Based in the PNW, This Blissful Day Weddings & Events offers couples two options: partial planning + day of coordination, or day of coordination only. Since 2016, owner and creative force Brittany Johnson has been in the front seat of over three dozen weddings and other celebrations. As your planner-coordinator, she endeavors to extend her impressive eye for detail and assist you in crafting your dream wedding with minimal stress.

Day of Coordination

• One visit to your venue prior to the wedding (day/time is flexible)
• Beginning six weeks before your wedding day Brittany will develop a detailed wedding timeline, décor checklists, etc.
• Six weeks before your wedding day you will meet for a "final details" meeting to discuss every detail of the day
• Approximately one month before the wedding Brittany will make final confirmations with all your vendors, field any last minute questions and share the timeline with them
• Wedding rehearsal coordination
• Wedding day coordination of volunteers, staff and vendors throughout setup and tear down
• Setup of your decorations: welcome/gift table, ceremony items, place cards, seating chart, centerpieces, etc.
• Coordination of every aspect of the day: setup, ceremony, grand entrance, toasts, cake cutting, first dance, tear down, etc.
• Coordination with vendors, bridal party and couple throughout the day
• Pass out vendor tips and thank you cards as directed by the couple
• Prepare or pack up items to be returned to vendors, event supply company or others following the wedding
• Ensure ceremony and reception sites are clean and restored as outlined in venue contract
• Coordination of safe transport of wedding gifts to couple’s room or other specified location

Partial Planning

• Discussion of theme, color, style and wedding design
• Assistance in finalizing wedding design (covering every detail!)
• Vendor referrals
• Décor rental management
• Answers to all your wedding related questions
• One visit to your venue prior to the wedding
• Development of a detailed wedding timeline, floor plan, checklists, etc.
• Vendor contract review
• Final details meeting approximately six weeks before wedding day

Approximately one month before the wedding Brittany will make final confirmations with all your vendors, field any last minute questions and share the timeline with them. She will do whatever needs to happen to make sure your wedding is perfectly planned! Brittany is an "all hands on deck" kind of coordinator.
