and others unprofessionally. She will ask people in your party to help with completing her job. Then demand more payment when she doesn’t provide the service she advertised. She needs more staff or help organizing.
