Tucked in the North Georgia countryside, this breathtaking, two-story waterfront barn features beautiful views of a lake, rolling hills and farm land. With Day-Of Wedding Coordination provided by Soireés Southern Events included in the venue rental, The Walters Barn is dedicated to delivering your dream wedding experience!

Facilities and Capacity
Our venue features outdoor ceremony options that can be held in front of a scenic lake, facing a beautiful forest backdrop, or directly facing the Barn itself. We also offer an indoor ceremony option, utilizing our grand barn doors as the perfect backdrop for an intimate ceremony experience. Our indoor facility can seat up to 200 wedding guests comfortably with a dance floor and DJ/Band. This spacious event barn features covered porches, two large built-in bars, stone accents & columns, an indoor & outdoor balcony, unique & locally crafted chandeliers, and clean kitchen facilities. An additional pavilion space can seat an additional 70 guests if needed. Our Pavilion is also the perfect place to host Cocktial Hour as well as Rehersal Dinner. The Barn is climate controlled and also includes several fans to keep guests cool in warmer weather. On a chilly night, guests can cozy up to a large wood burning stone fireplace in our Pavilion, perfect for roasting s'mores. Services Offered
The Walters Barn offers venue rental for weddings and other social events. Venue rental includes 10-hours of service on the day of your event, including 1-hour of vendor load-out. The Barn also includes se-tup and breakdown of tables, chairs, linens, and limited décor items. Alcohol can be provided by the wedding host, but a licensed bartender and potential security officer will be contracted by the venue for a fee. Additional event services offered include the following:

• Optional All-Inclusive Vendor Packages availble for additional purchase
• Bridal Cottage adjacent to the property
• Event planning/coordination provided by Soireés Southern Events, including 3 planning meetings
• Set-up and breakdown of the venue's equipment
• Parking Attendants
• Catering Kitchen equipped with an ice machine, dishwasher, and refrigeration
• Saturday weddings receive 5-hours on Friday to utilize the space for Rehearsal and Rehearsal Dinner
• Sunday weddings receive 1-hour of additional rehearsal time to take place on a coordinated day or the morning of
