The bride has gluten sensitivity and not many bakers could accommodate her allergies in a tasteful way! The cake was beautifully designed just the way we asked it to be. The cake was delicious, the baker was professional and on time. He even made complementary cupcakes for the Wedding Officiant! Everyone raved the gluten-free confectionery creation and it was worth every penny!!! We would highly recommend him for any celebration that needs bake good items!
