Before you read any further, is The Violin Guy open for your wedding date? If so book him now! This is the most deserving 5 star review I have ever posted.
We first met Radu at the Las Colinas Bridal show, then a couple months later at the Dallas Bridal Show. Very impressed by the complete package he offered and the quality of his musical talent, my wife and I decided to go see him do a longer performance at one of his weeknight venues in Dallas. This guy does everything! We booked immediately after seeing him. He plays violin, guitar, piano, etc. And all very very well. He is a talented vocalist(multiple languages) and knows how to captivate an audience. Radu is tech savvy and has all the newest gear(computers, lighting, sound, instruments) plus an act at the end of every show that is unlike anything you have ever seen! I wont spoil anything... And he provides ALL your lighting, DJ services, and has two HD cameras recording video. He does not drink or smoke. He has a Lamborghini Murcielago and an Audi R8, in which he gave my wife and I the ride of our lives as a wedding present! He met with us shortly before the wedding to go over all the final details.
As for the wedding... He not only pulled everything off, but he went way above and beyond. He arrived early and was totally setup. Our venue was The City Club Dallas(69th floor downtown green building) so it was not easy to access. He was professionally dressed and polite to all our guests. The ceremony music was beautiful, the cocktail hour guitar ambiance was great, and the dinner performance was elegant. His DJ services had all 150 people on or around the dance floor! His special act at the end; WOW, there were more camera phones than I have ever seen at a wedding! We still get compliments on selecting him. He added so much to our wedding and helped create memories that we will always enjoy. Thank you Radu! You are the hardest working guy we know and deserve all of your successes

He is the best choice we did ever!!! This man is so unbelievable, so talented, and the best multi-tasker I have ever seen!! My wedding guests have been asking me how I found him, telling me how great he is, and how fabulous my wedding was because of his performance. He did my music ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner hour and party/dancing time. He plays violin, plays piano, plays guitar, is a great DJ, and a great singer who is able to sing on many, many, many languages. Been that said, he managed to combine a good repertoire of Albanian and Eastern European music (my husband is Albanian), Latin music ( I'm Puerto Rican), and American music (for some of our friends) for the dancing part, and our multicultural crowd was absolutely delighted. He also sang while playing the violin to each table, that even guys were spellbound admiring his performance. In terms of his music/performance/repertoire: My ceremony was like a dream; per my guests, the cocktail hour was really nice; the dinner hour was romantic, chic, and elegant; and the reception was a big non-stop party:-) He is just brilliant!!! He definitely made my wedding just perfect!!!

Radu was totally amazing. He went far beyond our expectations and all of our guests loved him.

DJ Radu Cernat is musical genious! he is truly talented and can accomodate for anyone's musical taste. I asked him to play a customized playlist for the ceremony and he was able to learn the music and play it beautifully. And he is equally entertaining as he is talented, everyone LOVED him at the reception. THey were blown away that he could sing as well as he could play the violin, guitar, and piano! And despite being so talented, he never took the attention away from myself and my groom! I would highly recommend him, in addition to everything, he also does lighting and videography along with everything else so he is a great deal!

Radu provided speakers so that everyone could be heard and had pin on microphones for the groom and officiant. He played the violin during the ceremony and it was absolutely beautiful and perfect!! all the while...he was video recording the entire ceremony!

BOOK HIM. Forget everyone else and get Radu. He rocks the house. We had him for the ceremony and the reception. What a wonderfully talented guy. Save yourself the time of looking. This is everything you need.
