Party planning is in our blood. Our mother of five knows how to throw a party and has ensured that each of her daughters carried on that talent. In the Morgan home, from the moment the doorbell rang to the point when the last dish was placed in the washer, guests’ glasses were full and bellies appropriately over-stuffed. The Three Sisters grew accustomed to a regular soundtrack of laughter and good cheer caroling through the household. We learned a bit along the way.
With seven in the home, Mom reinforced the need for complete engagement of a number of stakeholders. We learned that to keep the peace and band together during the planning process, roles and responsibilities had to be assigned and lines of communication assembled. It’s this lesson that makes Three Sisters Events unique. For each wedding, we meet with the key stakeholders to understand the bride and groom’s vision and priorities. As our upbringing taught us to do, we build from this foundation to ensure an inclusive and harmonious planning experience.
The Three Sisters are in this together, but we come to the table with different backgrounds and skillsets. The oldest brings the business acumen born from nearly a decade of work with JP Morgan. The middle sister brings the theatrics of stage performance. Finally, the youngest lends the warmth, creativity, and patience of childhood education. From these past experiences, the Three Sisters bring what we view as the essential components of a grand event: business, warmth and theatrics.
